@@pelton5924 really enjoyed the video. Beautiful bracelets. Question, with the cushion interlinks which are raised …. Example being for the patek 5711 nautilus, how is the brushed finish given to the bracelet? The vision interlink would get in the way no? Or all don’t with the bracelet and then the polished cushion interlinks are added?
WOW. JUST WOW. Better than the other Detroit brand (I know there's 3 Detroit watch factories) that was endorsed by Obama that just assembles chinese parts. There's REAL EFFORT put into your stuff and it's WORTH the money. And honestly the only one of the 3 that makes good looking watches. May well buy one in 2021.
This is setting a precedent that an American company can make a bracelet as nice if not nicer than a haute Swiss brand. Keep at it..Never quit! We just need a movement now..Maybe talk to RGM. Do something different a double barrel movement with a twin escapement similar to an FP journe optima but with a date!
Thank you for taking the time to watch our production process. We are very excited for the future and hope to one day have an in-house movement. Our next step will be an in-house dial and hands!
The CNC machining creates perfect bevels on each link. For the polishing stage we manually polish each link on a lapping wheel which allows us to maintain proper geometry and crisp edges. The links then receive a final high polish finish on a buffing wheel for only a second or two, making sure that the bevel geometry is maintained.
Not only do you have machining skills, but your planning and jigs are incredible
The most beautiful bracelet ever made.
Such a satisfying video to watch. A highly skilled person taking such care and pride in his work.
What a beautiful bracelet and remarkable process
Thank you! And thanks for watching!

This is some nice manufacturing! Thanks for the proper video!

Bravo à vous je suis français, passionné d'horlogerie, je trouve votre travail remarquable 😀⌚👍
You making that bracelet made me want to cried that bracelet was awesome I could never make anything like that
Pretty sure this will be my next timepiece. Silver or gray dial is the remaining question.

You NOW HAVE movements being made in Arizona. SFQ or something.
Beautiful
Wonderful. I’ll order one.
every bit as sweet as an AP .
Very nice Video, thanks for sharing. Where can i get a beltsander like this?
I really want one.
Greetings from Switzerland
Amazing
How do you manage to keep a constant bevel when working manually?
Years of practice.

Hello fellow RVWR member 🙂
Never thought one can push his fingers that close to a belt sander.. now I know it’s safe. :-)
I was working on a linisher (like a belt sander that grinds tons off very quickly) and ground the end of my thumb off in a quarter second.
@@OffGridInvestor Sorry to hear the incident. Belt sanders are in deed underestimated for its danger. I always use a gig whenever I can.
