Hi Ganesh Naik, Any special immigration program...not that I am aware of. Based on her qualifications she does qualify for Permanent Resident as an educated, skilled worker, so probably she can get Canada immigration approval. There are many people in Canada with hearing disability who work and are self-supporting. The bottom line for acceptance is whether the applicant’s health condition needs an excessive demand on health or social services. "Is there a special provision in IELTS for Candidates with hearing disability."? As far as I know she can apply for "Exemptions and endorsed certificates" before writing her IELTS exams. You may want to call your IELTS exam centre for more details on it. Furthermore, you may want to have a look at details of Medical inadmissibility explained by IRRC at their official website and here is the link. You can also use this time to begin gathering many of the other supporting documents that need to be submitted with your application. Therefore, I am assuming you are not able to apply at this moment. However, IRCC has provided 90 days of extension to submit missing documents to only those who already have received ITA (Invitation to Apply) or NOI (Notification of Interest) Good Luck!
I need to migrate to Canada, my age is 34 and my wife is 33. Wife has a bachelor's degree and its equal to 4 year bachelor degree in Canada. If she applies for Student visa, can i come as a dependent and work full time? And can she find a job easily while shes studying Masters. i heard some people get jobs while studying and then they can change their visa to work visa. Kindly advise. Thank you

This is a temporary decision until the covid-19 situation gets better. However, people from outside of Canada can still apply to work permit but after work permit approval only those temporary workers are exempt from travel restrictions if they’re coming for an essential purpose.
