It is difficult to say what is best for you at this time without knowing your current strength status. 1 legged squats are much tougher than 2 legged squats, and will build a lot of strength in the surgical hip. However, neither of these exercises will help much with hip internal rotation! I recommend taking our free assessment at the link above to assess your hip internal rotation.
Thanks Dave! Will doing 1 or 2 legged squats help build the hip muscles and assist in regaining inner hip rotation? ( L. hip replaced in April )
