Guvec Mangal - our Turkish BBQ - Its a camping sensation - Güveç Mangal

I recently bought a Turkish Güveç Mangal , it comes with a pan ring , griddle (bit flimsy) , grill and a clay casserole pot with a lid. It can cook just about anything , I used the clay pot for flat bread only as it looks like it will be a pig to clean. It handled big logs with ease and loved the old lump wood charcoal . We got best results and heat output with the charcoal bricket things. Paid £70 for it from a bloke in Coventry , could of gone direct to a seller in Turkey but my Turkish is very poor.
