- In this video I install the nosing and tread, I will post a video on how to install stair #3 and 4. The square stairs can be tricky to get tight against the walls. Thank you!
I like the none edited video. It actually shows you how much work and walking we do lol. Only the real ones know. Gj on showing the rookies on how to get a temp riser/tread/nosing.
Gj on not edited and hiding flaws etc. Keep doing you and don't let the haters get to ya. Thanks for the video
Rubbermaid trash can inside.
Minimum canvas runners, 3x15 feet everywhere.
Material stands left and right of chop saw.
Rip all the risers at once 1/8 below whatever the overlap of the nosing is.
Festool hkc 55 with either the short or middle length track and you’re cutting lengths inside not walking back and forth to the saw.
Soft brooms.
Trash can directly behind the chop saw and slightly to one side, all the drop goes right in.
This has to be the most inefficient, disorganized DIY video that i have ever watched. it could have been good and informative if he was organized and did not waste so much time that i gave up watching it.
instead of those little filler strips, what I do is use floor patch on areas like that. Dries fast too. Just saying. Good luck with your channel.
I've used Fast set Artex, I've taken the Edger to it, Problem is this Home was a rental and the homeowner did not want to even pay for the extra materials. Thank you for watching and commenting .
In the final video there is a gap between the next step wall did you add another plank in between the step
Editing is your friend, show us what your measuring and edit the walking and cuts just show the cut piece being fitted in and onto next piece was a brutal watch and gave up sorry
That was one of my first videos, I will be editing the next one. Thank for the Feedback Bud.
Is there a way to fix the stair nose once it's been glued down. Mine has come loose and need to reglue
Try taking it off carefully (so it doesn't break) then re glue it down. I've had to fix that issue a few times.
@@Doing_TheMostwill the piece above the nose be affected in any way. Mine is the same way in your video
@@AdrianRodriguez-ik4eh the piece you step on and the piece that people usually kick, (tread, and riser) should be both glued down, they won’t move you’ll be fine.
You need to work more efficiently my friend.at your pace your will do 4 steps a day and lots of walking.
Thank you for watching. I need to edit my videos, lol I will do better next Bud!
you forgot to glue the end one down
Whole video just one step lmao
