Had a guy help me and paid him enough to leave my stomach rumbling & he stole a whole lot of stuff I couldn't even Google to figure out what it's purpose is.

Two first class degrees in engineering and a qualified radiographer ... I wrote some of the weld procedures that put parts of the space station where it is ... and worked on one of the problems it had ... that problem was actual cold welding .
Who says it's a man doing these welds we all just assume for that I'm sorry who ever still the best looking welds I have ever seen anywhere 1in person or cyberspace with a lifetime in industrial construction the only time I have seen a tigvon the job was in a malt plant in a town called Bigger Saskatchewan Canada not even in a uranium mine and plant with all the instrumentation they have there zero tig work there lol a plant where a product for beer and because it was a food product the piping was stainless steel therefore tig as far as welding is concerned a mig is the lowlife are is boss and a tig is elegant. Lol what do say to a man with half a brain "nice weld" but not to there face.
Cnc can not weld nearly as good as a human can. A human can make micro heat and speed adjustments as he welds to make a perfect weld, a machine can not without being told to do so.
I’ve only done the dabbing technique on plate for mild steel tig, when you do lay wire do you just keep constant pressure on the tip of the filler to keep it there or is there something else to that as well?
Can the quality of weld be structurally as good as a ark weld or is the only reason it is not done is most critical pipe welds are outside and that causes big time shield gas interference and perhaps more costly like realy what's the reasons? ? ?

무조건 생긴다고 생각하시고 그거 잘 달고 올라가시면 됩니다. 아래보기쪽에서 종종 안쪽에 박히는데 봉을 위쪽으로 띄우고 슬러그 안박히게 봉 많이 넣지 말고 바르세요 박히면 결함나와요 간혹 눈에 띄에 사라진걸 알아차렸다면 크레디터 잡고 1~2센치 뒤에서 텅스텡 수직으로 띄우고 봉 넣지말고 지지면 슬러그 빠져나옵니다 근데 안나온다면 나올때까지 그라인더로 파세요
Ok this seems easy because you are able to rest the gas nozzle on the steel giving the correct height every time. I’m a newb learning to weld and one of the hardest parts for me was keeping the correct distance from your tungsten electrode to the steel....too far and it was like a lightning bolt, and not precise. To close and you’ll stick your tungsten to the steel. It has to be just right, that was difficult to maintain. Any tips?

모재 청결. 텅스텐봉 청결. 모재 성분 불량 등 원인은 다양합니다.
맞습니다. 원인은 아주 다양합니다. 윗분 말씀대로 이물질 관리를 해보시면 좋은것 같네요. 윗분 말씀에 추가로 전가스, 후가스, 용접봉 청결 등도 채크해보시면 좋을거 같네요
