This is my dream house. Absolutely perfect for me.
A very nice plan indeed. I love that there is a proper foyer entrance. To me that is important. I can see where I would grow the house to get the room I need in the rooms I want. I would start by eliminating the carport and expanding into that space. For one, having windows opening into a carport can be dangerous. Carbon monoxide is a silent killer. Also, that space could easily accomodate a very nice master en suite for a third bedroom.

Sir, i am going to construct an Assam Type house, with 2 bedrooms (1 master bedroom and 1 guest bedroom), drawing room and dining room together with open hall, no partition, and kitchen, with attached bathroom inside, including back door and front verandah, overall size is 1200 sqft, 40L*30B. Please make a sketch/ video for the mentioned size and also what should be the sizes of bedrooms, and other rooms, and what will be the cost of the building. Please mention and reply. And if I go with RCC, what will be the cost.

Turning this into a 3 bed 2 bath home is as easy as losing the dangerous carport. That space is plenty large enough to accommodate a nice size of master bedroom with ensuite and good closet space. It would be a very simple job to adjust the plans for that. The simplified foundation, and wall structures would mean the only real upcharge would be the finishes and fixtures plus one or two additional doors. The roof would remain exactly as is.

Where's the washer and dryer?
And where do you put the lawn mower? And the weed eater?
And where's the bathtub? So you can wash your animals. 🐕
you can get a shed outside to keep the mower but the house, all houses, MUST have a bathtub. It is very odd and disappointing most new houses only have a shower. it's crazy.
These dumb climate change people don't want us to use too much water to take a proper bath but it's ok for all the wealthy and celebrities to use thousands of gallons for thier giant swimming pools.🤬
In this design the laundry is in the back service area, outside the house. It would be simple yo extend the building to incorporate the utility and mudroom into the house and build a shed in the garden.
