The WORST kind of gun owner is one who owns pre-1986 Full Auto's and isn't VIGILANTLY trying to get the Hughes Amendment repealed because "Oh I paid so many thousand doll hairs, and no one else should be able to buy them cheaper!"
I'm totally fine with suppressors being easily available and purchased. Full-auto weapons being mass produced for the masses........no way. Sure they are fun but neighbors dumping 100 round mags.....not a good idea. Jump on Legislators to get suppressors and SBR's easily purchased without tax stamps and other obstacles. Get concealed and open carry in your state. I think their should be a mandatory safety class though to responsibly carry.
Boosted98gsx people take mandatory classes when they get a hunting license...no big deal. People also take classes to get a driver's license, or at least take a competency test. It's not a tax on a right. It's that attitude that ensures nothing will get done.
It IS a big deal though. Rights are rights. When a government mandates you take a class or get a license to exercise them, they are infringing on those rights (they have taken them and are SELLING them back to you). ANY time or money you have to pay (to the gobbament) in order to exercise your rights is unconstitutional. Whether or not you are OK with that is irrelevant.
First they came for the AK owners, and I said nothing for I was not an AK owner. Next they came for the AR owners, and I said nothing for I was not an AR owner. I grew up in a household where I wasnt allowed to have anything other than a BB gun. As soon as I hit legal age I kept bringing them around my family so they would get use to seeing it. Little by little I would ask them to shoot and sure enough as soon as they did everyone now has their own gun and they keep asking me to help take them gun shopping lol
50 Stitches Steel my grandma was the same why after about 5 years of me bring guns around she is now about to get her ccw and I'm getting her a gun for her birthday a sig p238 (She picked it out but doesn't I'm getting it)
I'm a black gun enthusiast and when I tell people I have guns usually the first thing out their mouths is preparing for a war with cops or some shit relating to trump or their shocked I actually know about guns and don't fit he "thug with a gun" stereotype the shit gets old....and I REALLY enjoy talking about guns
Who cares man i get it to being not all white an the fact i tan dark so yeah the same hokus pokus happens from family an friends but when you meet the veterans an get to talking even the old whiteys see they were all shades of green for example an they enjoy the gun talk i think you should elevate your friends man their are a ton of guys i know who are every shade of the rainbow who conceal carry to avoid the convo with dumb people fuck the mouthy liberal agenda'd kids my uncle was the same way then he got his ass kicked an now owns a glock so people can be fickle as shit LOL
I'm a year late. But I'm a 1/4 native American. In the summer I am very dark. I get called Hispanic all the time. I have a gun shop in town that recently changed hands. (Only gun shop for 35 miles) he has talked down to me the 2 times I have went on there. I don't know if it's my skin or what. But I have friends that claim he is really nice and helpful. Soo I avoid the place when I can.... All I'm trying to say is I feel your pain brother. It may not be to the extent of yours but I do know where you are coming from.
*Random Question:* Has anyone here ever asked themselves why did America change so drastically since the 1950's? *Look into the "Frankfurt School" as they were responsible for the complete transformation of our culture & society. Almost every single person involved was ethnically Jewish btw..*
Luke Brough when the government tells you your only option is to RUN, HIDE and finally TELL you should know your being treated like a lamb for the slaughter. Two cops where stabbed before armed police intervened in london. Its a complete joke.
Arnold Schwartzneger and Spielberg supposedly have homes in Montana with huge gun collections. Meanwhile, Spielberg has always supported gun control, and Arnold signed into law so many anti gun regulations as a supposedly republican governor of California.
LittleLion93 being a California native, gun control to us means things like magazine confiscations, "assault weapons" bans, ammo background checks. That kind of thing. Spielberg donates to organizations that push that kind of stuff. A talk radio host said that thing about Spielberg and Arnold so I'm not sure if it's accurate. It wouldn't necessarily surprise me though.
Spielberg grew up in arizona, he does own and shoot guns but i think there is no evidence he os for gun control. Whoopi Goldberg is also a gun owner and even an NRA member.
The air force LOL i love our service people but i see my brother as a hipster an now he is a airman an they are all gun nuts but work on grounded planes! God Bless thanks for your service guys who see this LOL
To me "gun control" means proper breathing technique, a smooth squeeze of the trigger and a fast but accurate follow-up (triple-tap - Hip, heart, head).
