I wonder if it’s a generic controller, where I can series an extra 12volts of power (My ninebot scooter required software tweaks). On one of my scooters, I velcro’d a milk crate in back for grocery runs, anything bigger will allow me to load up too much weight and diminish battery. Electric bikes and scooters are especially fun when I got something smoking in the grill.

Is the battery removable / replaceable? Also just a note from experience as I had a much more expensive similar e-bike that broke out of warranty and there was absolutely no one who could / would work on it. It took me over a year but I finally fixed it as it needed a new controller and motor that I ordered from China.
