Yo the timing that the video comes to me is insane. I just played basketball in school got beat because i didn't play for a lot of time and my handles are so bad. Needed it so much
I usually do 100 each hand 100 between legs left and right also behind the back before any game if i mess up that rep to 100 I start from 0 but looking at this is insane for sure this will unlock way better handles
The reason no one can handle like Kyrie is because he probably has 10,000+ hours of practice of just handles/footwork alone. For context, if you started playing ball at 4 yrs old, you'd need to practice 2 hours a day for the next 14 years to get 10,000 hours. And not just dicking around practice. I mean purposeful training. When you say, "I've done this a thousand times...", these kids believe you when it isn't true. And if it is, I'd find another group to train with because there's plenty of other skills/methods to work on.

Great video. Can you do the same with shooting (reasons/drills)
Is doing AP fall into moves into finishing and shooting a good drill
How about dribbling the ball everywhere u go, and learning to chain moves really fast, triple and double moves,

How many times or how long should you do each drill?
Maybe 15-20 can help
