- This song sounds really cool, even for gameboy standards! It's kinda weird how a song that plays on a mountain range is to energetic and fast paced, but I like it nonetheless. Enjoy!

====General Information====
-I use MidiTrail to make the video. It is a program that gives you a cool 3D view by loading a piano midi.
-I don't show drums, samples and echoes in the video, this is to make it easier to see the notes.
-I use a plugin called NES VST, made by Matt Montag! You can check out his site here, you can also donate: www.mattmontag.com/projects-p...
-You can use my songs in your videos, as long as you put a link to my channel in the description. Also letting me know would be nice :-)
This song faithful to the limitations of the NES (except for maybe the audio quality.) However the way I create these is nothing like actual NES music programming, which is -of course a lot harder.
-The image that I use in the video isn't in any way 8-bit, it's just simple pixel art. I create the image myself by editing an existing image.
-I don't really take requests at the moment.
-Criticism is appreciated. but keep in mind that the NES can only play a certain amount of notes at a time,
so that's why almost no song can be recreated perfectly.

When you put it that way it seems like in the end link just murders a entire island full of people and animals.

A one of my favorite tracks from Link's Awakening in Alttp style. Although I do think the upbeat nature of the track doesn't fit very well into the general style of AlttP you've done a great job as always. I will definitely listen to this track from time to time.
Maybe the trumpets should be an octave higher? I've some soundfont which might fix the issue. I did something like this guy with other music tracks - converting midi to actual mp3 with different soundfont assets. Works quite well. Some tunes even sound almost like the SNES counterpart.

Rate this. Interestingly, despite some definitely Link To The Past-esque sounds in this, it really doesn't sound like ALTTP music to me. Awesome that the compositional approach changed so much to match the inevitably different sound systems on each console. Koji Kondo's a genius, truly one of my idol composers.
I absolutely love this game it has to be my favorite Zelda game and this is definitely my favorite Zelda then I just love listening to it and it makes me feel really nostalgic and I’m super exited for the switch remake

This is a beautiful rendition of one of my favorite pieces of Zelda music, not only in 16 bit audio, but in LTTP style. If Link's Awakening were ever on the Super Nintendo, it would sound like this.

Amazing! Honestly i think Link's Awakening has an underrated soundtrack, Tal Tal Heights has that Heroic feeling like few songs do.
I know this as "Braving Tal Tal Heights", a remix I've heard absolutely ages ago in a long deleted MrBean35000VR video exploring the OOB of Mario Kart 8. Oh, the feelings this brings back. It's amazing.
