Can confirm, that is not the proper German flag (the red and yellow stripes are reversed), nor is it any country's flag. If that flag was rotated 45 degrees to the left (quarter turn counterclockwise), it'd be the flag of Belgium.

@@patientallison It's just so wonderfully lazy. Sometimes it feels like they actually put effort into laziness. It shouldn't be possible to impress with a lack of effort, but sometimes it happens, and it's just wonderful.

No wonder why he sounds English in this game since it's a PAL exclusive. By the way in the Gadgetinis series, Gadget is voiced by Maurice Lemarche and I think he sounded American in that series?

@@BR-jw7pm I think that could be right. But for some odd reason the game "Inspector Gadget: Mad Robots Invasion" also had Gadget in an American Accent (Despite being a PAL only game too).
Does anyone remember gadget boy and Heather?! It was before this series I believe but is otherwise completely forgotten for the most part these days.
@@JohnDoe-wq5eu Yeah, Gadget Boy was a mid ‘90s show. It aired in one of those B-tier syndicated cartoon blocks that tried to compete with Fox and Disney’s similar programming blocks. Fun fact, neither that show nor the Gadget and the Gadgeteenus cartoon are mentioned in the “spinoffs” section of the Inspector Gadget Wikipedia page, it just skips right to the live action movies and short-lived 2012 animated revival.

In American police departments, the Lieutenant and Captain ranks are like the equivalent of Chief Inspector and Superintendent (I think). So it's not like he's been made an army officer lol.

I remember watching inspector gadget as a kid I don't remember any of it except that really good opening theme song
In US law enforcement, going from Inspector to Lieutenant would actually be a demotion. “Inspector” isn’t commonly used (most departments use “Commander”), but where it is it’s an executive rank that’s only a couple notches below Chief/Commissioner (the highest rank in any police department). Lieutenants are a more “street level” supervisory rank one notch above Sergeant.
Which is fitting for Gadget if you think about it. 😂

Because it's a terrible video game sent in by us. The fact that you had a great time watching this video, doesn't mean you would enjoy the game. That is the premise.

Penny's voice actor is Christina Batman, who was most recently in Syberia: The World Before and Detroit: Become Human.
They always do my man Inspect Gadget so dirty in everything that came after the cartoon.
And of course this is before the 3D CGI version. I can't remember if it was made by Amazon or Netflix but either way it was not good.

I'm actually surprised this has a Jetix connection. I'm trying to remember if what's now known (and soon to be defunct any day now) as Disney XD was once toon Disney and I believe Jetix was like their anime/action block or something. It's long since defunct but it's hard to believe that was almost 20 years ago now.
