I have 3 inav planes and a zoid dart xl extreme enhanced on the way which will be running inav 6.0.0. I noticed on your autotune the pitch ff is at the max setting 255 so this indicates a problem basically inav can't adjust any further.
My guess its control surface's setup, maybe not enough throws I think you should have around 16mm on pitch, also wondering what your inav pitch and roll rates are?
The horizon drift is a known issue with INav and there hasn’t been a proper fix for it yet. becareful when using rth or other modes when the horizon is drifting your plane could/will crash. Here’s a video fir temporary fix m.ruclips.net/video/d90sWlFkhIc/видео.html
The artificial horizon disappeared as the flight went on but at the start was all over the place and very slow to correct. What’s going on there? Hopefully iNav will correct that when 5.0 is officially released..

What is your setup and how are you keeping the vtx cooled?
The vtx is air cooled during flight mounted under the wing. It’s a 1.3ghz partom 800mw vtx using a cloverleaf antenna.
