😂🤣Mr. Regier maturing before our eyes. Pretty soon his voice will change and he’ll start to grow facial hair
I’m only 15 minutes into the video but I hope someone explains what Steven’s A71 is doing! So distracting. Judge Manning would have made his sit down and sit still.
I was thinking the same thing. WTH was he doing?
I'm 10mins in and hoping someone mentions him, did they? He looks nodded and getting ready to use again?
He is useless in this video.
It's beyond clear that he just shot up minutes before he zoomed in. Probably heroin is my guess
When the client can't stop talking.
True story
My buddy was going north in the left hand lane on a 4 lane divided highway, when a tractor trailer going north in the right lane decided to turn left across his lane.
Luckily my buddy and his granddaughter hit the posts on the trailer instead of going under the trailer, which would have probably killed them.
They had some pretty severe injuries and were suing the company that owned the trucking line.
Their lawyer was pushing to settle out of court, even though the amount wasn't much over their medical bills and didn't cover future medical costs.
My buddy asked the lawyer why he wouldn't go to trial.
Lawyer: Because I can't trust you on the stand.
Buddy: What do you mean? I'm an honest person.
Lawyer: I can't trust you to simply answer the questions asked. Can you answer a question with a simple, yes or no?
My buddy replied to the lawyer's question about answering with a simple yes or no.
Ten minutes later the lawyer interrupted him saying, "See. This is exactly what I'm talking about. You can't just say, yes or no. I have no clue what it is you're talking about now, and I can't put you on the stand without knowing what you may start rambling on about."
At least my buddy was smart enough to know his limitations and allowed the lawyer to do his job.
No, it didn't go to court.
That is a great story! 😂😂💐
🤣 🤣 🤣 Brilliant
"I was detoxing at the moment" translates to "I was out of drugs".
Facts hahaha
Mike: Regier is maturing in front of our eyes
My brain: yeah, the final transformation will be at the "Enchantment Under the Sea Dance" 😅
I want a judge Alex Manning fan club, or trading card set.
On watching this one, I'm sure that Regier is a bird of prey. The unblinking eyes and tilting head reminds me of an owl listening for a juicy meal.
I love it when Judge Webster gets all kindergarten teacher on defendants 😂
Judge Webster finally told Mr. Brown what we all had been wanting to tell him after hearing all his whining about not being able to see his newborn. “Dude, stop breaking the law!”
Kills me when they complain about GPS on them. Like yeah you did this not the court.
When I first saw Mr Rigier (I think that is his name) I thought he was very staid.... after seeing him a few times, I like his no nonsense style 🙃
he wouldnt need any styling to be on Mad Men…
@@macking104 ?? I don't know Mad Men??? 😕
He grows on you 😅
Only on Law Talk with Mike do you hear, nonchalantly mind you from Mike, "He's only slightly better than the guy smoking glue" LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
😂🎉 Mike rocks 🪨
When Judge Webster gives you that look, you know the case is over.
ADA Regier's hair hasn't moved in 13 years.
Love looking at Mike, like a little kid in candy shop. He seems to love this stuff
Maybe Reiger realized that he's working too hard over violators who incriminate themselves.
#1 rule in sales: When you’ve made the sale, stop selling.
That's if your only goal is just to make the sale. If you're wanting customer to have full understanding and satisfaction, then maybe you have to explain things.
I thought he said he named his child "Lemon" 🤣 I was mad. took me back to when I heard Gwenith Paltrow named her baby "Apple". 😤 I rewound it and turned up the volume and was happy to hear it was "London". 😅
Poor Mr. Patterson, he’s the exception to the rule of, “You get the lawyer you deserve.” Fella got that 1000 yard stare when he realized he couldn’t shut Mr. Brown up.
Love Mr. Regier's expressionless face!
Judge Webster is not having anyone's excuses today.
Sounds like a Christopher Lloyd bit in "Taxi"
"what does a yellow light mean?"
"slow down"
"what.....does ....a .....yellow.....light......mean?"
"SLOW DOWN!"
"Whaaaaaat........doessss........a .......Yellooooow.........liiiiiight ..........meeeeaaaan?""
I had to look up what PFA means. Protection From Abuse, which is a civil action similar to a restraining order, that bars the alleged abuser from having any contact with the abused/alleged abused
Why hire/accept a lawyer if you are not going to listen to him/her. SHM!!
Public defenders often don't communicate very thoroughly. Impression is that they are just going through motions. To them its just another _____ case that equates to a given sentence, but to defendant, its life altering. They may not really care if circumstances don't support the charge. If you only get a few minutes before a judge, they may be desperate to explain their circumstances.
@@shotforshot5983 bingo.
I kinda believe the guy, he caught a bunch of cases and now he's confused about all the different conditions and he sounds like he's really trying to do the right thing... Maybe... But it seems that way... I hope it works out for him
Think he’s looking for the easy way out
Holy cow!!!! Armed robbery and aggravated kidnapping, and he has other cases pending as well????? This guy is a one man crime spree!!!
I was gonna but then I was going to but and I almost but
Poor Mr Patterson once again learned no good deed goes unpunished.