Gun safety should be taught as early as elementary school. Police could come in and educate them on gun safety, and at the same time teach kids that cops are there to help them, not get everyone in trouble. hands on experience is so important, because every liberal friend who i have ever handed my pistol or rifles suddenly loves guns.
VinnyS914 whats a great about where I live on a Indian reservation state laws don't apply here just federal law and my reservation in particular has no gun laws exept for no shooting in the residential area.
VinnyS914 not if you have a ccw, but the nice thing is your handgun purchase isn't ran through nics so when you go get your gun you won't be delayed, and you can get several permits at once.
My mom really thought she was anti gun... Then she came out to hike with my girlfriend and I in the mountains. She wouldn't stray more then 20 ft away from us because we were "packing heat" lol.
4:02 - This best describes my relationship with guns. A lot of my friends are left leaning centrists or outright liberal. Coming from the center myself, its hard to articulate why having this right matters, and why its important to make sure that these rights are never stripped away from us. It bothers me greatly that they are indifferent to firearms or are outright disapproving of them. Don't even get me started with the people I work with. I've mentioned a few times that I'm a gun owner and that I like to exercise my rights (by going to the local gun range) every now and again, and they looked at me like I was a serial killer. Even being associated with the act of purchasing, shooting, or talking about guns is blasphemous. I wish it wasn't the case, but the ignorance is real. The agenda of the extreme left has prevailed here in California. Its funny because prior to the 1990s early 2000s, California was pretty conservative. What in the fuck happened?
Curious Being What happened to gun rights in California? Well an armed drifter committed a mass shooting with an AK-47 and then the liberal fun-wreckers were like: "REEEEEEEEEEEEEE WE NEED TO BAN ASSAULT WEAPONS"
Curious Being take them to the range. Set them up with a .22lr and a standard round bulls eye target. No magnum or large caliber weapons and no people or animal targets. They will try it if they are truly liberal minded.... show them the definition of liberal in the dictionary.
In a reversal of the Obama era, more people of color and progressives are purchasing guns, especially after Trump's election. As a lifelong progressive and someone who has owned firearms for 19 years, I can state that there are quite a few liberals who own guns, have concealed carry permits and are advocates of the Second Amendment. All three apply to me. What really aggravates me about the "liberal" community is that more often than not, if you are open about any or all of these subjects, you are treated as an apostate.
By all accounts, I should not have been a gun owner (anti-gun family, very left-leaning community in a big city, etc.). Yet here I am, cleaning my rifle.
Oh I thought this would be about gun owners working with liberals and gun haters I feel forced, compelled to not be pro gun or talk about guns at all when I'm at work it's as if being a gun owner is a character flaw or personality disorder
Me too, I thought this video would be about places of work that don't allow gun talk. Some places will flag you as a risk if you even look up gun related things online. Then again, maybe shouldn't be looking up anything at work that isn't work specific...
Jon H- I felt the same at my last job. Me and a couple of guys would talk about guns in hushed tones in back rooms. The company had a written policy that I could not even have my legal gun in my car while at work. When I quit, as part of the exit interview, the company asked reasons I left and I listed this policy as one of several reasons. As soon as management heard this response, I was asked to pack my desk and leave; even though I still had a day left of my 2-weeks notice. The very nice HR lady I had worked with for 18 years told me that management was concerned that I might come to work and start shooting. She told them that was the stupidest thing she had ever heard, but I still had to be escorted out.
Maybe instead of closet gun owners, perhaps this video should be "self hating gun owners" they're in the closet and hypocritical the more I listen to Eric, the more I think this topic is close to their gun grip on "Fudds"
It's like being a Trump supporter. A Make America Great Again bumper sticker guarantees getting my car damaged. A Trump hat or T-shirt guarantees my getting harassed or attacked. The Lib/Progs are not only anti-2A, they are a very violent and Fascist group. So, we don't advertise our patriotism, for our own safety.
2 wheeled demon My beautiful colt python and my delicious Winchester lever action both identify as nerf guns so its clearly racist sexist islamophobic transphobic and homophobic to say otherwise
I am coming out of the closet boys. I love guns. Iwill always love guns. I want to make love to a gun, but I am too afraid I might accidentally discharge too early.
