- This hair took bleach like a champ! I was able to take my 1b hair and transform it into a 613 lace front wig with dark roots. I didn't even need to use toner! Shimmer lights shampoo did all the work ;)

i appreciate how you showed the real struggle of lifting hair, i hate how alot of these videos suggest that you always get it right first time! its a struggle i know from experience!
Mariette Mayisa true when I bleached my virgin wig I did a double process and I got what she got but I toned t18 and t11 and I liked it but damn was it hard work lol
So true
Check my RUclips
WORDDD !!
@@Exxylux yes it is im going to put light blonde highlights in my curly and straight units..I just hate the process..I have t11 I hope I get the light blonde t18 is too silver tht is not what I'm going for, you said mixing the 2 worked im afraid to mix
Wow, that was a great video for beginners. This will be my first time buying a lace front and bleaching it to 613. I liked how you showed the real struggle of how the first time may turn out. Most tutorials just act like its perfect the first try !
You must be a magician. Each time you bleached it, it just looked beautiful
Omg that color after second bleaching was beautiful! I understand wanting a certain color tho. I was platinum for years
Same 💜
Agreed I couldn't decide between the end result and that color
I agree loved it the second time she bleached it.
Yes I like the 2nd one only a few needed touching up
Imma have to say no sis the end result is platinum the best color ever
Omg bleaching 3 times with 40 vol. You kept it real tho.. Lord lol That hair looked dry af but you look fabulous. It looked the best after second bleach. If you want to bleach multiple times use 30 and mix with 20 to drop down a little to avoid damage and to push the lift a bit farther! thank gosh it is a unit..I would store it with deep conditioner in it also. She will feel brand new in a week if kept in a ziplock to stay moist with deep conditioner..hope this helps! ♡
It sounds good in theory however a damp human wig in a sealed Ziplock bag are breading grounds for mold to begin to grow on the unit
@@Bublerap12 have done it for years and years. Im in my 30's. You wash the wig.
It came out nice! Next time section your hair in four parts and use smaller sections and when you apply the bleach use vertical strikes as that will take out the harsh lines you said you was getting. And if you have to process the hair with bleach again use a lesser strength of developer. Like if you use 40, drop down to a 30 developer so you want damage the hair as much.
Thank you for your tips!! I’ll definitely try to perfect my method!

Adrian Nunn accurate!
Good advise, thank you!
Adrian Nunn You’re absolutely right😉... Teach💯💯💯💯
everytime you bleached the colour came better and better, you did a good job
Wow the transparency in this was refreshing af and the results are bombbbbbbb!!!
I came for the colour but your plucking method is bomb af. I'm definitely trying that.
Dear lawd YES!!! I thought I liked the 2nd color but the FINAL result is amazing!
From black to damn near white without toner ! You legendary
That second bleach color looked soooo pretty though 😍
Tysvm for showing an actual wig without constructing one using bundles and a frontal! It’s a different process in my opinion! Love your work! Happy to become a new subbie!!! Wish me luck tonight as I dye my wig 😝 🤞
This is alot of work!! Everyone who does this as a career or otherwise are pure goddess!!!! Wow! 👏👏👏👏👏👏
Girl! That’s a difficult process and you nailed it!!!!
The color came really nice. You did a great job, but you didn't have to bleach it 3x. I would have used a wella toner after the 2nd bleaching. Next time try a toner from Sallys like wella like T18. It would have taken it to platinum.
But thank you for the tutorial. Your stunning 😘
That didn't work for me. I did what you suggested and now going to have to bleach again
Do you mix the toner with the bleach?
senn96 you mix it with the developer not the bleach
After your second bleach you could used wella the toner, also rather using 20 its better to used 30, bleaching colouring the most important is to Mixed it very well before applying it home that help. You did a good job we all learned very each day kiss x
Use t14 , t18 is trash
Girl the end result was worth the time. You looked so pretty 💗
It looks good girl 😍😍😍 I wasn’t expecting it to come out this way👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 don’t get me wrong I was scared that you dyed it 3 times for 30/20 minutes but I’m definitely gonna try it, you inspired me honey 🤗💪🏾
Just be careful and keep your eye on the hair!
This hair is gorgeous on you and worth every minute of your time, good job getting it done Your way, great video!
Love the detail and determination!!!! Going to bleach my shirt wig platinum! Wish me luck
That's amazing! It looks fabulous!! Well done!
Love this tutorial! I learned a lot! Thank you for sharing your process! I’m encouraged to attempt to do this myself!
I never thought of Bobby pins for that little clip in the back!!! Thank you!!!! 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙈
You’re welcome girly!!
