    Great job! Happy Holidays to you and Spence and Georgie!

  • @randylazer2894
    @randylazer2894 2 дня назад +2

    First....it seems that Georgie still has his same general lack of enthusiasm for breakfast! Good Lord, never have I seen a dog so absolutely exuberant over food....that is truly a very good thing. The mile pace you are running at elevation is really serious, particularly with turns and ice. If you were at sea level, running 15:47 is pretty spectacular. When you were in the NCAA before the recent leap in shoe technology, 15:47 would likely be within 5 or 10 seconds of a win on the road for the national championship.
    BTW.....your sage advice of running in a race when in front, is exactly what I do when I run into an ex girlfriend.....Look as great as I possibly can!
    I think the key thing in that race was not to fall on that ice. It is usually easy not to fall when you are running at 8 or 9 minute pace on some ice, but when you are pushing it to 5 minute pace that gets dangerous. Really well done, and I know that Georgie truly enjoyed his Thanksgiving dinner!

    • @allie_ostrander
      @allie_ostrander  День назад +1

      Georgie’s enthusiasm for food is unmatched! I actually think his spins have gotten faster lately, which I didn’t think was possible 😂