@@richardcarden4161 A friend of mine, who is retired from the U.S. Secret Service, saw a revolver in her handbag, as the bag was laying on a table, next to her. She picked up the bag, and took out her ID. He assumed that the bag was her's, as well as the contents. This happened in the late '80's. He was afraid to say anything, because of vindictive Democrats, in the House. He told me that it was an atmosphere that was hazardous to an honest cop's career. My friend has since passed away.
I'm treated like this for carrying a knife/having knives. Considering I've been shot at 4 times in 2019 and don't have the means to get a gun at the moment, I'd rather at least have something sense my area I've lived in for years is suddenly and rapidly turning into a shit hole
I grew up in the mountains of oregon my first gun was a mossberg 500 shotgun now I own many weapons I've never seen a gun fire without someone pulling that trigger
Vast majority of people love liberty until people start doing things with which they disagree. Similarly, many people don't hate tyrants, they hate those with whom they disagree. Both sides try to use the state as a bludgeon, just against different targets. That mentality is a problem.
Peetweefish You're right. The bastards make it hard to not wanna kick their teeth down their throats though. Gotta support the same freedoms for all Americans though, world goes to shit when you start playing favorites. Good job reminding us not to be hypocrites.
IV8888 channel and all the guys involved with it have done so many good things for ALL 2A supporters and our rights. I just want to thank all of you guys truly. Keep on doing what you do and we will continue to support all you guys at IV8888 and your channel!
I live in Chicago and love firearms. I talk about them freely and when I do they look at me like I'm crazy, and that I'm not right in the head since I own them. Is like over here guns is like out of the ordinary conversatjon but in other states it's such a normal thing. But I don't give a fuck what any jobs think or anyone lol
The sheltered injustice between ignorance and fact is paramount. Constitutional regress is, and should be undisputed to the American peoples right for constitutional freedoms. Thank you for your service.
"tell your friends that you love guns". When I have Molon Labe tattooed on my left forearm and an AR bolt face on my right forearm, I think they know 😂
The paster of our church for a decade preached the evils of owing a gun. We found out that he purchased a 357 in Montana after someone stole som camping gear from his camp. He said this was an exception and that we should not own guns because we were not as responsible as he was.
Jane Fonda was the classic. When she got caught with an illegal handgun in NY she was queried about her opposition to gun ownership. She said, ;oh that is for other people.; LoL
Tim Allen and Clint Eastwood stepped up. It's to bad more people don't have or use common sense more. All of our rights are important. Not just what one or two individuals might think is important. We need to pull together and use our heads for something other than a hat rack.
I'm just going to say it. You guys are the best advocates on RUclips aka the world. Any practical person understands what you guys deliver. Great job! Btw, not left or right, just an American who loves his Country, guns and other cool crap. Thanks guys.
im one of the few pro gunners in my family. i avoid all family reunions because of it. my new york relatives banter me every chance they get. god its awful.
"Liberal" is just a buzzword to fracture our political landscape. Don't participate in party allegiance, believe what makes sense, not what other "liberals" tell you you should.
Eric and chad, what you talk about at 18:00 is totally me. i work in an environment that does not allow me to speak openly about shooting sports in fear of my job
I think the NRA should do a better job supporting pro gun democrats and independents especially from the Midwest because there are people who are progressive that support the second amendment.
31695: They do, If you were a member of the NRA then you would know that they do support Pro-Gun democrats (the few that there are) real Pro-Gun democrats not the fake bullshit ones that only say that they believe in the 2nd Amendment to trick Pro-Gun people to vote for them. The NRA also gives politicians a grade A,B,C,D,F to let people know who is actually Pro-Gun and who is not. They break down what makes politicians Pro-Gun and what doesn't.
Prior to the "boating accident " I had a few laying around for personal and home defense. A full size handgun and a long gun for the house and a pocket gun and 2 mouse gun backups while I was a cab driver.
I used to be an unarmed security guard, and there were some serious moments when I called the cops for help. Sometimes they would show up quickly, and sometimes I waited over 2 hours, simply because all the officers were busy with other calls.
