    The Constitution Founders included the 2nd. Amendment to throttle the Government, when that Gov't. exceeded it's authority. And governments do have histories of exceeding their authorities. Benign-or-not. Gov't serves the People. The People do NOT serve Gov't, which is the sorry situation at present.

    Here is to me a rather humorous situation regarding the sales tax in Pennsylvania. To make a long story short, I went into the industrial supply business in late 1979. One of the suppliers that I wanted to use was in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. They apparently did not think it was a good idea to become an authorized agent of the state to collect sales tax on items that were sold to their customers. They made it clear to me immediately that the only way I (or anyone ) could buy product from them for resale was if I was tax exempt. They would not sell me one dollars worth of product until I had a tax exemption certificate which, of course I did have. Their reasoning was that they are not going to collect the tax for the state and do the work required to get at that time I believe one percent of the money collected as compensation.

    These so called experts are by and larger (likely 99%) left wing liberal activists who have been increasing in our government since the Civil Service (Disservice) laws were passed thus maintaining the idiots (experts) do push and mandate their political whims. Chevron was bad law when it was decided and bad law presently.

    If a regulation is ambiguous, why not require that agency and congress to clarify the regulation? It's obviously an invitation to fraud and corruption. I think this decision is a positive step, but not a solution to the problem.

    Judges are supposed to be fair and impartial, not to favor one party or the other. We depend on them to call balls and strikes, not to ask a batter or a catcher what it was that just went by, which is why I want them to look at all the ballots whenever they make a decision based on the outcome of an election whenever they get wind of something wrong that may have gone on, such as our most recent presidential election. To me, anything less might issue in a clown show, such as we see going on today. The squatters must leave, and they will.

    I always laugh when people say the U.S. has and follows the constitution. It’s like how the heck do we follow the constitution and have a separation of powers like Congress making laws in the legislature and then we have an executive branch and judicial branch. If the IRS can make their own laws and have their own court system and have their own enforcement agency and owns guns how is that a separation of government? It’s like the irs is it’s own government. If tbe epa can create its own laws and push their own narrative and enforce laws there’s no separation of power in my view. That and the states should be making the epa rules just like marriage rules etc. The federal government being so strong handed removes the ability of states to be diverse and different.

    Yup it’s like how I was listening to a guy talk about tyranny. He’s like you can’t be a dictator in the U.S. by being president. No, you gotta be the wizard in the wizard of oz behind the curtain. It makes sense once you realize a ton of people work for several presidents for decades. Like Henry Kissinger worked for a long time with different government administrations.

    We bought 5 acres in the country ( a non-HOA acreage subdivision). We have a nice wooded area with stream on one end of our lot. The ten year old home home next door to us sold within a year of our closing on this new home and the new couple who bought the adjacent home began acting weird: surreptitious entry into our wooded area (throwing a ball obviously to give them cover for going in there, walking back and forth in front of our home and surreptitiously pacing our far lot line they dont share with us, and then getting a german shepherd dog that was trained to patrol the property line aggressively and finally, them hiring all our outdoor contractors or confronting them whenever they were doing work on this part of our land. These neighbors are well off, work from home, and she told me she is watching everything I do in this part of my land. I know they have cameras somewhere and they know when I am outside and can come out whenever I go out to harass me. Now they are avoiding me after I put up a bunch of cameras -- I don't know if the cameras have scared them off or if they are now just "playing the ropes," waiting until they can claim adverse possession of my wooded area (the previous neighbor lived there ten years so they might be able to).

    Whats happened is MONSANTO lobbied / financed the president - SO, the new president assigns the now ex-CEO of MONSANTO the head role of the FDA. And “ET VOILA” this is how you become a FASCIST COUNTRY. The same with the CDC - who is run by the ex-president of Pfizer. And so on and so on and so on. The founding fathers never meant for an unelected group of “former” CEOs and their bureaucracies to write laws for our country. Terminating the Chevron doctrine is a big step in the right direction.

    When my wife and I sold a house decades ago, a copy of the deed ended up lying on the kitchen floor as she was packing boxes of things when we were moving. A neighbor who was in the house talking to my wife was horrified that the deed to our home that we were selling was lying on the floor and people were walking on it. In her mind, she thought that if you had the deed you owned the house by merely possessing the deed. I sold real estate at the time, and I thought that was actually quite funny people believe this, they have no clue. Talk to your lawyer they will give you the best advice you’re ever going to get.

    • @Snipergoat1
      @Snipergoat1 11 дней назад

      Not at all. What this does is forces federal agencies to defend their interpretations of rules. It gets rid of the notion that a federal agency set up to enforce the appropriate field would necessarily be experts in that field. The problem is that these definitions were determined at the top level which is the cabinet member. These guys are political appointees that are placed in for political reasons for more often than for any knowledge of the subject. Thus we have things like a secretary of transportation that doesn't basic physics and a director of the ATF who knows little about alcohol, tobacco, and next to nothing about firearms. Very often they have mid level underlings that know about the subjects but underlings don't make the policy changes. These are done at the top level where people know the least and everything is done for political reasons, not logical or factual ones.

All things equal, is one thing…..selecting the pool of applicants by diversity,first and foremost is always going to be a failed strategy. Merit must rule .

    • @Snipergoat1
      @Snipergoat1 11 дней назад

      That would be wonderful if they consulted these guys but they don't. The power flows the other way and changes are made for political reasons. For example, the director of the ATF knows nothing about firearms. However Biden wanted a general crackdown of firearms so they made some changes, such as saying that a medical brace on a pistol changed it into a short barrelled rifle. Well any expert or anyone that had any firearms knowledge at all would say "That's stupid" and could list half a dozen reasons why. Instead the director tells them that they are changing this and it is their job to create a reason that justifies this. In other words there are experts available at their fingertips, however the experts are used to justify the actions rather than determine if actions are a good idea. This ruling eliminates the courts having to give preference to the agencies definitions and acknowledges that the decisions are in fact not usually made by experts but by far less knowledgeable political appointees. Thus they must be able to defend their ideas just like anyone else.

    • @usnavy-retired9800
      @usnavy-retired9800 11 дней назад

      The real life reality is that these "so-called" scientists, may or may not have the expertise, but Many, many of them are ruled by a political agenda and that of the people who appoint them. In many instances their "expertise" is shot down by politics and/or they themselves believe in the agenda more then they have the integrity to stand up to it. (EXAMPLE: Fauci) Bottom Line Here: Law and rules for the general public should only be passed by Congress and NEVER, EVER by members of an un-elected branch of Government. Congressmen can be advised by the agencies and also listen to counter arguments and filter out the truth from the Bull$hit before they make their decisions to vote yea or nay on regulations...Afterwards, they are then held accountable, by the people, for their vote. This is the way the founding Fathers set it up so that Govt should never rule absolutely.
