My new favourites youtuber to watch 😄 ive binged watched lots of your videos and will definitely be looking forward to new released videos over time too!!! Btw found your channel by looking up "kids gardening" for my 3 year old, she loves the videos!!! Also you should try dehydrating slices of tomato with basil and salt on top. Its sooo good..a very enjoyable and addictive snack and so yummy in salads 🥗 pasta etc! I also love to dehydrate it in my dehydrator and than make that into "not so sundried tomatos" by mixing it with herbs and olive oil and putting it in a jar for a few days. Soooo yummy!!!! You could can it for longer storage too but I always eat it too fast lol. 😅 you can even use the left over tomato, oregano, basil etc flavoured olive oil in salads and pastas!!! So versatile and delish!!!
Your Garden looks So Beautiful 🤩 My tomatoes didn’t produce as much as thought they should 🤔 I’m going to try the mulched leaves in my garden. My Pollinators weren’t visiting the garden as I had hoped… I hardly had anything buzzing around ( No Hummingbirds) 🤔 Zillions of those darn Mosquitoes & ticks🤦♀️ I didn’t even have Cicadas like other States did ( I’m in Ky) I could hear them on RUclips homesteading videos, not here 🤔 Great Video, until the next one 😉💞🇺🇸
Howdy from your neighbor to the south in Tennessee! We've had SO many insects this summer, including the cicadas. And our garden didn't do as well as in past years, but we're looking forward to the next season. We always use mulched leaves in our garden. Great for the winter beds that are resting until the spring.
That’s so interesting that you didn’t have cicadas! I had some friends who are in newly developed areas not have cicadas. And such a bummer you didn’t have as many pollinators. The beautiful thing about gardening is that you get another try next year ♥️
If you flick the flower a few times it helps pollinate them!! 😊 if you have the time ofc. Just walk around with a coffee in one hand and your fingers or an electric toothbrush that's dedicated to pollinating in the other hand
Yes! So worth all the work 🙌 and those Squash Vine Borers are so annoying haha. You should give the Tromboncino Squash! We’ve absolutely loved it this year

So much work... but it's worth it!!! Squash Vine Borers are a pain for us... I don't think we've successfully grown a squash in years!
