    When I was growing up in Iceland the Wu Tang Clan changed the way I listen to music, they are in my top 10 most influential music act of all time. Wu Tang Clan are up there with Nirvana, Metallica, Rolling Stones, Dr Dre, Hendrix, Johnny Cash, Slayer, Queens of the Stone Age and Michael Jackson.

    I was was heavily influenced by Raekwon growing up. Everything from his slang talk and the way he dresses I wanted to be just like him. I didn't know what a Lexus was nor did I know who tommy hill was until I listened to only built for Cuban linx. Lexus and tommy hill should've given Rae some endorsement deals because, he blew them up.

    People gotta understand that Wu may have conflicts amongst the whole clan. At the end of the day, It's all luv. They're a family. One may have beef over another but if someone from outside fucks with them at that point in time, they're gonna have their back. I give them props for still being together for this long with so many members in their group. So many rap groups that consist of maybe 3 or 4 members barely last as much as 4 or 5 yrs. Lucky if it's 1yr. Just comes to show Wu Tang is 4Ever!!

    Rza is more of an entrepreneur than a producer in my honest opinion. His beats were nice in the 90's, but fell off in the 2000's.

      Yeah his beats were but the rza and method man r more valuable to wu tang than ghost and raekwon.as a matter of fact raekwon only did 4 songs on that first album completely by himself. the only built for Cuban links joint everybody is saying is so great and he had beef with rza about beats which is expected with a group that's been together so long but rza is the architect of the whole group and I think deserves a little more respect.

    IDK if anybody has noticed this, but when hot groups break up it's usually from WITHIN not WITHOUT. The FBI didn't bust NWA up, they did it themselves. Third Bass, EPMD, etc. That HUNGER keeps you and your homies close, because you're starving TOGETHER. But as soon as that light comes, as soon as one group member is either the breakout star, like Cube. Or more popular than the others. Back in the day I read in an old Source interview with Erick Sermon on their breakup. He said it plain, "I was the personality of the group anyway". smh
