Bass fishing can be hard if you don't know how to cover water fast. It seems like no one is really talking about what covering water actually looks like so i want to show you in this video how to do it!
BassFishingHQ is dedicated to teaching people how to catch more and bigger bass. I will go over different bass fishing tips & techniques that will put more fish in the boat or on the shore. Whether you are just starting out or a seasoned tournament angler, my goal is to help you catch more bass.

I took my daughter last Saturday in our kayaks to a small lake that we've never fished, the plan was to teach an 8 yr old how to fish a worm. We had just unloaded the boats from the truck and I grabbed her rod and said watch how I do this. While the worm was sinking down the line took off so I set the hook and gave her the rod. She landed a about a 2 lb large mouth, so I said cast it where I just threw it at next to the grass...bam she hooked a good one about 4 lbs but it got off. So we put the boats in the water and started fishing the grass line around the bank. After about an hr of fishing and picking one up here and there the sky got dark with clouds. I switched to a black zoom trick worm and it was on, almost every cast we made we were getting hit. To make a long story short, I figured out pretty fast where the bass were hanging out and then figured out what they really wanted. We caught 28 bass in about 3 hrs with most of them being over 2 lbs. She learned how to fish a worm pretty good that day. I think she caught 11 all together. Needless to say I'll be going back to that lake again. It's 10 minutes from my house and loaded with good sized fish, the perfect place to bring a new fisherman. Great video by the way!

I think the view count says it all here . We all want more theory and lake breakdowns . I’ve always believed a lotta RUclips is filled with “secret lure syndrome” videos and in reality there’s usually 1000s of ways to catch a fish . But finding where they are and developing a pattern allows us to goto any body of water and increase our catch rates . Good work , keep these coming
