42:51 i understand the broader point you’re making here… but it isn’t largely true. as someone whose counseled couple’s for 13+ years, anecdotally, colleagues & i experience men as being unaware, unable to identify, and not equipped with adequate language to understand and express “what they’re doing wrong”. yet, this isn’t exclusive to men… women also struggle but have acquired more language. making broad gender responsible statements like this are misleading and wholly inaccurate. they also direct us away from core issues. 🖤
This is for the men that don't have "careers" because I feel like this is not spoken on enough stop chasing the $ if you find a job that pays more an hr but it's not full time and ultimately the hours you're going to be able to work at that pay rate don't add up to more money than the job you have that's actually a down grade. If ya'll don't date women for potential don't take jobs for potential either.

Any grown man that is comfortable collecting unemployment instead of going to work making the money is a bum! For one unemployment only gives you 55% of your income & if he was making $30,000 that's already not enough to live off of independently. Second you should not be comfortable collecting a check sitting at home while your woman going to work paying all the bills. I had 2 bfs in my life time in this situation one I don't even think he was getting unemployment. I had 2 degrees, but I couldn't get a great job because I was studying for my CPA so I worked at Dunkin donuts. I gave this grown man who was probably 5-10 years older than me money to pay his phone bill & I was 23 making minimum wage not even working 40 hrs a week because I was part time so I could study. This man also had a kid. He couldn't keep a job because he had a record & he smoked weed so he couldn't pass a drug test. When a temp agency fires you to me that's crazy fr temp agencies are supposed to be for people in those kind of situations. That guy and my last bf both lost jobs with temp agencies I can't. And my last bf I didn't know when I met him but he ultimately told me he was collecting unemployment. He was spending a bunch of money and collecting unemployment. But realize when you're spending the money that you're barely getting again 55% of what you were making when you were working eventually you are going to run out. Didn't save or nothing and had the audacity to tell me when we were in a relationship that he don't want to have to budget. Well how the hell are you going to manage your money? Cuz I make good money and still have to budget. It's easy to over spend if you're not aware of how much you have & how much you're spending. But yea if your job is seasonal I get it, but you still need to manage your money so that you have enough at all times like you need to save for when you have down time to supplement the 55% of unemployment income you get. And if you're just in between jobs you shouldn't be spending frivolously that money needs to last you until you find another job. And people who are financially responsible understand that. You can't pay me enough to sit on unemployment. I got fired once and I was looking for a job for 3 months. I hardly did anything that summer. I was off but it was not fun at all. When you have real bills 55% of your income ain't going cut it. I was a great employee I just had a situation with 2 Co workers so they fired me, but because I was a great worker my work speaks for itself after they fired me I still got my bonus for the prior quarter and that helped me pay some major bills that unemployment wasn't enough to cover. But employment is not enough for a productive citizen to live off of. She need to let go & let God 💯 find someone who atleast has half the drive she got. And some of these men do lie about how much money they make. I had a man lie to me about co owning a barbershop, owning a condo & starting a beauty salon. And my child's father lied to me about how much he was making before I got pregnant. So that man could have lied to her in the beginning about how much he was making and of course she probably didn't find out until after she started catching feelings and by then she probably was just too deep. Men know how to get women and paint that picture for her what they call it selling dreams. As women we have to look more at what we see than what we hear don't get sold a dream that will never become reality. These men can be pretty creative with the lies if only they put that energy into creating something of value.

The lies and the omission of truth definitely leaves lasting emotional scars. Alot of people are comfortable with compliancy and literally stop trying. The majority of people rather stay home, have sex on camera, binge watch others on social media, and get jobs in tech to scam and hack. Hard honest work is rare and affairs on the job is the new norm. It's hell for decent people to find other decent people with good intentions and common interests with so much dirt. Compassion fatigue is real. Can't believe the words, or actions...gotta dig deeper. Ask yourself what have they shown to you, that you matter to them?

Refreshing perspective on accountability, women are not taught or encouraged to hold up our end of accountability. Women manipulate and avoid accountability like its a disease we catch. I have grown as woman emotional maturity and accountability. The man in my life holds me accountable and I have to answer he will not tolerate me not communicating and being accountable. You guys are contradicting yourselves. So with Major it’s not ok to make allegations (true or untrue) but with Lizzo it is because it’s woman on woman? Discrimination and sexual harassment doesn’t discriminate. They are entitled to the same opportunities as everyone else and if they are being discriminated because they don’t want to be touched or do things they don’t want to do, they shouldn’t be treated any other way! If that was a big fat bloke doing this, you wouldn’t be saying ‘oh it ok, his business he can run it as he wants to’. Let’s keep the same energy for all. The only way this can be proven is if they didn’t get the same opportunities and that’s exactly what happened. I actually believe them. People with money think they can get away with all sorts of shite. Lizzie telling people it’s ok to stay obese proves that she has no good intent in her fame, she’s using her exposure for clout. Look at Naomi Campbell treating her stuff like trash. And for those who say they can go elsewhere if they don’t like ‘the rules’. That’s discrimination and maybe that’s they don’t think they can do better elsewhere. They deserve this opportunity like everyone else so can’t blame them for not wanting to just leave….
The way things are...he/she who has the bag controls the narrative. Nobody cares about whats true. If the liar has the resources the sheep will follow.
