This is a lie. Hybe betrayed Garam. Hybe made a fake threat of a lawsuit that made people even more angry at Garam because of all the lies spread by the bully Eunseu and then Hybe refused to provide the evidence that Garam had provided to them in mid April PROVING her innocence the official school disciplinary document which proved that the rich jealous bully had taken nearly nude photos of Garam's friend and posted them online under a stolen facebook account to frame an innocent girl for the crime. Garam noibly defended her friend against the bully when Garam's friend pleaded for help because she was so upset she didn't even want to show her face in school. Then after creating more hate for Garam, Hybe sat back and was silent while all the lies were spread all over the internet. Then, they put Garam on hiatus after releasing a statement stated as Garam said which they refused to back up or support at all. Then, they dumped Garam and sold out to the rich jealous bully who posted child prn of Garam's friend online instead of Garam who fearlessly defended her friend against it. Hybe even did a mock sacrifice of Garam in a video in which she fell from a great height and then crashed into a car. She was sacrificed just as GFriend was but Hybe company stans love to kiss up to the corrupt company. Now Hybe is running a paid for smear campaign to destroy Min Hee Jin and New Jeans and replace them with Illit. However in the end I like the group too much and don't hold the members who I am fond of responsible. Based on the devious actions of all companies, it makes more sense that both Hybe and Kakao went against Garam because she defended a friend against the rich elites perceived and perverted right to post child prn of girls online to blackmail girls and control their lives. Because man this was a problem in jungkook's golden album (in a giveaway there were hundreds of albums lying around even in bathrooms), this problem existed even in times of bts you would albums of almost every artists lying around (shinee, snsd, stray kids).
Also regarding photocards svt is a 13 member groups so it's obvious they would have a lot of photocards as compared to say bts which only has 7 members (svt has double the number of members)

A LOT of songs have insanely huge views but all of them are due to nonstop 24/7 streaming by fans, is it any different from that? Also I think seventeen selling out biggest stadium in South korea and Nissan stadium the biggest in Japan is a testament of their popularity. So we should not doubt it, those videos were of resellers not of fans :)

My understanding is that Hybe is charging her with "Breach of Trust," not "Breach of Contract." A Korean lawyer was on a show and explained "Breach of Trust" is rarely used because it's much more difficult to prove. This means Hybe hasn't found any explicit contract breaches and they're going to have to argue she's "damaged" Ador/Hybe. From what's been revealed, MHJ has as much a BoT case against Hybe as they allegedly have against her. The latest bout of this is Hybe's announcement they're going to release RM's song the same day NJ makes a comeback, despite Hybe's proclamation they wouldn't do this and are only doing it because of "unavoidable scheduling conflicts." Hybe has cleared that ADOR was infact told about the comback clash when it came into notice by Hybe and their reponse was something in the lines of "its fine". So thats not a problem. AND RM has been teasing the song since last year, made a whole instagram account to promote it in december 2023, before all this shit he had put on a countdown to the press release. Also JIN is coming back on 12th june so thats the reason the album date is in later May. To keep people intvested. BTS is having their Festa Celebrations in june after Jin's arrival in June. THE ALBUM RELEASE IS NOT BECAUSE OF NEW JEANS OR MHJ.

To put the more cynical spin on it, it's still possible to have a legitimate reason for the schedule but also angle that MHJ gets caught in the wake. This is going to make for fascinating reading once all the facts start coming out in court (assuming it gets to that - I still think these guys are playing Chicken and seeing if the other side will blink before they go off the cliff).

I’ve been following Loona since they debuted and it’s been a journey. Seeing ARTMS do the whole pre release thing really didn’t sit right with me for awhile but I understand what JJ is trying to do ( I personally wish it was lore teasers instead to fill up the monthly space but it’s whatever)
The pre-releases actually are in direct references to their beginnings as ARTMS
Birth is a track chosen by fans to receive a MV and is part of the Album
Flower Rythm is actually an extended version of Heejin’s Intro song on her album called Kehwa
Candy Crush Sound scape is in reference to HaSeuls first digital Single Plastic Candy
And as speculation goes, the last one Air could have some type of references to OEC’s redebut of Air Force 1, JJ is playing the connections card, even if the tracks aren’t anything crazy, they are reference heavy.
The only thing I really don’t like about what Modhaus is doing is the short tracks, we all know we want longer tracks, but the ARTMS album will be a total of 30 mins for 11 tracks… it bothers me, I’m hoping for future comebacks the songs can be longer

It is not about public opinion. I dont care if Hybe or Mhj is guilty or trying to manipulate the public because they both do. I care about the simple fact I am on Newjeans side and it is clear as day that what is good for Newjeans is having a CEO that actually have a creative vision and care for the group; which pretty much all of East Asian fans can see that it is Mhj.
She could be guilty af but Newjeans is not what they are today without her and will not be as successful and unique as they are now without her in the future either. But on the other hand, the parent company with its CEO who was trying to ignore the group from the start and already have a replacement group which has the same concept but just newer.
Just really think about it. Anyone really think a new CEO can do what Mhj did for Newjeans? if so why there isnt any group that can compete on Newjeans level without copying their concept?

I think the new one will be better without copying, blaming bashing and humiliate others. The point is Hybe invested 16 million into creating this GG for SOURCE they debuted at source first. The CEO had a great oppertunity given by Hybe and both she and that group are well overpaid. The biggest mistake they have done it to send a petition to court. It was never about the gg but about the money MHJ wanted and more.