Girl I was feeling all the different dimensions then the final look was everything so ended up great.. great job 😍
Absolutely love that color on you so poppin for ya skin complexion 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Wow that hair survived even with all that work done to it. I don't notice breakage. Great job!
Best coloring video I’ve seen on RUclips!!
I haven't seen ppl bleach hair in so log but the second color was so pretty thanks girl I needed this help I'm going to try it today love love love it
I loved the first and second colors you got😍
Get it girl! You did that 💪🏽
The end result is pretty but I also liked both of the previous colors. 😍
Thanks this was super helpful. Nice job keeping it real! It does not/NOT always come out perfect the first time
Thank you so much I was looking for a tutorial on this because I love dark root wigs with colors but their so hard to come by when you want unique colors so i was looking into buying, bleaching, dyeing
I love how you highlighted other important parts of the process like bleaching the knots and thinning the hairline. I'm trying to make a small men's frontal to make my front hairs look full . wish me luck, im really new to all of this. my hair has always been thin and I always wanted to thicken the front up a little bit
Girl you DID that!!!
We tweeze hair...AND PLUCK CHICKENS!!! Showing love from one stylist to the next ❤️
Great job!! This color blonde and the roots looks great on dark skin and as a melanin goddess myself, I'm glad I found a blonde color tutorial I can use. Thanks!
You have lots of patience which is certainly needed for the outstanding job you just did before our eyes, beautiful hair and you look adorable..........
Your skin😍you’re gorgeous
Loved all the bleached colours I would definitely buy a wig in each colour
All were nice but I L❤VE the end result... GORGEOUS!!! ☝😍👌
This some good ass hair for you to have had bleach it that many times lmao
Aryih K Right that wing went through bleach hell and still came back like thats all you got #12roundknockout
I was thinking the same thing most hair would have melted the 1st time with a 40 volume and no bond builder. I was cringing
That's what I'm saying as well
This will probably be a little long, I love talking hair and beauty! I have naturally dark, dark brown hair, nearly black. I wanted to experience the "millennial pink" pastel color that's been so popular the past few years, but I didn't want to bleach since I didn't know if it would even look good on me. I KILLED that lace front (I'd never had one before & didn't realize that's what I bought) I watched so many video tutorials & demos of cutting the lace and all the prep, and I still murdered that damn thing, for real! I'm glad it was synthetic, but it was some of the nicest, most realistic looking & feeling synthetic I've ever had! Also the most I've ever paid for a synthetic on Amazon just to test drive a color! Which is why it still sits in my closet, I can't bring myself to toss it when it's technically still brand new even though the lace was over cut. I keep thinking I'll find something I can do with it someday!
I recently learned about the different volumes of developer, and it took the right guy explaining it the right way for it to finally make the most sense to me. A guy dropped one tab of alka seltzer in 40 vol and one in 20 vol. The 40 bubbled like crazy for like 20 seconds and then stopped almost completely whereas the 20 vol bubbled steady for over a minute. So 40 vol gives a huge quick initial boost but the 20 vol stays steady & active for so much longer. I never realized that. I guess that's why they say "low and slow" I just never realized until he gave that great visual example of how they work. It's on RUclips somewhere. Just thought someone else might find it helpful or interesting too. I still think with black hair like that you'd want to start with 40 though to break through the dark base quickly at the start. I'm not a cosmetologist though & I don't play one on TV. I've just been punishing my hair for the last 25 years & have learned some pretty great lessons on what NOT to do..lol If I can't be a good example, I'll have to be a horrible warning. Just doing my part...LOL
That wig turned out great and looks amazing for 3 rounds of any vol, but with 40, that's wild! My own hair would have been mushy like overcooked pasta. I need to find out how these Brazilian girls care for their hair for it to withstand all that and still look fantastic!! Lol
@@anitataco6488
I don't know much about Brazilian hair care, but maybe it's best to use Keratin, rice protein or silk protein on it.
Checkout a shampoo from "novex" or Maui Moisture, they might be "heavier" on your hair but it's good as soon as bleaching routines are involved.
Sis, this looks so good!
Wow! It came out great without using toner!
Yes! I bought one too but i didn’t even end up using it lol I think by me leaving the purple shampoo on the hair for 1-2 hours after each bleaching eliminated the need for a toner
Was thinking the same thing. Because the quality of the hair is good thats why, cheap hair wont get that result
instagram.com/p/BrRaR_HFr5Q/?igshid=7blpevfyl8o8
This looked amazing. I will be checking out the site for the wigs also. I have 2 wigs I currently want to dye to 613 also. But I am scared scared. So I will be watching this again to see and then maybe I will work up the nerve to try to do it myself.
omg it came out so cute! You look magical, like a fairy lol
Close call, came out beautiful☺
Excellent job. I am going to try this and tone it to grey. Thanks for a realistic tutorial❤
I’m going to try this. It looks really good! I always buy 613 hair cause I love to do color!!