I'm from California and we definitely need help keeping the 2nd amendment alive here. It's crazy and sad what the governor is trying to do. Keep up the fight guys! And there are many gun owners here in Cali that need your help too! Long live the 2nd amendment
The best part of this video is when he says it's okay to have different ideas, I love seeing for once someone so prideful about being pro gun and stuff but also understand that it's good to have different ideas
Just because someone owns a gun doesn't mean that they are obligated to support the extremist views of the NRA. As one example, "surveys by Johns Hopkins and the Pew Research Center show that about 85 percent of gun owners favor universal background checks, an idea fiercely opposed by the gun lobby." -Washington Post. I am a gun owner, but the NRA doesn't speak for me, and they are not on my side.
John1MN: whatsit tooya's comment is exactly why there is very little reasonable progress on this issue. Ugly name-calling instead of actual discussion happens far too often -- on both sides.
Nice cherry pick. FYI, I'm not in love with the NRA, but I know that they're useful. Universal Background checks are utter trash as well, do you respect privacy? www.gallup.com/poll/196658/support-assault-weapons-ban-record-low.aspx
Just so you know, no one really knows what universal background checks mean. That would pretty much abolish the private party sale of firearms and the only way to enforce it would be with a firearms registry (which have been used in the past to locate gun owners and disarm them, see Nazi Germany)
I have a question, where is the gun shop(s) in your videos at I see in the background because I always see guns I would like to buy but I can never find in my area and i can't find one online that I can't inspect myself and I'm getting to the point where I don't care where I have to go to get one
So glad firearms exist. Just recently purchased my first rifle after being old enough to buy one, looking really forward to a life of collecting and owning guns :).
Off topic, I'm familiar with the hi point torture test you and Barry did and I know your channel isn't gun snobs by any means but even though I've never owned a hi point, it's great to see one hanging on your wall. Keep up the great videos Eric and Chad!
I just signed up for my PAL course and I'm proud and have told almost everyone I know. The hardest part is browsing now and leaving empty handed till I get my card LOL
I'm 100% pro gun and support gun rights. However, I work for a very liberal government agency, and my career would be in jeopardy if it became known I was a gun owner and or pro gun.
You guys hit it on this one! Living in NY is hard and the fight is even harder. Too many people tell us to just move to a "free state" which to me is quitting the fight and I can't do that.
I don't know if it's controllable on your end, but I could not watch this video because it was locked on 1080p HD and it kept buffering every 2 seconds and didn't give an option for a slower speed. The wifi at the place I was at at the time was busy. I think I could have watched it at 480, or 360, but I just went to another video that was adjustable.
I used to be scared of guns for personal reasons and knew I would never own one, but last year a friend talked about it to me and I decided to give it a try and since then I own more guns for personal protection and sport as well. I used to think why would anyone need a gun but now i know why.
You guys speak the truth, I consider myself an independent. But I am pro guns, nothing I wanna do more then shoot guns, own guns, etc. Granted, I am new to guns, but thanks to you guys and demolition ranch, and other channels, it makes me want to become an gun owner.
I live in Massachusetts born and raised. I grew up anti gun by environmental condition. If it wasn't for boy scouts and later a gun range that rents handguns to try I would probably still be ignorantly "anti" Gun. I think childhood education is key. There was a time in pre teen to early twenties where guns were only perceived to be owned by criminals by most of my peer group. If you only see guns in tv shows and on the news crime reel you aren't going to appreciate the second amendment. Thanks for the video guys. I'm on the road right now to gun ownership and thanks to yours and some other RUclips channels I am going to join NRA and some local advocacy groups. Cheers!
You folks are absolutely right in that you should have the ability to protect your self until help can arrive. Even the Sheriff of our county made a psa about that fact. As the saying goes: when seconds count, help is minutes away.
11:18 this was my family. My uncle on the other hand was an avid outdoorsman. Fly fishing, hunting, snowmobiles etc. my parents drilled anti gun into my head from day one.
I hear you. In Australia, we have politicians who are protected by armed security, but they enforce the fact that self defence is not a genuine reason for owning a gun in Australia.
The kid that bought the gun without his parents knowledge was my friend Anup. He had multiple guns in the house but went for his Glock when robbery was attempted. Gotta love a happy ending haha
When I was a wee little one, I always had this feeling of joy when I would see guns on TV or in stores. I always loved them, and I knew immediately the respect you have to have for them...never did I think I'd be buying them like I do now, especially in NJ which is less than polite to that sort of thing ;) Your guys' channel is such a breath of fresh air. You guys make it so hard to not love the 2nd amendment...and you approach every angle and appeal, I think, to every person regardless of political leanings and all that nonsense. You just want everyone to enjoy the right we have to have firearms. And because of that, I've become a bit of a gun-nut in my own regard. So, thanks!
