BMW would be super sick if they provide spare parts for the Dodge Viper community and help revive the Dodge Viper brand. Viper spare parts are super expensive nowadays and BMW could make its sick presence felt if it makes Viper parts to lower the prices of those spare parts. BMW has the best R&D production facilities anyway and Dodge itself got broke with the Viper... Bad boy BMW.
Sigh...
Sick.

I’ve owned 6 Audi cars, since 2002. I really liked the A4 Avant wagon ( now the Allroad) the best. All were extremely reliable and fun to drive.
Got the same exact car, has been a joy to drive indeed
I’ve owned 2bmws and they’re just great

I have owned multiple examples of all three brands. That being said my current stable includes 2 Audi S4s and will continue to include a 4 ring product for the foreseeable future. Great video Ideal Media!!!
I own an S4 too. Been thinking about trading it or selling. However, I just can't do it. The damn car is too good!
Nico Jones me to man wtf I was thinking m2 comp but cant do it
How is the s4 reliability I drive 25k a year so it scares me.
Hesko 1 If you’re buying a new or a well kept slightly used one then not a problem. When they get some age on them (5 or 10 years plus) there are to be some problems expected just like any used German car.
@@hesko125 I’ve owned 3 Audi S4’s. Never had a problem.
My daily driver is a 2014 Audi S4 and I absolutely love it! Perfect blend of performance and luxury, and practicality with quattro AWD. I think in the last decade Audi has left the others behind in terms of interior design and quality. And with many great performance options and highly rated dependability, to me it's the best German luxury brand out there. I also recently bought a 2017 Porsche 911 and it's easily the most fun to drive car I've ever had and also very good quality and reliability. German cars for the win!
Good video.
Mercedes I’ve owned 4. E class c class and a class. 1 amp s55. My c class lasted 330k miles with no problems. I got tired of looking at it. I personally don’t foresee me owning a bmw or Audi ever. I even cross shopped bmw and Audi and came home with another Mercedes. I tried but the three pointed star is and will always be my aspirational car choice.
Which model was that C class?
Hi. Bought a 2011 Audi A5 6 speed (yup manual) with 20 K at the end of 2012. Upgraded the struts to Bilstein B6 @ 55k. Still a pleasure to drive and, at this point, irreplaceable. Other than spark plugs at 70K, just annual oil changes.... Still get compliments on the classic looks. and offers for when I'm ready to sell...
Lovin my 2018 RS 3, my happy place every time I drive it!
Have owned and driven several examples from all three; I keep finding myself wanting to go back to Audi! If you want something with four doors that's fast, agile, and comfortable and has a top-notch interior with subtle-yet-handsome exterior styling, can't beat 'em!
I agree, my Audi A8L runs rings (!) around the BMW & Mercedes. It's fun, stylish, and the V8 will get you into triple digits before you look down to check.

I have the 2007 Audi A8 with the V8 4.2FSI (direct injection) one year and 7 months 37,000 miles later. Changed the spark Plugs and air suspension front only. Solid car and over 100 mph everyday. Fantastic
Pretty good I have one year with it and I hadn’t had much problems with it. Just oil changes. My car has 102,000 miles and I still love it.
Hi bro! Awesome video! A massive congrats from Argentina; I am about to own an Audi A4 v6 3.2 Quattro as my second car, from the 3 brands I’d love to have the chance to try them all, but I think the relatability of Audi and the sweet drive they give, also with the safe an fun to enjoy all wheel drive, makes it the best option for me in this country where everything is expensive due to devaluation of economy, id love to own a car that doesn’t sent need that expensive and continuous maintenance
My current vehicle is a 2012 audi a6
The supercharged v6 is loud and proud
The interior may be old but doesn't rattle one bit
And the styling is to die for
I love the car to death
I couldn't agree more. Great generation of car.

Glad to read good things about Audi. I've owned their 2.7 biturbo 6 A6. Drove it up and down the east coast. It could've used more power for such road trips being in stock form.
@ Rob Horton,
I leased a 2015 Audi S5 and enjoyed it very much. I got so many compliments. The car was in such high demand in 2018 the dealership paid me $3,000 cash to turn it in 6 months early because they already had a buyer looking for the same color.
Attaining Knowledge of Truth ask for more 😂🤣
@ Pro Habits,
I thought they wanted it because I kept it in pristine condition. The sales manager told me about the buyer after I turned in the car. I took the $3,000 and put it down on the 2019 S5 Sportback. I like that car even more than I liked the coupe.
Irony died countless times when I had Porche ad in between of this video😂

I think all 3 brands are great and it really comes down to individual preference. Love my Audi Q5.