It looks bomb! Next time use a volume 30 and add olaplex
yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaassssssss its giving Ms.NeNe Leakes so loving it......
This video was soo helpful! Glad to know I don’t necessarily need toner if I have purple shampoo... I was wondering if it could be done this way, glad to know it can
Beautifully done! I would just buy a 613 wig and root it, much easier and less damage! But your patience paid off it compliment your skin nicely!
The Second bleach color was BEAUTIFUL😍😍😍🔥🔥🔥All of it was Beautiful GREAT JOB!!!
This deserves more views! You slayed it!
Thank you! It was a long process but I LOVED how it came out
Ngl the first round color looks amazing on you. If u didn’t say anything I would have thought it was perfect. I guess that’s why I’m watching these videos now anyway 😂😂
it's soooooo pretty omg
This video was great! I have two 360 wigs showing up next week that I need to bleach and I’m a newbie!!
FREAKIN LOVE IT!💚💚
I love the color it came out the first time ❤️🔥
Wow so freaking natural!
I'm in love ! Can you make me one?!?!?
I wanna give my real hair a break.
Love love lovvvvvvvve exactly the tutorial I was looking for
This is the PERFECT shade of blond
THIS IS EXACTLY THE VIDEO I WAS LOOKING FOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I liked it after the second bleach best. Dimension of different color streaks was amazing. I would have liked a wig like that 👍🏻😱
I think all the colors came out nice!
In my opinion I think it turned out great!! I think *some* damage only makes the hair look so much more real, without damaging your real hair. I would 100% believe that wig is real hair from someone's head naturally if I didn't see this video!
Good job...I enjoyed every step of the process. Thank you for sharing
Gorgeous! Do you think it would work to go through this process and then add a brown root and lowlights? Thanks for the amazing tutorial!!!!
Only video I seen to achieve a true 613 color 🤩👏👏
It looks amazing well done xx
That looks amazing!
damn i ain’t see nobody bleach hair in so long 😂😂😂😂
tokyo lei ok!😂😂
FranceskaP this video had me shook. i’m so used to seeing people color 613 or install 613 hair lmao
😂😂😂😂😂😂
F A C T S 😂
Tbh it's expensive asf to buy another long length wig vs buying bleach y'all
I love it. You did a wonderful job.
This came out bomb 🔥🔥🔥
From my experience, going blonde is so much harder than any other color & it's more tedious, like it's so hard to get a specific blonde as you can get gold, ash, platinum & yellow all in one bleaching lol but it's just so cute when completed
Thank you for this video!!! Love love love
Ummm you did thattt. It looks perfect
Blue bleach girl!!!!
This camera quality 😍
Simply gorgeous
Omgg looks sooo good
I like this video cause I may bleach my body wave wig or I would just get the 40 developer and L’Oréal hicolor for dark hair and get honey blonde and golden blonde and see the results cause bleaching is a lot … but I like how it looked in the 1st and 2nd try , glad you got it the way you wanted ❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊😊
Amazing!!! 🤩
Hi Hi. I like all of the versions of the colors.Great tutorial: Thank you.
I loved each blonde! Anytime I bleach dark hair to get blonde I barely come close to those colors
Wow you’re Extremely talented and beautiful ❤️🙂
That color look so good on you
You did that!!! Thanks for sharing
Shimmer Lights or Dickison and joico is a wicked toner and shampoo🙃😉. So yeah, you wouldn't need a wella T14 sometimes those Wella T14 don't even work properly you got to keep adding and yeah hair becomes more fragile if you use too much peroxide but you did a awesome job😊
Pretty late but I have just gotten into doing more wigs since I want to give my hair a break from so much heat and styling so it can flourish and I have been buying black wigs but wanted to dye one of them blonde since they be charging an arm and a leg for pre dyed hair. Thanks for the tutorial I will try this
Blonde suits you! 😩💕💕
Turned out bomb
Thanks for this I’m gonna do one of my units tomorrow.
Excellent work. Thank you sweetheart.
You are so freaking gorgeous❤ oh and nice tutorial 🤭
I’m going blonde... this made me excited
I love it babe! Thank you
The song choice😍😍
This is still the best "how to beginner friendly video" I did exactly what u did and I'm happy with the results ❤
Sooo glad you love it 💕💕
