If you haven’t seen previous videos, we have been trying to give him worming tablets for three days. Thanks for many suggestions. If this last resort doesn’t work then it’ll have to be a trip to the vet (I have been trying not to do unnecessary trips to the vet as he is so distraught by being taken out of his comfort zone)
Dont they have others instead of tablets. Just asking. Since every cat know when it's something in the food. I had the same problem. Stick it in his mouth would be easier. But you have a wonderful little man Eselle. That brighten the day..❤❤❤
Perhaps the Vet has a liquid version of deworming medicine? It's so much easier when you have somebody else doing the holding while other person is administering the RX. Cats do not like to be medicated!😳 Good luck with this deworming situation.🥺💕💕
Aww poor thing . Soda is the same. I crush up her medication and put into one of those churu treats and give her this twice a day and she eats it.. if it’s a “pill” she won’t eat it
my cat has to be surgically removed from my lap, it is horrible because sometimes you need the bathroom, or a drink etc. or it's dinner time lol. That said I wouldn't change it as it's nice getting cat cuddles, she lies with her head under my chin and nuzzles my chin sometimes. But Eric is clearly very very loving in his own way, cats are individuals after all, he's clearly a wonderful boy who loves his hooman mama.
@@Adam-r6s2c haha I am in the middle, sometimes, I need my sleep and have to move them to the other side of the bed and if that doesnt work, they get put on the spare bed and I close my bedroom door haha
@@johnsmith-ug5tp I totally understand, some nights if I am struggling to sleep I've had to take the cat out the room too - and then I feel absurdly guilty lol. She rules me, I feel like I'm her pet xD
I just love Eric so much 😻😻😻 Whenever I turn on my iPad, Esselle and Eric video is what I must look at before anything else. I’m always so happy to catch up daily with y’all 😸 and without doubt, you bring out a smile from me. So thank you for sharing a piece of life daily with sweet Eric😻😻😻❤️❤️❤️
Dronspot is a spot on wormer (like the flea treatment) that works well for all internal cat parasites. No prescription needed either. But do get it from Vio Vet or another online registered veterinary pharmacy rather than Amazon (counterfeit risks) You can probably buy it from Eric's vet also. This will save the very lovely Eric from a distressing vet trip. 🤗💖👑🐈
Eric, you are the cutest boy with blep 😛 You definitely brighten the day up...I hope mum can get you to the vet if the next thing doesn't work for his worming. 🧡🙏
Our cats aren’t good with pills, I’ve tried the pill pockets which don’t work but both have monthly wormers and flea treatments on the back of the neck available through the vet which although not popular get the job done, we’re UK based.
I had the same problem with the medication until it was made into a tiny meat product recommended by the vet. That was never spit out or avoided as it was thought of as a treat to a finicky eater. ❤
You are a wonderful Cat Mum!👍😺🤗💕 I really do know how you're feeling. Have had many Cats over many years & they hated pills! I tried crushing & mixing them in yummy foods and I'd find spit out evidence of the pill. Cats can smell things we can't. I am keeping positive prayers you find a solution for Eric's deworming meds.🥺🙏🥰
Just what gap did Eric go into there at the beginning? It had to be the one that he and everybody else normally avoids, because he came out looking like the cat version of a fuzz duster. Poor chap had dust bunnies all over him. It must have been one of the Christmas present brushes to the rescue right after that scene because he was clean from then on. Yes, Eric was very happy today. It's always fun to see him so content!
We smash any tablets and put Nayelis favourite licky-sauce on top. So its like a treat. Always works for us. (There is also some kind of liquid stuff available - at least here in Germany- you just place a drop of it on the head - but I never tried it). Good luck and fingers crossed!! Big hugs to Eric.
Hi Esselle, it might be helpful to set up a subscription with Pets At Home; we've had both worm & flea subs set up for a number of years now ✨ They require an accurate weight, which I did at home & a few other details 💫 The ones we have are pipette style & are delivered each month automatically. There's an app & you can update via the app when needed ✨ They send offers & vouchers on various stuff too 😻🥰
I know it's been said before, but I think that Eric likes to be with you, but not necessarily in your life. That's just not his preference. I hope that you have found the solution to worming him without taking him to the vet.

Eric does what he wants to do. All his puuuuuuuuuuuuuuring, you know he is a Happy Cat. Such an adorable Tabby.💗💗💗💗
Dear Eric. Be a good boy and take your medicine because you don't want to go to the vet. ❤
Keep purring Eric ❤
Eric simply makes me smile. His stories are fascinating. Blessings to you both 🙏
He looks like a forest cat, he's so pretty
Eric is trying to find the worming pills to throw them away. Eric believes that Sheba will work better than the pills.😂❤
I think you're absolutely spot on! 😂😂
😂
I love it when he sticks his tongue out!❤😂😅😊
Eric is happy boy and so sweet. Thanks.👍👍👍👍👍❤❤❤❤❤🥰
Eric: Sit on your lap? I'll think about it. I had a German shepherd in the 80's, she didn't like going to the vet either.
He loves mummy and his Jess ❤❤
Mr Purry Face is simply living the dream right there. 💛🐾
Awww, Eric loves having Jess home and his little tongue is sticking out 😛🐈⬛
🇺🇲❤🇬🇧
Keeping my fingers crossed that the putty works.
He is such a precious guy . Listen to Mom and take your meds . Good luck , Mom .❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Those majestic whiskers....love you eric😊
He's such a happy cat Esselle and he loves his mum and loves his scratchins'....
Jess (I presume) has got the magic touch with Eric. He's practically swooning at the end.
Look at his fuzzy little face! 🙀😻
Adorable, happy Eric.
Esselle, Eric's purring could be recorded and sold as a sleep aid. That'd be a million seller! 😀
🥰He's a happy boo-boo!😘😻
His cute little tongue
It's nice that Eric still has Jess around to fuss him too, adorable little man 😻😽😘😘😘
Lap cats can literally be a pain. Because you are trapped and can't move because you feel guilty disturbing them. Cramp city! haha

At 1:16, the meow gets me! We love you, Eric 😍😍😍
As sweet as Eric is I don't think he has much going on upstairs. His life is food, pets, and purrs.
PURFECT ! Happy new year with Eric, so soft and cute !
Such a lovely kid.❤❤❤
Chocolate orange spotted!
Kitty does not want medicine, not even in silly putty.
Another video from Derek 😂😂
Sorry Eric's mum haha. He's so fluffy haha❤
