I’m so sorry for being so late with these videos. Life has just been happening lately but I can’t wait to share what’s been going on with you guys 🥰💕.
Here is the list of products that I used in the order that I used them:
1st time - Kaleidocolors On Dark Hair Only Bleaching Powder w/ 40 Volume Developer for 45 minutes
2nd time - Kaleidocolors On All Hair Bleaching Powder w/ 40 Volume Developer for a total of 45-50 minutes
After the second time, I washed the bleach out with Shimmer Lights Purple Shampoo and that was all that I actually used for this video!!

How do you prevent over bleaching the closure?
I didn’t do anything to prevent because over bleaching only happens when it isn’t true virgin hair.

Hi love! Bleaching the hair does not affect the lace or cap. Dying can stain the lace. I would suggest protecting the lace before dying! Thank you for watching 💙

I have a question. I’m learning how to bleach and color hair and recently was told I over bleached and damaged a closure, how do I know when to stop the bleaching process and when I need to add more bleach? How would I know when the hair is over bleached?

I didn’t really use an exact amount. I just made sure that I had a runny consistency

How come the actual weft stayed dark???
The weft itself is black thread and not hair so it doesn’t take to the bleach. When/if you buy 613 hair, the weft (thread) is blonde so that it can blend with the hair. The same applies here. The hair was originally 1b so they use black thread for the weft.

I do! OnnaLuxe (my brand) virgin hair is the only hair that I will bleach and/or color ☺️
I hate that the weft is black but the hair is blonde. How do you turn weft blonde???

@@feliciaboston6365 yeah that could work. The only time I can see the black thread being a problem is if it’s getting added to a 613 wig or if someone’s natural hair is all blonde and they getting a sew in. It was okay in this case because I ended up dying it. I guess it’s all about preference.

That’s what I’m saying. It matters. The closure on this wig is currently still in tact and it’s been months. Quality always matters. If the hair isn’t virgin or at least of good quality, you are absolutely right.

my full lace wig melted and started coming apart its now orange I had to wash it of fast, it got so hot and its recked, is it possible to get it blonde still its basically melted though and all soft as

I recommend you look into fast hair growth fortified shampoo to double hair growth.

She did bleach the lace, she said she wasn’t about to go in and do it separately so when she was bleaching the closure she just massaged the bleach into the lace
I think it’s because she was going for 613 blonde so she’d need her knots as blonde as the actual hair.
