The guy is looking at another monitor which is not his chat. Obviously has a direct memory access card in the system he is playing on, which sends data to a secondary PC which has third part software to display the player skeletons on a monitor linked to that PC, then likely using a KmBox to send his aimbot data back to the gaming PC. Not using a fuser as they can glitch. Watch the game again but pay attention to where he is looking just before he pushes or makes rotations.

He looks at the mini map so he can see if he’s getting any weapon pings or if he just killed someone he’s looking for their teammate

He never stops moving, not while looting, he doesnt over focus on downs, his movement looks like he crazy and sensitivity is crazy high

He's not cheating. First thing I want you to do: go buy a webcam and record 6-8 hours of gameplay with the webcam on. Then we will compare Lucky looking at the mini map to you looking at the mini map. Make sure you're sitting 6-8 inches from your monitor! Until then, you don't even know what you look like looking at the mini map
if you ever see the pros are out in the buy station you know lucky is in your lobby

I am on keyboard and mouse and my movement is pretty good but my aim and tracking is very inconsistent on most guns, but I’m crazy good with snipers. Most days I don’t play very good but sometimes when my aim is decent I can easily drop over 20. I was thinking to change my sensitivity and such but I don’t want to ruin my aim with snipers. Is there something I could do?

Newish player here. How does he regain when he is playing solo? If you squad wipe someone, they're out of the game, right?
regains he tries to get loudout money to get he's guns and then he goes in for the kills but if you wipe a squad tjen they don't vome back