I got a BMW E46 for a project car. It’s definitely tested my patience but I love this car!
Audi is the leader just thinking of the quattro group B rally car in the 80s what a beast!!!! Having the pleasure of seeing it perform in RAC rally truly awesome.Great video too keep um coming.
Audi's are something else 💪💪💪
To be honest Audi is an amazing car for the price. I went to bmw and merc. For my first car and they were 10k more than what audi was giving me...i also fell in love withe the driving position of the Audi .....the merc felt too high up and the beamer was a little tight . I bought a A3 8v and love it
Extremely well done. I went with B8.5 S4 for most of your reasons.
Excellent video and you are completely right about your assessments. For Audi, the Audi100 introduced in 1991 was the key turning point to start seriously competing with the likes of BMW and MB. It still took another 14-15 years (atleast in Finland), think of C4, when people started to realise that they offer cars that are atleast as good, if not better, than the competition. These brands are so similar that nowadays, it basically comes down to technology (which manufacturer comes out with a new model).
However, one aspect where Audi still has a lot of catching up to do, is their after sales experience. For instance, according to surveys, Volvo offers a much better customer experience in maintenance (they even give you a spare car while your car is maintained or repaired). For some reason, even though Audis are highly reliable (closer to Lexus than BMW) their spare parts are very expensive atleast in Finland, and in Georgia where I now live.
I'm not so sure about this video... Audi is still a front heavy understeerer because the engine is out beyond the front axle so they aren't nearly as sporty as BMW and Mercedes... although Audi does have its major strengths. BMW lost their driving dynamic mojo but they still are a more athletic machine than an Audi. The new m340i xdrive has 50/50 weight distribution and it does the rear biased all wheel drive thing very well. And the Mercedes with their glorious sounding exhausts out of those AMG motors, and they have the best looking interior out of the bunch when optioned correctly.
Ofc here comes the completely unbiased guy with the m car profile pic
@@svroadster1130 I definitely am biased, but I still see the same pattern. Audi is probably the most reliable and has a little better all wheel drive as far as safe driving goes. Their engines are out ahead of the front axle which is why they don't handle as well as they could on a track, but they are incredible under normal and sporty driving, I loved driving the new S4 (very confidence inspiring) but I didn't track it.
BMW definitely lost their mojo over the last 6 years... excepting only the M3/M4 and the 2 series. They have always had amazing engines. But with their new generation of vehicles, they are doing a MUCH better job! I drove the 340i and I liked the S4 much more, but then I drove the new M340i and it is even better than the S4. And you can't beat their Xdrive that feels like RWD.
I still cannot get over the sound of mercedes though. The C43 amg sounds so amazing! They are definitely the least reliable but that sound is intoxicating! The m performance exhaust on the m340i is quite amazing as well, just heard it about two weeks ago and was impressed, but overall I think mercedes still has the better interior design and exhaust sound.
I would love having any of the new Audi's, BMW's or Mercedes... as long as they aren't the front drive platform models lol.
All 3 have great cars. I like Audi’s and don’t really notice the understeer since I’m not throwing my car into corners on my daily commute. For me a car should provide the best balanced experience since we spend a huge chunk of our lives inside of them and for me Audi wins. For pure performance I do concede BMW is the winner and the AMGs sound like a dream.
Okay but bro... nobody is drifting with their audi. And people with a awd bmw arent either.
Audi is the best overall for sure. Im just happy
Agreed. Turbo charging, electric brakes and the weird steering has taken away from the driving experience of modern bmw's. Still the sportiest out of these three especially when comparing awd models
I have a 2019 Audi Q7.Outstanding SUV that has been perfect for over a year.Quality,Quality,Quality
What for Quality? Audi have no Quality xD... An BMW 530d f11 touring looks like a new car after 8 years! This is Quality! Your Audi would look like a shitty Opel in just 7 months xD
I've owned two Audi A6's but recently bought a Merc C-Class and I'm extremely happy about it, even though it's smaller than the A6 counterpart (E-Class). The interior and overall look of it is superb in my opinion.
Wouldn’t the A4, C- Class, and 3 series be the direct competitor?

