    Political persecution isn’t a crime …. it’s an abuse of power.

    He could pardon himself. The only cases that pardon is not possible are cases of impeachment. Trump was impeached, 2x, but not convicted. Lots of interesting facets here. The governor of NY could also pardon Trump, but that will never happen.

      He can't pardon himself for state crime though. And in Georgia (trial pending) there is no pardon power for the governor, only after a sentence is complete can a pardon be rendered. So Trump couldn't get Raffensperger to give him 11,000 votes and he won't be able to get a pardon either.