Great video guys. I believe people are anti-gun or neutral until one of two things happen: they either find that "gateway drug" friend who shows them the light, or they're anti-gun until it matters. I remember growing up in the 90s in Los Angeles, and I remember having anti-gun neighbors and closet gun owners on our street -and that was fine till the riots. Suddenly there was a surge of people trying to purchase guns to protect their families, having an immediate defensive need that they could not simply explain away. The need to defend themselves was very real and in their face, and they knew the police were way too busy to be bothered to help them. The irony is the very same waiting period they voted for years prior was the same thing that was causing them sleepless nights, just waiting till the waiting period was up so they could finally get their gun and feel safer. I remember some of our neighbors who never advertised they own guns -in fact people you'd never suspect owned guns, all of a sudden come out with a holstered revolver or Mini 14 to help protect the neighborhood during those times. If they had been more open about it, maybe they could have been those "gateway drug" friends who could have helped other people on the block get up to speed. I don't blame them because if the unarmed neighbors had known, the armed neighbors probably would have been shunned or not invited to block parties and whatnot -my mom certainly wouldn't have let us go over to their houses and play with their kids, it's just unfortunate all around. A very personal example for me arrived when I was working the gun counter at Cabelas after college, it was my first job in the industry and I was seeing and learning so much. I had a woman come in who looked absolutely just beat up, it appeared it was fairly recent but I absolutely did not want to ask or say anything, so I just treated her normally and we looked at options. We looked through the choices and after working with her for over an hour, she volunteered to share that she had been very recently raped, and she wasn't anti-gun but she was on the fence and had been considering getting a gun, but just never jumped on it. After this horrific experience, she was intent on finally getting a gun and learning how to use it so she'd stand a chance at preventing that from ever happening again. My heart breaks for people like that who are "lucky" enough to still be alive and realize way too late that lawful self defense and the ability to protect yourself and your family is a priority, and you can't think it won't ever happen to you, or that the police will be able to respond in time. Law Enforcement enforces the law, they are not our own personal body guard detail. After Cabelas I worked at a range right outside Los Angeles, and we had many celebrities come through our establishment to buy guns and shoot. You would be surprised over the kinds of celebrities who owned and shot guns, some of them would call ahead and arrange private time on the range after hours or away from the public light -mostly to avoid the fanfare and autographs, but in some cases because they didn't want anybody knowing they lived our kind of life, and if it leaked they were avid shooters and gun-owners, it would be harder getting work in Hollywood. In some cases we'd bring some guns out to their private location so they could pick out a gun without being seen, and then do the 4473 and paperwork after hours. Knowing the kinds of closet celebrities we worked with, I think they collectively could help shift Hollywood over time if more of them came out of the gun closet, but I understand their careers would mostly be over if they ever did it. The biggest anti-gun politicians and celebrities in my mind are not actually anti-gun. They very much believe in guns as they of course have armed security details as you mentioned. They just believe guns are only for them, or should only be used to protect people like them who are "important enough." The flagship example of this is of course the "guns for me, but not for thee" Diane Feinstein kind of politician -when her husband was threatened decades ago and they were experiencing very real and terrifying threats, she got a concealed carry permit and carried everywhere. Once she become "very important," she had armed details taking over her security, but she very much believes in guns, just not for the average person. We aren't important enough to warrant such protection, especially on our own because we're not trustworthy or important enough to handle it. Guns and real protection are privileges only reserved for them -it's sick. I could go on, but I appreciate the video and I also fully agree that we should all care about the plight and misfortune of other Americans in different states. Maybe it's Illinois or California today, but the anti-gun states have always been the proving ground for what the anti-gunners want to "achieve" on a national level, and I believe we shouldn't laugh or mock others for being in a restrictive situation -it's a storm that may someday pass over our heads someday if we let it. Great video, and great work here guys as usual. -Mr. 2nd
