Nice! I was about to go do some edge banding on a project, and my daughter needs a bike tube changed!! Perfect timing AND situation! Thx much brotha'
I just stumbled on to your channel and just wanna say I like your content 👍.. These home made edge banding clamps are awesome. I'll definitely be making these. Have never been about to justify spending the money on the rockler ones. So thanks for spreading the knowledge.
Thats a great tip! I'm gonna be doing this tomorrow! I have a ton of bicycle tubes, used to work in a bike shop years back and grabbed all the flats that came in :P
Great tip. Will have to make some
Thank you for posting this quick, easy and inexpensive tip!
I recently saw this online and was going to make a video on it. Looks like ya beat me to it. It's a great tip
JT Woodworks ah! I saw it maybe 4 or 5 years ago and made a bunch of clamps back then, recently needed more so I made this! They are awesome
Thanks for sharing this one!
Great tip. Thanks
Awesome tip
Are the black clamps 4 inches
Nice hack!
Wish I'd seen this an hour ago! I just made 8, but instead of fitting the hole tube on the nose of the clamps, I cut it in strips, fed them through holes I drilled in the plastic clamps, and glued the parts sticking out with Superglue. Spent over an hour! This is so much simpler and stronger since you use the double wall of the tube. Well... next ones I know how I'll make them. Thanks ;)
Ingenious.
👍 👍 👍 Great 👍 👍 👍
@tableftworkshop was the first I saw do it. I love cheap tips that work great!
Hey buddy, want to thank you for this video. I made myself 10 of these after watching your video the other day. Works great !
This is perfect! I need to put some edge banding on a shelf and this will be a big help. It's so weird how videos come up for projects I am going to be doing lol.
Yeah... wierd.
Almost like Google is watching you.
Haha just kidding.
-We- _THEY_ aren't watching you. They. RUclips Google would never spy on anyone. That's _illegal_ of course!
Super cool!
Never thought about that, thanks!
Is that a 2 inch clamp?
jack r the steel spring clamp is a 2” and the plastic is a 2.5”
I like that you don’t have to have them as dedicated edge band clamps! Pretty cool idea dude 🤜🏽
Love it, Thanks for sharing
Quick and simple. I like it
thanks for the tips
