This response is what’s immature. New Jeans is a business for her, not just a group. Anyone would be entirely livid if another large company took your idea, lazily repackaged it and then sold it to the same market. She’s not trying to crush ILLIT, she wants HYBE to stop using the concept she created and for them to stop copying the business model she’s come up with. The group can continue to exist, she isn’t calling for the groups disbandment. Also, yeah, if my parent company told me that my group would be the first female group to debut under HYBE then they go against what they tell me and what was agreed upon, I’d be pissed too. HYBE was doing absolute snake shit to Min Heejin and they were the ones originally being unprofessional. This entire video just tells me that you’re a child and too young and immature to understand how the world works and how businesses operate.

@@minnichas I hardly see any valid comparisons and blatant plagiarism between Jeans and New Jeans. Jeans was a late 90s group, so yeah, they’re going to have a Y2K vibe and aesthetic. New Jeans was the only newer gen girl group to revive and revamp that aesthetic and concept, and now it’s obvious that HYBE saw how popular it became and decided it wanted to recreate that NewJeans vibe. 🤷🏼♀️ NewJeans has drawn a ton of inspiration from all kinds of different Y2K music, color palette, styling, photography and choreo. The truth is that mhj and newjeans have already won the war even if hybe wins the battle.
Even if hybe wins the court case, the public will still side with mhj and see her as a brave victim. hybe will have to spend even more money on new jeans just to make sure that their songs do well cause if they don't, hybe will be blamed and even worse the reputation of the rest of the hybe groups has taken an irreversible hit. These baseless rumors and allegations will haunt them until the end of their careers.

@@minnichas I get in the K-pop industry groups tend to have the same concept, but I meant in the way they are promoting illit that is similar to NewJeans formula, but I don't have any hate on the actual girls in the group. Right now, I'm upset about how Hybe doesn't give some of their girl groups enough training for vocals in their songs and before debut, and I don't say it's the members fault its Hybe. Plus, if I was so upset about this stupid "copying" going on I would not be streaming illit's Magnetic. Not going to lie, it is a great debut song. Also, I don't know what group you're talking about, the one she plagiarized.