I used to box and I have always felt confident in my ability to defend myself but you make a very good point about boxing for 5 minutes that's hard work
I absolutely love your guys’ channel. And I LOVE the gun gripes series. Thanks to this video, in particular, after picking up my first firearm about a month ago I started watching Gun Gripes and really getting into the 2A community. When I came upon this video I realized “wow unintentionally I am a closet gun owner” and I immediately last wk joined the NRA and a Gun Owners Of America and have setup a quarterly contribution to help fight for our rights. Living in Connecticut, USA, it is extremely sucky when it comes to gun laws here, so I completely understand how important it is for ALLLLLL gun owners to keep putting in to help fight for our freedoms. As a true American I have to say I’m disgusted with the laws CT has enacted recently, I mean as far as I know I literally cannot own a semi auto AR15 in this state. Can’t have any cosmetics on any of my firearms (threaded barrel, silencers, folding/adjustable stocks) and am limited in my ammo capacity so I’m forced to carry at least two magazines on me. Realizing how bad this state is with laws and how other states like California are setting up the rest of the country in terms of stealing our rights from us, I must say I am rather proud to be helping the 2A community by joining both NRA & GOA. I just wish I could organize a rally or organize a protest at the state capital for the freedoms the 2nd amendment gives us and these crooked politicians who want to take that away from us. THANK YOU guys for making such awesome videos and really educating ppl in the 2A community. I was literally anti gun because I was fearful of them and once I decided to get my carry permit and pickup my first few firearms I realized wow all the gun gripes episodes and everything IV8888 and other channels have been saying is true! There’s nothing to be fearful of and in fact fear is what is dragging the 2A community and our freedoms into the ground. Now that I’ve “come out of the closet” I can wholeheartedly say I WILL fight for our right to own guns and support those in Washington who can make a change for this country. Thanks for the gun gripes episodes and this one in particular. If there is ANY way I can help you guys and be more of a 2A advocate in my state PLEASE don’t hesitate to contact me. Thanks again and I look forward to more Gun Gripes!
Hey guys, just curious about that Mosin carbine at the top of your cool display rack. Looks like a Polish M44, but there's no folding bayonet. Is it a Hungarian M38? (If there is such a thing, lol)
Hey guys, a bit off topic in context of this video but I would love to see a 'Top 5 Letdowns'. Either guns that were hyped up and failed when you tried them or guns you bought, really wanted to like, but ended up not delivering for whatever reason. Thanks for all the great content as of late and as always, stay safe in your part of the world!
Only recently in the UK the police wanted to ban the use of .50 calibre magazine fed, bolt action target rifles because of their future potential for harm. No legally held gun has ever been stolen or used for criminal intent of the 128 (yes one hundred an twenty eight)! Luckily our lawmakers responded to reasoned lobbying including by me and did not enact the law. I have 5 rifles and one black powder pistol. All legally owned following two long assessments and home visits by the police. The only possible advantage is that it is easier to buy a moderator here despite them being classed as firearms. Keep up the good work!
i m not sure this is the place to ask for a review and my apologies in advanced.lol.... Can you please review the LWRC Di gun.. i have only found a couple on youtube and none from my favorite/respected gun guys.. thank you for all you do i just moved to the free state of SC from the police state of NY and i am planning on fully exercising my 2nd...thank you again....

You are not unwelcome. I have worked in gun shops and the last person I would turn away would have anything to do with their heritage.
Sir I am glad you are on board with fellow americans that believe in the constitution!God bless.
If you're afraid to tell your friends that you own guns because you're afraid they will disown you......... It's time to get new friends
Went from gay in closet to guns in closet
The fewer people that know about your guns the better off you are. Play your cards close to your vest, don't let anyone see your hand.
I agree!
And grow a pair
I hate those most of all....anti gunners with armed security. Elected officials are even worse than celebrities.
AF-O6 everyone's protected by a gun, anyone who says they dont need a gun to be protected is lying. #prayforlondon
AF-O6 Feinstein had a CCW in San Francisco, and they almost never issue.
Luke Brough its the offical advice from the London Metropolitan Police.
I like clint eastwoods view on gun control. If there is a gun in the room, i want to be in control of it.
matthew osterman Clint Eastwood's view on gun control also includes hating "assault weapons".
Clint is so cool.
Scott7891 Eastwood has really came out against the “assault weapons” ?!
1 name with Eastwood. Bloomberg. Google the 2 names. Then google Bloomberg gun control. Mic 🎤 drop.