This is my first time putting a face to that name. Reminds me of hold the pain harold.
This entire time he claims his newborn is a month old, towards the end we find out she might be 11,no 10, no I'm confused maybe 9 days? Could it be FEBRUARY not MARCH ? Lol
I'm a bit confused as to why he can't see his "Wife". None of the cases listed were a DV and and he claimed it stemmed from an assault on 2 guys in his house. How would they be able to separate him from his family simply because she's a witness?
Twice Judge Webster said, "it isn't her first......" and BOTH times I expected to hear "rodeo". 😅
.
Regier looks like Charlie Sheen in Wall Street
I have to call b******* on this one judge...
Couples like this are not going to abide by the TPO they probably still live together...
Your honor, I've had multiple babies with multiple women, that's why I couldn't get ahold of my atty
Mr Brown is a shining example of Dunning Kruger at it’s finest
Somebody needs to write a book on “excuses to tell the judge”! I think I’ve heard them all, we need to come up with something new. 😅😅😅😅
Good lord.. Sorry your Honor, I was too busy bringing a child into the world, with the woman I’m restrained from being near.
The sorriest of folks seem to be the most fertile.
Someone please give Darren a drink. Poor lawyer must be considering earl´ly retirement after his shit show
Mr Brown - "I just want to be at home with my child"
Judge Webster - "When was the child born?"
Mr Brown - 🦗🦗🦗🦗
Armed Robbery and Kidnapping
Seems like a nice solid citizen
He should be let out on bond
Nah I'm kidding
He scares me personally
Stevens look like he's passed out, standing. Lol
I'm old & I know it cuz neighbors kids having fun sounded like goat screams...lol.
Same and when they cry it sounds like a dying whale 🐳
I finally figured out what she was saying before watching your opening bit. She is saying "PRE-trial"!
The first 3:30 of this video was edited under the influential of ADHD
"Texas Penal Code - PENAL § 32.51. Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information" --- Our man forgot to put "Fraudulent Use or Possession..." in front of his Texas charge. Obviously "Possession of Identifying Information" would not be illegal. LOL
This judge absolutely reminds me of the little boy that says " apparently " over and over after being handed the mic on live TV broadcast
My whole family laughs when someone says "appppaaaarently"
What the hang is going on with Hawaiian shirt meandering around with a barking dog and not muted?
Anyone gonna talk about stevens A71? Was he doing laundry?
absolutely love this channel!
Hello from Southern California. I have to believe that studies have been done on people who live their lives in and out of jail and can't stop their repeated arrests.
It's obvious their parents and schools aren't teaching the basics of good citizenship or how to think about consequences before actions. I'm glad I'm so old I won't be around when these people are running the country.
To a large extent now, there are no civics classes in public school. Or at least anything with meat, discussion, opening of eyes. Dismaying. However, some lessons and conversations need take place with parents, elders. Free public education is merely a baseline. This is why, IMO, people inexplicably believe that they have a "right" to everything under the sun.
This is such a tired type of thinking based on generalizations your parents made about your generation, and I work in juvenile detention unit.
People have gone to jail forever. Not sure what you want the schools to do. They lay down the law and the parents flip out.
@@fakeFeetus well no. It's not. My sister has worked for the local school corporation for years. Many discussions about this (and related). In talking with all my young people, it astounds that they lacked even basic knowledge or understanding of government, society. The tenets.
Those people are called politicians.
Mr. Patterson is a saint... LOL!!! Mr. Brown is definitely a train wreck looking to happen. As he's whining, I can hear Judge Manning's voice in the back of my head telling him "it's a YOU problem..." 😁😆
And todays PSA on why you let your Attorney speak for you thank you Mr. Brown for showing us a very special PSA and the covenant dont worry it gets worse award. Good lord that was a long train ride.
I don’t like this judge.
Did the guy in the middle square lose a bet?
What is the older man in the flowered shirt doing? So odd. I think he’s popping zits or some other nefarious behaviors. Surprised the Judge doesn’t tell him to sit down!
Uh as a retired paramedic, I don't recall a judge requesting us to attach a GPS tracker. That makes zero sense. It's not our thing to get tangled up in courts... that's law enforcement jobs.
Electronic Monitoring Services
Gotta love prosecutor George McFly's stoic face.
His lawyer was trying his best to get the shovel from him!!! Defendant continued, and refused to put the shovel down! Excellent entertainment! 👏👏👏👏👏👏
The lawyer is like girl you on your own!
Missed the Live Mike, some of us have a life 🐐🐐🐐
What the ?… who the H E double hockey sticks is the goober in the bad Hawaiian shirt on the left side of the screen, and why is he cleaning his glasses / buttoning up his clothing/ picking at his arm/ playing with…. something …on camera in the courtroom???
So if i get this right, he talked to the attorney on the day he was having a baby, before that day he was in jail for 14 days but got out with a gps tracker, the conditions of which were to not have contact with the baby that was not yet born but did not restrict him from contact with the victim that was having the baby, also the no contact in the case he is in court today for is not correct because he has another case with less restricions. I dont know im confused because he is bad at explaining and im not getting it, or if im following along and he is bad at lying.
