Lovely house...small but with effective room design, efficient furnitures decision, size isn't a matter anymore. Love this and sure I want this one too ❤️❤️❤️
Very nice but I would lose the en suite/master shower room and add a metre to the width of the house and make an entrance hall between the living and sleeping areas with storage at the back. But an excellent and practical design which allows for minor modifications to suit the purchaser's/builder's tastes. While the sloping roof lends itself to becoming a living roof, the one item I really do want in a new house/home.
@@irinak.9820 Cute house. The kitchen has plenty of cabinets & counter space. I'd definitely have the washer & dryer inside. I don't need the golfers watching me do laundry & what if it's raining? No need for a 6 seated dining table. I'd combine the bathrooms & put in a tub. Otherwise it's cute.
Nice house, I would make the kitchen smaller without counter seating and have more room to make a laundry room that is in doors and close the back off.

Such a beautiful “grey house.” And the wonderful square look. And the brown! Looks so much better framed in different highlights of grey. The large clock over the TV - high design. IF you are not colored blind, you will know what it is like to be color bind living this esquiaste plain home. The see through glass next to the toilet. You usually do not see such open design Quite an extended toilet seat. Now imagine -- an entire block - one after another - of these production homes. The three season washer and dryer outside area, not suggested for winter climates.
Looks great spacious interior with exterior wood , concrete and cement accents . however when rainstorm comes, looks like there is no run off resulting in rooftop pool. Uhhh ??? That wouldnt be good if homeowner also decided it would be great roof for solar panels.
This is very suburban Filipino. You know why? Because the laundry area is outside. 🤭 I’ve noticed so many detached bungalow plans with the laundry area integrated inside the house more often in the bathroom and it’s just not for me. It is still a culture here to dry your laundry under the tropical sun if you can. Nothing beats that. Drying clothes inside smells damp (kulob). I like this plan. I always would want to consider a storage area but it’s ok. This probably have enough storage.

Marami naman po ang gumagawa na ng corner window. Basta consult lang po lagi sa proper professionals (Architect and Engineer) kung magpapatayo tayo ng bahay para sigurado ka. 🙂
I like this house but the washer and dryer outside is not practical in most climates. I would have the W/D in the area of the small bathroom. A house only needs one bathroom if only one person is living there which would be the case with me. Second bedroom as office/tv room with a sofa bed for occasional guests.
everything would be ok but the lack of a corridor with a wardrobe for shoes and clothes to undress is a problem because entering directly into the living room we will bring mud, snow, etc., we have no place to undress