Arnold Schwartzneger and Spielberg supposedly have homes in Montana with huge gun collections. Meanwhile, Spielberg has always supported gun control, and Arnold signed into law so many anti gun regulations as a supposedly republican governor of California.
To be fair "gun control" doesn't mean "ban all guns", even background checks are gun control. Then I don't know Spielberg position.
Jose Morales and Arnold made tons of money in films using guns
LittleLion93 being a California native, gun control to us means things like magazine confiscations, "assault weapons" bans, ammo background checks. That kind of thing. Spielberg donates to organizations that push that kind of stuff. A talk radio host said that thing about Spielberg and Arnold so I'm not sure if it's accurate. It wouldn't necessarily surprise me though.
Spielberg grew up in arizona, he does own and shoot guns but i think there is no evidence he os for gun control. Whoopi Goldberg is also a gun owner and even an NRA member.
Yeah but she also doesn't like people owning "assault rifles". And by assault rifles I mean semi automatic rifles.
Day 79: the hipsters have yet to discover I'm a gun nut
They are? Where have you seen these elusive non-liberal hipsters?
The air force LOL i love our service people but i see my brother as a hipster an now he is a airman an they are all gun nuts but work on grounded planes! God Bless thanks for your service guys who see this LOL
Gun control means I am in control of my firearm! Absolutely no one else!
gun control requires concentration and a steady hand
Gun control mean using both hands
To me "gun control" means proper breathing technique, a smooth squeeze of the trigger and a fast but accurate follow-up (triple-tap - Hip, heart, head).
Amen. Accuracy and precision.
Rocken Roller gun control is using both hands
Gun safety should be taught as early as elementary school. Police could come in and educate them on gun safety, and at the same time teach kids that cops are there to help them, not get everyone in trouble. hands on experience is so important, because every liberal friend who i have ever handed my pistol or rifles suddenly loves guns.
You don't have to worry about FEDERAL bans BUT State, County, City. 1 out of 3 Americans lives under Unconstitutional gun laws
Every gun?
BUT every handgun
VinnyS914 whats a great about where I live on a Indian reservation state laws don't apply here just federal law and my reservation in particular has no gun laws exept for no shooting in the residential area.
VinnyS914 not if you have a ccw, but the nice thing is your handgun purchase isn't ran through nics so when you go get your gun you won't be delayed, and you can get several permits at once.
My mom really thought she was anti gun... Then she came out to hike with my girlfriend and I in the mountains. She wouldn't stray more then 20 ft away from us because we were "packing heat" lol.
Man I sure miss Barry.
Don't give them an inch guy , because they will have taken a mile before you now it , trust me , i live in the UK ......
Death from a thousand paper cuts.
Gosh!! i wont fit inside my closet!! too many guns inside the freaking thing!!
Rambo David 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
They will try it if they are truly liberal minded.... show them the definition of liberal in the dictionary.
immigrants is what happened
Curious Being well I'm definitely liberal but love my guns and my right to own them.
You have a mind of your own. You are not a lemming.
@@edwardnavoy1261 4 years later I still have rifles to clean.
@@Jh5kRadio Don't we all
Oh
I thought this would be about gun owners working with liberals and gun haters
I feel forced, compelled to not be pro gun or talk about guns at all when I'm at work
it's as if being a gun owner is a character flaw or personality disorder
Me too, I thought this video would be about places of work that don't allow gun talk. Some places will flag you as a risk if you even look up gun related things online. Then again, maybe shouldn't be looking up anything at work that isn't work specific...
@TheGoldenCaulk Dude, I see you everywhere.
Maybe instead of closet gun owners, perhaps this video should be
"self hating gun owners"
they're in the closet and hypocritical
the more I listen to Eric, the more I think this topic is close to their gun grip on "Fudds"
It's like being a Trump supporter. A Make America Great Again bumper sticker guarantees getting my car damaged. A Trump hat or T-shirt guarantees my getting harassed or attacked. The Lib/Progs are not only anti-2A, they are a very violent and Fascist group. So, we don't advertise our patriotism, for our own safety.
honestly if you don't like guns don't call 911 they have guns
I met a few of those very well armed antigunners . I was shocked by the hypocrisy. It's safe to guess who they vote for.
