It's good to see you uploading. I liked this video, but personally i don't think quitting sugar is necessary to accomplish your weight loss goals. Having more nutricious food than before is nice and helpful for sure, but to quit eating your favorite sweets and snacks completely will most likely feel miserable. A cheat day or just a little bit every day might be a good idea. That's my opinion at least.
Ooh! Totally agree! What's been helpful for me is to reduce the amount of overly processed sugary foods i buy and therefore consume. For example, instead of getting the regular cookies, I may opt for those "thin" versions instead which, are still not exactly healthy, but have wayyy less sugar. Supplementing sweet cravings with healthier sugars like honey and fruits could also help. Alternatively, baking and making your own sweets can help you control the amount of sugars but that's a lot of work lol As you said, quitting your fav foods entirely is more likely to make you miserable. In the end, it's all about maintaining a balance 😄😄😄
@oofoof-k8n Maintaining a balance is a very good way to put it. Also i agree, fruits are a great addition, i like cutting them and mix it with some yogurt.
Your voice overs always keep me engaged because they’re hilarious so my adhd brain can actually retain the content. Also the way you frame / edit things (the inspirational poster fonts for the quotable one liners, amazing) are high key genius. Time is reality so being detached from the passage of time equals being detached from reality hit me hard bc time blindness. I love your videos thank you so much for making and sharing them!!!
I'm the type of person who puts on my sport leggings, takes out the sport mat do some warm up exercise, and BOOM ! "enough for today" Or to prepare to go outside, wearing a nice outfit, doing my makeup and BOOM ! "It's too late now I'm not so motivated" ... 😮💨😔

Just saying...it you want to lose 10kg weight then consider losing 15 coz you will gain muscles ...so on scale it shows you lose 10kg but fact is you must have gained 5kg muscles if done right
