  • Natural wines are essentially unfiltered, untamed wine made with wild, native yeasts. We’ll sit down with global wine expert and Cornell professor Cheryl Stanley for a chatty tasting session where we attempt to demystify the natural wine boom while hopefully discovering a few wild beauties.
Check out the list of wines we’ll be exploring during our 30-minute tasting session: ecornell.corne...

Aside from the pet nats i don’t know why a lot of natural wines are hazy. I make wine and even though I don’t use filtration my wines are crystal clear. Whith the cold temperatures of winter everything settles (lees, plant particles, etc) at the botton. You do a racking and you are good to bottle.
I think most of this natural winemakers are just lazy.

same ,I make wine in California and my wine after 2-3 month crystal clear too. I never put sulfur in my wine and my wine never spoil .Aroma and test incredible . You can not compare with liquor spore wine. It is different like moon and sun.

How does one know they are making wine and NOT botulism??? I mean you are not adding a certain wine yeast or killing anything off! I would probably pass on trying, buying or making “Natural” wine! I make my own as natural as possible no sulfur added!!