To all the anti gun nuts out there. My black scary AR 15 identifies as a pink single shot 22, So back off Haters.
2 wheeled demon My beautiful colt python and my delicious Winchester lever action both identify as nerf guns so its clearly racist sexist islamophobic transphobic and homophobic to say otherwise
2 wheeled demon oh and my Thompson smg from ww2 identifies as a water pistol!

2 wheeled demon why thank you sir
I have pink furniture for my firearm, it's not so scary until you realize it hurts more to get shot by a pink firearm rather than a black one
I am coming out of the closet boys. I love guns. Iwill always love guns. I want to make love to a gun, but I am too afraid I might accidentally discharge too early.
That was very brave of you. We thank you for your honesty.

He was afraid to say anything, because of vindictive Democrats, in the House. He told me that it was an atmosphere that was hazardous to an honest cop's career. My friend has since passed away.
I've told people I own guns only to be asked, "Why do you need guns?" in a way that made it seem like they just smelled something awful.
Peetweefish I just love guns
Peetweefish I also love fallout 4
Peetweefish You're right. The bastards make it hard to not wanna kick their teeth down their throats though. Gotta support the same freedoms for all Americans though, world goes to shit when you start playing favorites. Good job reminding us not to be hypocrites.

I would be looking for a new church after I let the Pastor know how I feel about hypocrites
I'm not even much into theology, but I can imagine half a dozen passages and verses that would talk about not being an ass like him.
ET 2AD19 7581 he is probably going to hell
Wildman4910 Done. I dropped that church as soon as I found out about his gun. There are so many people who are closest gun owners.

"united we stand divided we fall" statement is so true.

113 Anti-Gunners Disliked this Video
I was looking at your "wall of freedom" what is the rifle that looks like it has a hand crank on the side?
I'm 100% pro gun and support gun rights. However, I work for a very liberal government agency, and my career would be in jeopardy if it became known I was a gun owner and or pro gun.
zimm1gre these red flag laws should terrify you then. Hidden in the “violence against women” act. “OH you support violence against women?! 😡”
You guys hit it on this one! Living in NY is hard and the fight is even harder. Too many people tell us to just move to a "free state" which to me is quitting the fight and I can't do that.
What is that SMG looking gun above Chad's head? Is it a PPSh?
When my daughter was in 6th grade she told the school librarian that her dad owned guns. The lady told my daughter:
"good; I do too"
I don't know if it's controllable on your end, but I could not watch this video because it was locked on 1080p HD and it kept buffering every 2 seconds and didn't give an option for a slower speed.
Cheers!
you know, i like all your demos and tests and all that, but your gun gripes are my favorite. always stimulating.
"..a golden owl statue and a fancy ashtray made of marble, and what not.." xD
I hear you. In Australia, we have politicians who are protected by armed security, but they enforce the fact that self defence is not a genuine reason for owning a gun in Australia.
You dudes need to start your own cable TV show
The kid that bought the gun without his parents knowledge was my friend Anup.

Eric, the Gun Gripes shows are probably my favorite shows you do. Keep it up charlie dog. Bravo here.
how do you feel about requiring people to get training in gun safety before buying a firearm
I thought this was going to be about people who store guns unlocked in closets.

I used to box and I have always felt confident in my ability to defend myself but you make a very good point about boxing for 5 minutes that's hard work
Oh boy... A new gun gripe, been watching the older ones last weekend.
I'm screaming it from the rooftops...."I love guns"
I live in Indiana and I travel to Illinois frequently. How can I help change their 2A laws from a neighbouring state?
Falkor Defense...so the luck dragon from The Neverending Story now makes rifles? LOL! Had to interject some humor here. Love you videos!
What is the gun below the k31 and right beside the kukuri and mauser?
I'm a gun owner in the UK.. Said it once at a dinner party, everyone fell silent..
Being from the UK, the idea of 'falling into being anti gun, due to peer pressure...' sounds really odd. But I love it.
Dude, you have a nice selection of firearms of various vintage on the wall behind you .. cool stuff! Like yer Kukhri, got one or two on my wall too :)
Keep up the good work!
all I can think of that one Buzz Feed Blue video. They get a group of full on hippy cali types and take them shooting. Every one of them smiled.
What is the gun above his head the one with the drum mag?