Worked at a high-end dealership 1995-2000. I fell in love with Audi (dealerships bread and butter) especially Quattros and came to appreciate Porsche. I've now owned two Audi's, 1984 Audi 4000cs, and 1996 A6 - drove 10 years 350k miles - maintenance but not a lot of repairs. I've driven BMW's and Mercedes, but have never owned.
My favorite brand used to be a Mustang Shelby, BUUUUT the Audi A4 is my first Euro car ever owned in my young driving experience. Had to put a new alternator in for $2,100, but I mod it with a $210 muffler and a resonator delete and it sounds and performs like a beast.
The naturally aspirated version of the BMW sounds a lot better to me
The turbocharged one doesn't sound that good to me
Tbh, if you hadn't said that the first car was naturally aspirated, I'd have thought that it was the turbocharged BMW
yeah the naturalyl aspirated v8's sound SOOOO good!
E90 bmw it’s one of the worst bmw engine
It all depends on the exhaust... the video quality was really poor comparing the two. Get the M4 with the Performance exhaust and it will blow you away.
Audi !
Reynaldo Perez you have nothing to explain why it’s a terrible engine. if anything it’s one of the best. Fit perfectly for its chassis, yeah first production year was a little rough but they still get much love, all the years after we’re updated with little things to keep them modern but yet still a classic, and the S65/S85 won so many engine awards. Categorize “terrible”, in reliability or performance? Because in both it wins, I own one and had no problems with it except for stuff I expected to go out when the parts need replacement, such as the throttle bodies and idle control valve, which was covered by warranty. If your on a warranty with this engine you will be okay, S85 engines were higher performance and didn’t get as much warranty benefits, and you were more likely to have a problem with that than the S65 which hardly breaks. I have 85K on it and plan on putting more on. My bearings show little to no wear and I’m on stock bearings. Don’t believe the myths you hear on forum sights.
As of January 2019 audi 4 quattro it hold title no recalls driving perfection call me Audi lol
Do you know if they are gonna get the RS Q8 in the U.S.?
The e92 naturally aspirated v8 is an absolute joy to drive and I went searching for this car cause of that v8 and the 6 speed. That being said I also do own an 89 e30 with a supercharged s52 5 speed. And as much as I love my e92 the supercharged e30 is hands down more fun to drive. Supercharger no turbo

i like natural asspirated but i like what turbo makes your exhaust sound a little bit more flowing
I had a JerezB 2011 6mt e90 M3 and it was awesome fun to drive. The s65 engine just feels great to drive. It's a smooth, rev happy v8 and I loved it. It was not as fast in 6mt form as I feel it should have been, but it sounded great and looked like the Bat Mobile. Now I lease a 2018 6mt M2 and it has excellent driving dynamics. It is moderately lighter and faster than the M3 and it is so nimble. I'm not a fan of turbo power delivery(because it can be unpredictable), but the M division does a great job of making it feel more natural. The n55 in that car is so smooth and powerful, it is a delight to drive. I also own a 2008 audi s4 auto which is a nice, comfy DD. I love BMW for the 6mt rear wheel drive, enthusiast experience. Mercedes does not produce manual trans cars and thus I have never owned, nor driven a Mercedes because they dont do 6mt and I feel like that brand is too fancy for me.
Had an 2001 e46. Loved it. started to have problems with misfires and front rotor breaking down so I sold it before it got worse, but I loved it, it had more tech than 2008 cars and drove beautifully, and it looked good.
Got a 2008 e91 325i. Which I got cheap granted which bit my wallet because wasn't looked after properly so it had 2 issues since owning it 1 on day 2 of ownership had a vaccum leak which wasn't bad. 2 was a exhaust camshaft,a software update, pvc valve and a load more but it's now done 218,000km and shows no signs of breaking tho looking to upgrade to a Lexus GS 430. My advice to people looking at bmw look at the service history and get a pre purchase inspection and make sure it's been looked after and the most reliable engine the n52 engine awesome cars just need good maintenance and they will last a pretty long time
You just defined why I loved my first and only Beemer. Loved that car but it was very expensive to keep in top shape. And new BMWs are boring for the exact reasons you described. Video well done!
We had a mercedes benz E stationwagon 2011 i think. The car gone in emergency mode, just when we started up the hill. With a big boat on the back.
Thinking of buying an Audi but have a question: is the Audi A5 1.8T from 2012-2017 more reliable than a BMW 5 serie or Merc C class from the same generation?
I’ve had 3 Mercedes, a ‘74 240D, an ‘80 300D, and a 2003 E500. The diesels were rock solid cars that would run forever. The E500 had the gas fumes in the cabin problem and was constantly torn up. What an expensive piece of junk. With the moldy AC problems in recent models, I just don’t trust Mercedes. They don’t build a good car any more, and they don’t stand behind their product.
I owned two BMWs. The first was mediocre the second BMWNA had to buy back. I’ve owned Mercedes since then and they are head and shoulders above BMW
Nice Audi ad bro.
Did they give you a check engine light T shirt? I heard it's the new logo from the brand.
My family has owned over 10 BMW's combined and I gotta admit we are all highly satisfied. For my 18th birthday I got my granddads old 5 series (530d)( with -50k miles on it) and it still works like a charm as it now has 160k miles on it. It's still a pleasure to drive over 130 mph with it, behaves stable and inside notices aren't to loud. Sadly recently they electronics started acting up and I can't really afford the repairs as a college kiddo ( left side front speakers and PDC) but all the driving components still work great. I am especially happy about the precision of the steering
I've spent $25,000 repairing and maintaining my e60 but I still love it to bits. My next car will definitely be a BMW.
M5? God damn that's a lot of money.
U are lucky if u haven't bought it below 10k dollars but e60 is just great car it's magnet of auto fans the speed, sound, drifting ... this is just fantastic car but the big problem of this car is that this is very unreliable if I want to buy family car I would buy e39 it's sport car and some drift and accelerating loses u lot of money in repairs
@@Dance1617 It doesn’t have to be a M5 just because it is an E60. That is just the name of 5 series which were produced between 2003-2010.

