All this time I was baking my cheese cakes
Well, you do bake them if there are eggs in them. But eggless versions you can do like this and a lot of people use gelatin strips to help it firm up better :) @@improvements777
Great, quick and easy but that CM and sugar yikes. Gotta find low sugar or use heavy cream and sugar substitute
can we skip lemon juice hate that flavor
yes @@Victorrodriguez-bh6lv
I tried this recipe yesterday and got to dig into today and WOW! Perfect, classic, delicious! Thank you!
Awesome!! Glad you gave it a try and liked it! :) You are very welcome!
I am going to try this recipe with the sweet condensed milk instead of
whipped cream. Thanks for posting
this recipe.
You are welcome! It may or may not work with whipped cream. But give it a go, experimenting is fun!
Instead of condensed milk you can fold in whipped cream and have a fluffy french style cheese cake mousse
Yes!
The no bake cheese cake is yummy 🤤
Thanks!
That looks like it'd be tasty! I love condensed milk flavor.💚👌

Thank you!!
I really wanna make this but i am on a diet 😭😭
Just eat a small portion :)
👍!
Thank you so much!
just made it (sort of I didn’t exactly use the measurements cause I just wanted to make a really small one person cake)
it smells edible, which is the most important step I mean I did use expired condensed milk but only by 3 months ish, it smelled alright so I went for it
I’m the worst cook or baker or whatever you’ll ever meet so I’ll let you know how this turns out
This is my second cheese cake ever, the first one gives me severe stomach pain everytime I think about it, hopefully this one is gonna be better I’ll let y’all know how it turned out, if I don’t edit this It means I died or I forgot
Edit: it’s good wth?? LES GOOOOO
glad you tried it, sort of, haha. You really need to follow recipes exactly with the correct measurements and the correct ingredients in order for them to turn out correctly, haha. Do that and you will become a much better cook and baker.
@@inthekitchenwithmatt
I know that’s my problem😭😭 I’m too scared to make big portions
Anyway I’m eating it rn and it’s actually good I’m shocked like how did I make this???? I added a little bit too much lemon juice by accident but it’s still really good
Thank youuuuuuuuu
@@EXTR4_4z Glad it still turned out great! Don't be scared, just practice! Save the leftovers and eat them the next day or two or three haha
This guy replied every one 💀👍
Yep I still try and reply to everyone that I can. Thanks for watching and commenting!
What does it mean like for example 23 oz??
Click the three dots to reveal the description box. You can find the metric measurements.
I've always wanted to ask: Where are the witches that can be heard in the dripstone area? Never seen anyone encounter them
What if you don't have a spring form pan
You can try a large pie pan. But it is much harder to get it out. Or try this recipe which is specific to a pie pan. ruclips.net/video/b9Tap1dwBQI/видео.html
Can this recipe be oven baked as well?
It is specifically a no-bake cheesecake recipe. You can try baking it but it will probably ruin it. If you want an easy baked cheesecake recipe watch this one ruclips.net/video/b9Tap1dwBQI/видео.html
Thank you. I have one question tho- after taking it out of the refrigerator, do we have to eat it immediately or we can keep it outside for a few hours before having it? Will it affect the consistency?
I wouldn't leave it out for a few hours. It really needs to be eaten within 30 minutes or so of taking it out.
@@inthekitchenwithmatt got it! Thanks again, will definitely try it out.
You are very welcome!!@@chakichan_uwu
I followed the recipe but this did not turn out like a no bake cheesecake should. Its just cheesecake mix sitting on top of crust. Nothing about the cream cheese mix changed even after letting it sit overnight? It looks like it should turn out fine but i cant figure out what i did wrong
You said you let it sit overnight. Was that in the fridge? Or just at room temperature? It's possible you may have also measured the ingredients incorrectly. Also no bake cheesecakes will definitely not be as firm as classic cheesecake, since there are no eggs and they aren't baked.
Can you eat the raw philadelphia brick cream cheese? I was planning to use it for oats
Yes you sure can.
I did this no bake recipe it was perfect yet you can not leave out for guest to get themselves as it gets too soft !
Yes you can't leave no bake cheesecake out super long. It needs to be chilled.
I thought you were going to say they eat it all! Haha!😂
Thank you for posting this, it's exactly want I was search for. Just finished mixing, the mixture is thick and perfect, now waiting for it to set! Just subbed!
You are very welcome! Thanks for watching!
If I don't have a mixer can I use a fork?
Yep!
I tried this recipe and It looks like soup
You didn't measure the ingredients correctly or didn't follow the instructions. There is no way it should look like soup. Did you heat up the cream cheese or something?
