Rear seat removal from 1993 Mustang

In the video I mention pulling the rear seat in the area above the drive shaft. Forgot to say "pull up"! You may have to pull up pretty hard if your seat has never been out before.

Ford didn't make that piece of the bracket longer to remove the seat back because the goal isn't to design cars that are easily dismantled by the owner...

Still struggling to get my bottom seat out. What is the purpose of getting my hand under the center by the axle? Am I pulling up here?

Press it towards the back and just pull up hard and it will come out! Doing mine today