Regier sounded almost jiddy when Judge Webster left that girl in jail to serve her sentence instead of parole😁🤪
Meaningless observation..there's this cool very Indian tailor here in Albany Georgia..he always leads his commercials with hello hello hello..in a very thick Indian accent..yall sound EXACTLY the same..lolol
These people get locked up for what people in Baltimore do everyday all day in front of the police. That's how you know you are not in a free society
Poor Mr. Patterson….he’s only 32….it’s his clients
The girl could be right you get picked up in Sedgwick county jail. You could get lost in there for six months before they do anything or tell anybody that you’re there
That’s scary
Sound like baby momma had two dudes over and baby daddy didn't like that.
Boy, he's already managed to completely fail parenthood.
Judge Webster is a pretty empathetic human, I trust her judgement 😊
Steven was creeping me out the entire call, no idea what he was doing that whole time.
Wait. He said the baby is a little over a month old, but her birthday was 3/26? The math ain't mathing!
I find it impossible to age Mr Regier. I bet he’s fun when out of work. An automaton while in work? He reminds me of FBI -I live in England so what do I know 😂
Am I the only one in love with J Regier
He’s a freaking machine 🤖
No. 😊
I’m going to plead not guilty to that
I assert my fifth amendment priveledge
Lorraine Baines is as well
Why don't people ever listen to their attorney? He stressed so many times not to say anything and this fool thought he could make it all better flapping his gums. Moron... And he keeps calling her his wife. Without a DV the court could never order them apart. The first arrest for contacting a witness should have had him at the courthouse getting married. Instead he just violates again and again and again.
Hi... I am not sure what the Judge's name is at 2:05 , but I like the ways she says Pre Trial....however when first saying it was cut off, giving what looks like a "you mofo, people tune in for this part you took away." .... Like your videos
I live a far too uncomfortable life. How🎉🎉 many judges can 1 per . How many cases in how many states with how many judges can can 1 per be told to have no contact with? These public prosecutors and judges and are defense attorneys are likely knot getting paid for not getting paid paid
Mr. Patterson looks like he’s ready to throw it all in right now….poor man
Oh my goodness. This guy has 3 different charges with 3 different Judges. 😂😅. He boo hoo’ing he wants to see his newborn baby. Maybe he should stay out of trouble
State of Kansas vs. “tray” 👀
So when I think of tray I think ash tray or food tray, not a name. People we got to better! 🤦♀️
I also have been “down in Wichita havin’ a baby”….twice actually.
Good times. Wichita has good memories
Ms. Holden is a hot mess. I certain after 6 months she will continue her criminal career. Jail won’t do any better than probation UNTIL she gets a clue as to her life.Mr. Brown is a perfect example of not exercising his right to remain silent. I’m sure he will be spending considerable time in jail.
I have warned you people about hurting Jack's feelings! Watch your actions and be especially kind to Jack or else!
Is dude in the Hawaiian looking shirt, Stevens A71, is he completely nodded out at times?!!?
47:18 I think Judge Webster enjoys tormenting Mr. Patterson.
He cant remember when his baby was born. Probably screams at his baby momma thatbit aint his. But he needs that baby right now...its all hes got as a reason to get out if jail. Come on patterson, it was all so great when it was you the prosecuter and judge ricky.
When your listening to this in the back ground while playing minecraft then hear the name of your old class mate and go oh thats funny. Then they say the middle name and you go wait what! I look up and sure enough.... I remember harassing him over book fines in high school. between his middle name and hearing that voice i jumped lol.
Also, she is ordering him to the courthouse for his trial. He better hope his lawyer gives it his all and gets him found not guilty. It sounds like she is hoping to lock him up.
What happened to all the really mean judges?? I remember them being down right mean. Come on that’s what we need nowadays!
Aggravated keynapping...
Mr Patterson-bless him. He gets the really difficult to control 😅
It's sad to here toxic couples , now thus fool is crying because he doesn't know how to treat his own wife , u can't make this up! 😂😂😂😂
Maam my health care workers in texas would not simply sit in a car and watch a law enforcement officer or anybody else get dragged by a car.
The last one is a complete idiot. He UNNECESSARILY made it worse he’s lucky she didn’t violate him again right there on the spot! Guarantee it’ll come up at that trial tho. Idk how far it’ll go tho cause it sounds like the wife keeps calling cops then begging to drop charges so she isn’t going to cooperate with the investigation or prosecution whatsoever. It sounds like the only thing they’ll have is whatever charges that don’t pertain to her specifically.
It's wild that passengers are also charged with the driver's crimes. There's no way she got into the car with the understanding that the driver would flee a traffic stop and drag a cop.
Question. With the girl in jail, why does she get dinged for not reporting to probation when she was in jail at the time? Genuinely curious 🤔
Mr. Regier seems like the type of man that always has to be right. Even outside of court. I dont think he would handle being wrong very well.
What’s up with Steven in the floral smock??
look at the man if first slot middle row poor guy is more interesting that the defendent fighting his case 😅😅😅😅
Blame it on the baby….Please stop pro-creating….please! 🙏🏼
I like the videos, however, I wish there was a MUTE BUTTON for Mike…
