Nice set up! I use bulldog clips on my set up to pin my canvas panels to my work surface. Also, (it's an added burden but worth it on many fronts) I use a igloo water jug to anchor my tripod down. It works as a weight for those breezy days and it's a source of hydration as well. Happy painting!
Great set up. You may want to cut a hole in one of that wooden boards for your water cup to drop down into so you don’t have to worry about knocking it over
Thank you 💗 I have been thinking about doing that, I need to see if we have the tool for it.
WOW! That is quite some AH-MAZING Tetris skills. Haha. Very creative and budget friendly.
I think it would be also to go on a hike and then be able to enjoy painting as you feel like it.
Haha thanks I always loved Tetris!😄 this does make things a lot easier to just grab and go, creating opportunities! I would love hiking and painting, enjoying the nature all around me!!🥰
Thank you for cleaning up others' trash👍 you have a very elaborate setup and it packs up very nice and compact.
Thank you so much, it's been working great! It can be so frustrating to see so much trash when out in nature, I'm happy to help even just a little bit.
What types of places would you be interested in plein air painting?
Great and well thought out set up! Thank you for sharing. How much does the pack weigh loaded (without water)?
Thank you so much ❤ I will weigh it and let you know!
Hi Becky!! I just weighed my pack loaded but without water and it is 11lbs. With water it's about 14lbs, that's both drinking and painting water.
@@AlisaLaporteArt thanks for going to the trouble to let me know. That isn’t bad at all! Gave me excellent ideas! Appreciate you sharing
You're so welcome Becky, that was a great question! I would love to see and know what you do for yours! It's been really nice having a bag ready to go.