Hi Matt good morning 🌞,may i know how much gram for 11 tbsp of butter and 16oz of cream cheese? Thank you 😃👍
Hello, you can find the metric measurements here on my website: www.inthekitchenwithmatt.com/no-bake-cheesecake
@@inthekitchenwithmatt Thank you very much Matt👍💪😃
@@kahlokchee5759 You are welcome!
Woah? 3 hours? can I do it for 1 hour?
No, sorry, it needs that long to set.
16 oz of cream cheese (soft, if there’s one that specifically comes soft lol), lemons (for lemon juice), vanilla extract, 14 oz sweetened condensed milk - copy paste for all the children who don’t like the crust who wanna text the list of just the cheese part of the cheesecake ingredients to their parents who are going to the supermarket 😂😂
Cream cheese doesn't come soft, you need to set it out on the counter to soften.
Is there gelethan
No there is no gelatin in this recipe
Is this taste like vanilla
No it doesn't taste like vanilla
Using whipped cream cheese taste the same
How come mine never sets it just stays runny
Make sure you measure everything correctly. Andm make sure to let it sit in the fridge long enough
Doesn’t look set.
It is. No Bake cheesecakes look different than baked cheese cakes.
I know what a no-bake looks like. I’ve made tonnes of them, including vegan no bake cheesecakes. It just looks not set. Perhaps it’s because your filling was too little for the amount of crust?
So do I. I make tons of them as well and have been making cheesecake for years and years. And it was/is set. Don't go by how it looks on camera which doesn't always portray things accurately. And yes it may look no set because it isn't as full of filling. But it is set nonetheless.@@Wildskatz
ive had mine in the fridge for 2 hours and it sayed the same then i put it in the freezer for 1 hour and its still the same, i followed the recipe exactly so i don't know what went wrong
i had it in the freezer for like 3-4 hours i just took it out and it was soupy
Yes, you definitely did something wrong.
Are you using metric measurements or American Standard cup measurements. You can't just use any old cup measurement. With that said no bake cheesecake is softer than standard cheesecake because there are no eggs in it. But if done correctly it won't be soupy at all. Here is the written recipe, double check your measurements. www.inthekitchenwithmatt.com/no-bake-cheesecake
@@inthekitchenwithmatt im sure my measurements were correct, i triple checked them and is there different sizes of cups? like im confused
@@sofiaurdaneta6297 Do you live in the States? There are standard measuring cups. But other countries have different cup measurements. Did you melt the cream cheese? Or was it just barely softened? Maybe you added too much lemon juice which is the only ingredient that would make it liquidy. It should be very thick when poured as shown in the video. Was it thick when you poured it and scraped it out with the spatula?
No not my cheesecake nooooooooooooo
Too much condensed milk
Nope. Have you actually tried this recipe or are you just saying that?
@@inthekitchenwithmatt I was searching for videos to try and make it. All vids r pretty much the same way, but I cannot have it with that much sweetened milk, I'm not making it for children and cannot risk diabetes with my folks. So, I'll use 1/4 to third the amount with no topping, the biscuits are a tad sweet anyway. Thanks for the idea, though🌸
@@alsadekalkhayer7007 Got it. Good luck!
Sooooo much sugar
Um. No. First of all it is a cheesecake, it is supposed to be sweet. Second, that isn't one serving. That serves like 12 to 16 people. So that sugar is spread out to those 12 to 16 servings. If you are concerned with sugar, you shouldn't be eating cake, haha. Or try reducing the sugar and see how it turns out.
lol no bake cheesecake? Omg! Cause cheesecake is usually totally baked 😮
Yep, no bake cheesecake. :)
Not everyone has an oven but loves cheesecake 😅
Too much sugar??
No there isn't too much sugar. You planning on eating the whole cheesecake in one sitting? lol it makes many servings. The sugar is spread out over every serving, besides that it is dessert/cake, it is supposed to be sweet.
@@inthekitchenwithmatt sure, it is a dessert. Although that entire tin of condensed milk made me feel it is too sweet. I'm a baker too and because my family has a history with diabetes, I always add lesser sugar than required. That's just me. Since both my components have sugar, I would have not added any to the crust, maybe just a pinch of salt ( if using unsalted butter). But hey, we both aren't wrong, just different opinions on sugar content. I like that salty/sweet mix. Will be making a mango cheesecake soon, as they are in season, here in India.
Too much sugar in condensed milk
Then don't make it. Or eat smaller portions. That sugar is spread out over many servings, you don't eat the whole thing all at once. Besides that cheesecake is a dessert. It is supposed to be sweet.
Too much sugar😮😮
It is a dessert it is supposed to have sugar and be sweet. And you don't eat it all at once! You have a small portion/serving.
