Gabriel 'Gator' Guilbeau is not only the chef for the Yellowstone cast & crew but also stars in the hit TV series. From feeding Kevin Costner grilled octopus to whipping up a vodka-filled milkshake for Kelly Reilly, Chef Gator does it all.
Today, he's showing you how to make one of Kevin Costner's absolute favorite desserts: pineapple bourbon bread pudding.

Yellowstone fans: Just a PSA, if you come to see Yellowstone TV show scenery, you want Yellowstone NP, the Cody WY area, or the part of Montana WEST of the park. The show is set near Bozeman, but filmed near Missoula. Most things called Yellowstone are EAST of the park, because the Yellowstone River flows east to North Dakota. You will be grumpy and mad in Yellowstone County/Billings. We love your money tbh, but we are nearly an hour from the mountains, and most "Yellowstone" things are on the prairie. Y'all have been very clear that you do not want to see the prairie/badlands, so please fly into Bozeman. I do not know why they didnt call it "Paradise Valley," the region has a romantic name already! Missoula is also gorgeous, but the best price on flights is thru Bozo. Western montana is rustic but they understand the fancy stuff you all need, you won't like eastern montana, we just are not cool & hip & sophisticated at all.

If it was set on a real ranch it, would down by Ekalaka and no one would watch. Therefore it is set in Boze Angeles.

My family makes this. We call the sauce Baptist sauce so good. We have it with apple cut small in sauce. Pineapple is divine. Whip cream. Ice cream on the side
We call it Baptist pudding. Mom was Baptist the Baptist Rev. Loved it. But weve had it for years and years

J'adore bread pudding! Made one with bourbon last week but my sauce was a few tablespoons worth - this sounds WAAAAY better plus., the pineapple addition wld be a very nice addition!

I got good wholesome TV. I hope they come back for a season 7 maybe season 8- 9 and 10 I just don't know if Sheraton is that Talent he has good storyline now!. Have John Dutton needs to die at the end of season 6 then get her done. That's why they call it the next to Ken how to take up the reins. Just don't leave us all hanging like I did with Longmire😢.
