The guy reconditioning the clutch was a pleasure to watch was fantastic.
Many comments about the clutch rebuild, but he didn’t rebuild it, he had to take it apart to replace a broken rattly spring (3 off) stretched the other 2 using a chisel, he never replaced the worn clutch plate, or when the gearbox was fitted the Thrust bearing was never replaced. All made up from bits and pieces lying around, the rear springs were only changed because it was being modified to a heavy dump truck, Warranty would be 5 minutes or 5 miles whichever comes first.
Nothing but the greatest respect for these craftsman and their work! Amazing!

People critisize these people they call them worse names under the sun but great respect to these fellas rebuilding a tipper truck from the ground up plus the fella who rebuilt a clutch friction plate, I have never seen anything like it. I know a fella who works in a garage he thinks he knows everything there is to know about vehicles, he knoews nothing compared to these guys. Love watching videos like this. Big big respect to these fellas.

I'm old enough to remember work like this in the USA. I see many impressive examples of improvisation. Look at the way they hoisted the transmission. Pakistan will survive a global catastrophe better than most more developed nations.

Nobody could deny that looks good, however, having a radiator painted (everything painted, including hoses, bushings and more) is not my cup of tea...
The paint helps hold it together. Adds another 6 months of life
Paint is dual use. As solder. Lol. Radiator fins and transmission housings should not be painted because it holds heat the two most important places meant to release and dissipate it.

I am fairly certain that I have seen this video before but it was more like several individual small videos. Good work on the truck and the total rebuild, looks good but could probably use some better tires, those may-pop's won't last very long under load. Thanks for sharing.

To be honest, do these people still think something? These trucks are only allowed to take a certain amount of cargo with them, but their children alone can play with the metal that they weld to the truck Load 1/3 less if not 1/2 (half) so their trucks are constantly overloaded and breaking apart. Thanks

You forgot to mention the backlight-warranty.
Why are you packing the rear wheel bearings with grease, they are supposed to be lubricated with gear oil. You do not use wheel bearing grease in this location.
