Try using a fudge brownie box mix with either peanut butter chips or caramel chips and chopped pecans. The deep fudge flavor holds up better to the add-ins of chips or nuts. With the caramel chips and pecans you get a turtle brownie cookie...delicious!

At a ladies meeting, I offered these cookies with the butter pecan cake mix. They loved them and could hardly believe they were from a cake mix.
Next time I’m hoping to drizzle melted caramels (from the store) on top while they are warm.

To make peanut butter cookies omit the oil or butter and put twice as much peanut butter in for shortening - I have added chocolate chips and/or peanut butter chips - they're delicious

Attempting to make red velvet cookies with a touch of butter cream, cream cheese frosting from box mix. I'll let you know how it goes. I've made these cookies from scratch many times however I need to use a number of box mixes from inventory. Hope you folks are having a great day.

how many cookies dose it yield
for one box about 20 cookies! that’s how much I got from using 1 box of cake mix and yes I added the flour and as-well as the other ingredients and plus I added oreos to mine I added 16 oreos and still got 20 cookies!!

Because the cake companies have decreased the amount of quantity that is in the mixes so to get the consistency right, you need to add a little flour.

about 10-12 minutes, All ovens cook a little different. Just watch until they get a little golden on the edges.

This isn't a good recipe for rolling out and cutting into shapes. This is a better cookie recipe for round chocolate chip type cookies.

The eight minute is not accurate
Every oven cooks a little different. Bake until the edges are golden brown and the cookie is set in the middle.

Loved this video but could not help but want to pull back your daughter's long hair that was actually resting on the edge of the mixing bowls. Sorry but I am fussy about cooking clean.
