The world is full of delicious foods. But choosing what to eat and what not to eat can be quite the tricky game. Especially when some of the foods we eat are not the best for our bodies. So no matter how strong your cravings, here are 10 foods you should never eat.

SUMMARIES:
- Food coloring, or color additive, is any dye, pigment or substance that imparts color when it is added to food or drink. They come in many forms consisting of liquids, powders, gels, and pastes. Food coloring is used both in commercial food production and in domestic cooking.
- The sauce used to flavor a salad is commonly called a salad dressing; most salad dressings are based on either a mixture of oil and vinegar or a fermented milk product like kefir.
- Canola oil is a vegetable oil derived from a variety of rapeseed that is low in erucic acid, as opposed to colza oil. There are both edible and industrial forms produced from the seed of any of several cultivars of the plant family Brassicaceae, namely cultivars of Brassica napus, Brassica rapa subsp.
- Rice is the seed of the grass species Oryza sativa or Oryza glaberrima. As a cereal grain, it is the most widely consumed staple food for a large part of the world's human population, especially in Asia. It is the agricultural commodity with the third-highest worldwide production, after sugarcane and maize.
- Soy protein is a protein that is isolated from soybean. It is made from soybean meal that has been dehulled and defatted. Dehulled and defatted soybeans are processed into three kinds of high protein commercial products: soy flour, concentrates, and isolates.
- A vending machine is an automated machine that provides items such as snacks and beverages.
- Ready-made pie crusts are absolutely the worst things for that pie you wanted to make for that dinner party you're hosting.
- There could be other parts of the chicken in there - what’s known as the refuse. Some have claimed that only the refuse is used to produce mock chicken
- The first observation when it comes to those pre-packaged Jello cups you can buy at the supermarket are the vibrant colors.
- Malt liquor is close to a cold one, but because of how it's prepared, it has a higher alcohol content overall, as well as a higher sugar content.

Salad dressing is not bad per say. There are hundreds of things that are worse, fat wise. Like any fat that is solid at room temperature, like animal fat (beef, pork, chicken) and butter. If you're friends are eating a pork chop and potatoes soaked in gravy, and you're eating a salad with blue cheese dressing, you are doing better. Babble Top are talking idiotic crap in an effort to gain click bait and drama to get high ratings. (youtube pays them to lie to you).
How ever. if you are eating a little salad with your dressing, rather than a little dressing with your salad, you may not win the cardiovascular war with the pork chop eater.
I was eating a salad with ranch dressing. I hate mayo and sometimes substitute ranch for it. Not giving that up.

my grandma ate rice 3 times a day sometimes more than 3 times. she died at 98 but never had health issues at all. she was eating bread one day and kinda choked from it which eventually killed her. so bread is bad for you.

@7:38 ive been working in pest cotrol industry for 20 years and ive had my own company as well..what shes saying is kinda of lie.. when we treat something like a vending machine we use gel baits for ants and roaches and it never touches the food or sodas in any way....and if we bait for rodents the bait is in a box next to the machine and only we have a key to get into the box and the hole in the box is only big enough for a rodent to fit into. and its hidden behind the unit or we use rodent traps and again they are under or behind the unit. so enjoy your snacks.. get your facts right and quit with the scare tatics its not that serious. and if you have any questions on treatments you can call any credited pest control company and they will tell you the same.. thanks and have a lovely day!! :)

Take your produce home and clean it yourself! It is amazing that people think that grocery stores have a responsibility to supply ready to eat fresh produce! You didn’t plant it, you didn’t harvest it, you didn’t package it, you didn’t display it! But you bought it! Now it’s your turn to make it safe for you and your family!
The reason she’s saying rice is bad is because in low quality restaurants they do not rinse it thoroughly to remove starchiness which could cause weight gain and other health troubles.

As a low carb dieter...here's my top 10 List of Foods to Avoid:
#1. Bread which includes burrito wraps and corn taco shells and the like.
#2. ANY pastry...doughnuts, bagels, rolls and biscuits or anything made from flour.
#3. Rice of any type.
#4. Spaghetti or any type of pasta.
#5. sugar including honey, fructose, syrup etc.
#6. Candy of all sorts.
#7. All fruits except tomatoes.
#8. All starches including potatoes.
#9. Artificial sweeteners which contains any amount of dextrose...which is a form of sugar.
#10. any foods that may have hidden sugar, so read all labels including those at the restaurants you eat it.
I've lost 90 pounds since June of 2020...so yes...this diet works!

Hi, Babble Top! Great video! Fortunately I'm not tempted to eat or drink most of the items mentioned here. I don't soak rice overnight. Instead, I put it in water and squeeze it with my fingers until the water becomes cloudy with starch. Then, replace the water repeat until the water is clear. That usually takes anywhere from 3 to 5 times. I have amassed Basmati rice, Thai long-grain rice, and Japanese sushi rice. (Funny that I only eat rice once or twice a month.) My new weekly taxi driver that I call on Mondays has turned me on to rice called 糙米飯, or "brown rice". Seems to be rice that's not polished or something. Apparently it can help with weight loss. Interesting that in all the other foods there was extensive info about the harmful content of the foods, yet no mention of the lead and manganese found in almost ALL malt liquor. Assuming the video's title, wouldn't such in-depth disclosure be in keeping with continuity, rather than understating one of the most deadly items on the list? I ask this question because the final item affects the African American community moreso than the other items that got a much more in-depth warning, example, food coloring and canola oil.

A lot of rice bought in American stores in packets and other Western countries are made from plastic. A black woman on a video was cooking rice balls in a fry pan and as she was placing them on a plate one fell to the floor and bounced. She cussed under her breath and found to her dismay the rice she used was plastic. It was a funny video but true. China make other fake stuff like eggs and even lettuce. I saw it done on a video.

I can agree that Malt Liquor is bad IF you drink it regularly and it can leave you with a bad headache the day after you drink it. I used to drink Sparks and JOOSE somewhat regularly & it would definitely get you intoxicated easily if you drink enough but be prepared for consequences the next day.

I work in a grocery store deli. The meat is not the worst, but not the best. I don't eat it, but we have customers buying German bologna by the pound. This is the beef, chicken, and pork version. Not something I will touch, but to each their own!
Rice is like ma breakfast, lunch, dinner and sometimes supper if there is extra rice and I am very healthy u see.

Arsenic is not a problem in California rice. It's only a problem where a lot of cotton was grown in the past since arsenic was used as a pesticide in growing cotton. At 5:22 in the video they flash right by the text that mentioned this fact.
