I think the reason that Adam lets Michael take control, is because he doesn't like dealing with human bullshit 😂
"Whit Adam we said goodbye because we thought we had to" is the most bullshit line I've ever heard on this show. they did not even try to save him expect Dean making a half arsed attempt to ask death. they brought back Lucifer via the Rowena they had GodCas they had actual God and Amara hell they had thousand and one moments and opportunities to bring back Adam they did not care and just forgot he ever existed

this is the exact reason why i very much approve of the fact that adam himself does not and will not forgive them. just because they're the protagonists of the show, doesn't mean that sam and dean can't and didn't do shitty things through the years (they're human, it's insane to paint them as perfect and some bad just can't be outweighed) and in this case, they DESERVE to be held accountable and that whole exchange was just... hypocritical. so yeah, adam has every reason not to accept apologies, and the fact that michael himself is still angry on his behalf because of how he was discarded and forgotten REALLY says a lot, shipping goggles aside.
@@ciel3037 LITERALLY. I love Sam and Dean but so much of their characters are built off of their flaws and mistakes and it’s so ridiculous that people decide that that’s not the case

THANK YOU SO MUCH!! i swear they have so little scenes and yet they have so much range a couple of episodes are enough for you to see how much of a big mood OR wholesome OR tragic they are. in this case, i absolutely went for the first option. gotta love these passive-aggressive un-straight kings

they have over 1.5k fanfics in total on AO3, there is plenty! though i haven't read anything of theirs in a while i'm sure there's a lot of good stuff. as far as authors go my personal bias, if you want some recs, are darkmillennium and achillese. check out their work, they portray adam and michael very well! :)
