The four members of Propaganda were Directors of Art, along with their producers (Trevor Horn and Stephen Lipson) the technicalities are irrelevant - THAT is why people are still talking about them 35 years later!! (if you want to be specific many more musicians participated - just as a lot of people were involved in Grace Jones' Slave to the Rhythm.)

Ach so, was die Musik von Propaganda angeht, 1 A Oberklasse, ich bin damit aufgewachsen und fand die Band und ihre Musik schon immer stark. Warum nur gibt es keine Blu ray von ihnen??? Die neu gegründete Band x Propaganda mit den beiden Mädels, Susanne und Claudia, finde ich auch super, 2er CD erst vor kurzem gekauft und läuft seitdem sehr oft im Player, gelungenes Werk.

no. i didnt think that Bastian. Believe it or not, people in the uk learn german too. I just read that propaganda translated their material german to english to cater for the international market, but just wondered why they sang it in english rather than german, as the clip was in germany at the time.
it was probably trevor horn's idea from ztt records to translate into english, as not everybody speak german in uk, but if its any consolation, my great grandfather was german.