Oh boy audi 90 b4? I remember my older brother having it back in 2005 when i was a little kid. This thing won't let you down, if something in it is gonna break, it's gonna be everything. But till that moment you can make like 450K kilometers at least
I owned a BMW 335i convertible. Great vehicle for the first 4 years but reliability started to deteriorate at the time my warranty expired. The cost of maintenance started to pile up so I sold the car for a more reliable Lexus. But boy do I miss the German-engineered cars so I am thinking about an Audi Q8 in my near future.
I've been intrigued by Audi since the 90's and finally getting one this week. (an e-tron, since I'm a fan of EVs)
We used to have 2 Teslas but wanted one of our two cars to be about luxury/space/fit & finish, so that'll be the Audi, and our remaining Tesla is a Model 3 Performance and that'll be the one with range and speed.
Looking forward to finally owning an Audi!
Thats amazing, how is it going with your etron??
E tron gt is sexy af
Qotd I have owned a BMW z4 e85 3.0i, and now I own one of my favorite BMW'S the BMW z4 35i.
I’m getting a 2018 A5 anyone have reliability info on these?
Considering BMW has ruined some of their cars just to "compete" with Mercedes (1 series with FWD) and Audi could never really keep up as a premium brand unless you count premium prices and workshop costs, not to mention the production of the TT and the R8 is about to stop, I'd always pick the Mercedes. They've been building great cars since forever, even if I'm not a huge fan of the newer ones.
Corvolet5 the rs7 tho!!,
@@Sak-zo1ui Looks nice, but it's still a brick.
What do you mean Bmw ruined their 1 series just to compete with the A Class. Mercedes literally made the cla and a class with fwd despite it being in contradiction to Mercedes tradition. And furthermore the 1 series, a class, cla, were all and answers to the audi a3.
@@TheWeedOperation Look at the brand new 1 series and 2 series gran coupe. Both have the same stats as the A and CLA, the M versions have AWD and 2 liter 306 hp engines just like the (CL)A35 models from Mercedes. Audi doesn't even have a saloon below the A4 or A5 (A3 Berline doesn't count). The A Class never had RWD so there was nothing "ruined".
Corvolet5 true but its the only one i would buy lol
BMW 5 series 🔥🔥
الله يحمي بي ام😍😍🥰😘😘
Had BMW 3 series turbo diesel 2006 model it was a beast. Last year got my first Audi A3 Etron hybrid. Its built like a Tank rides like a locomotive on rails. Now I can see what's great about 4 rings to rule them all.
I’ve had an E30 325, a UR S4, a 928S and a B5 Allroad. I currently drive a 996 C4 Cabriolet.
I own Mercedes w124 wagon 1991. Its one of the best cars ever made
i Got a Merc C 400 :-)
four rings forever! I own 2 Audis can't stop smiling every time I drive them!
I love my 2018 s4.
Sad we don’t get the rs4 here in the states.
Hopefully they'll bring it soon. I read if they get enough sales of the Rs6 Avant than they'd bring the rs4 Avant over too 😁👌
would love to own a bmw
Not really reliable
the NA bmw engine wound way better than the turbo one
I love the underdog history and mentality the in Audi. When they were imagewise the most behind Merc and BMW, the build propably even better cars in terms of reliability (middle 80 to middle 90). So, when things get a bit worse the brand image isn't as much as damaged as for the other 2. And for people, who growing up driving VW like most people the Audi doesn't feel too snobby, but a natural step upwards. Yes, I like that they are VAG. And I like the plainer bank manager image too they had.
