As a nurse, whenever a patient mentions suicide or suicide ideation you are required to treat it seriously even if it is blatant manipulation.
Very true
Yes. It's difficult and frustrating.
Also going to the psych ward doesnt cancel jail (unless you're deemed unfit to stand trial but thats another story). When i was in an out of psych wards in the height of my illness i would often see other patients being released to police custody.
I make them regret ever lying about it. No phone no visitor I won't leave the room ever and I ask them if they are suicidal every 15 minutes and when they get annoyed and blow up at me I said I'm sorry sir I take suicidal ideation very seriously and I want to make sure that you don't try to kill yourself on my watch and our policy states that I must check you continuously and ask you every 15 minutes if you're still feeling suicidal so I'm going to keep asking you. Usually when I'm doing their one to one they last about three to six hours with me before they fess up

My thoughts too.
💯
But "anything" doesn't include telling the court where he is.
You would think he's facing 4 life sentences in a level 5 prison. He's doing all this bull crap over 7 days in a county jail.
dude it's the craziest thing I've ever seen lol
That's what I was thinking!!
he can't be told no . Imagine how he acts getting caught doing something extreme which I'm sure he's done nothing but for his entire life
I was in Wayne County jail for first time at 17 years old ,straight from juvenile lock up ,it is a dirty shithole, but he's exaggerating 1 billion %.
@michaelyoung31w11 what city is close to this Wayne County jail?
Only a narcissist could believe that a busy judge would stick around this long asking about golf and religion during open court because she was interested.
Agree this is screaming narcissist to me
I had to give up watching. He was making me actually angry. I don’t watch tv to be unhappy. 😹 No clue why this idiot bothered me so much more than sov cits or Karens do. I usually only get angry when it is adults hurting children.
I guess you missed the part where he asked her if she was asking these mundane questions because they might be sending someone to his location.
Agree, very manipulative. I hate when ppl say you should be trying “real crimes”, like what he did doesn’t count bc he thinks it doesn’t.

so true. this dude is so manipulative,,, and pathetic. i don't take mention of suicide lightly,, but this guy seems to be playing it as blackmail,, trying to take hostages with it. it's sick. anyway,, i could be way off. i wish him well. he definitely needs help. ... ok i just got to 49:15 this guy's just a dick
Oh boo hoo, stop whining.
This guy is so manipulative. Like the kind of guy who threatens to kill himself if you break up with him. He makes me deeply angry. The judge is phenomenal at stalling and keeping him talking without ever giving into his extortion attempts.
Helps the guy is an idiot who lives off of others pity.
Like I’m sure once you ask him about any hardships past or present it would be exceedingly difficult to get him to shut his mouth. He LIVES to talk about how much his life SUCKS. He clearly THRIVES off of making company in his misery. insufferable.
Problem is there are people that will kill themselves to avoid jail. Sometimes it's truly hard to tell the difference between them and a manipulative person.
That’s it very manipulative and entitled. He expects to be let off because he has a loss. Many people have loss. I’m sorry to say this because I have experienced depression and suicide in my family , it makes me so mad to see him use that as a way out of trouble. “I’m suicidal unless you let me out of my jail sentence “ wow
It wouldn't matter to me either way if he followed through with it. Narcissistic manipulators like him do nothing good for anything except well.... Manipulate people to avoid accountability. As the story went on the b.s. just got deeper.
This judge is PHENOMENAL. The improving questions is amazing. I would have run out of things to ask!
That would be hard being that he doesn’t stfu about himself 😆
Ya she didnt have to say much lol he kept blabbering on and on.
Right we now know DeSanto likes word searches and isn’t good at crosswords. 😂 I feel like I should send her a word search as a gift for putting up with this nonsense. 😂😂😂
She correctly read him as such a narcissist that she could trick him into believing that she was actually _interested_ in him personally.
Plus she held out the tempting candy of discussing his favorite subject---HIM!!
He is willing to do ALMOST everything to stay out of jail. Obeying the law just isn’t one of them?
Lmao!!!!!!😂😂😂
This dude is a manipulator. He’s a liar, skips drug test because he’s using drugs that don’t appear after a few days. Lying about killing himself. Blaming everything around him for his issues.
He isn't fit for a society with laws 😂
Exactly
Seems like if he was that scared of jail he shouldn’t have continually violated his bond.
Exactly. This seems to have been lost on the self aggrandizing manipulator.
He literally quoted the Joker “I’m a mentally ill loner with a society who treats him like trash” i can’t with the theatrics
He literally quoted the movie!
And “I will Curt Cobain myself, and there is no Courtney Love”…….oh puhlease!
He is quoting a lot of people and then using moral guilt to say a suicide is on her hands.
I’ve spent 20 years as a criminal defense attorney. His theatrics are pretty far out there, but I’ve seen something similar before. Remember, it’s always someone else’s fault.

This guy has memorized every motivational poster he's ever seen
This guy must be EXHAUSTING to be in a relationship with. All I heard here was toxic, abusive manipulation. I'm not saying he isn't legit suicidal, but how he talks is straight-up manipulation. It's what my sister calls, "poor me, pity party bullshit." It's a way some toxic people act when people are upset with them or they want to get their way.
This dude needs help, in so many ways.
He needs to be put into a turtle vest for a few days in county so that he can see just how bad life can REALLY suck, sometimes. I understand the fear of jail. I went once in my early 20’s for fighting. Worst 36 hrs of my life. Haven’t had so much as a speeding ticket since, and didn’t have one prior and no other interactions with law enforcement other than that one very stupid decision. Learned my lesson the hard way, but I for sure learned it.
My brother was in and out of jail for years for substance issues and multiple traffic violations (suspended license, expired tag, no insurance, stuff like that). The last time he was in he was picked up on a warrant for non-payment of traffic fines and he had a weed pipe on him. That was in January. He was jumped after only being in there for a day and had his arm broken. He was sent to the jail infirmary where someone made the genius idea of putting him in a cell with a schizophrenic, unstable man with a CANE.
He nearly beat my brother to death. Fractured his eye socket and he was sent to our local trauma center to have a plate put into his face. He had a traumatic brain injury as well. It not only physically hurt him, it messed him up mentally.
He died in a single car accident in which he ran off of the road and the car was engulfed in fire on June 6th. We don’t know if he fell asleep (he was on his way to work at 4am), or if he had a seizure, or if it was intentional and we won’t ever know due to the extent of his injuries.
I’ll forever feel like the jail situation killed him, though. He wasn’t a bad guy and he did his best to stay out of trouble. But once all those fines and stuff pile up like his did it’s HARD to get out of that hole, especially when you’re broke. He never had any violent offenses. When he was on probation he stuck to it but eventually went back to weed…This guy claims he will do anything to not go to jail but his actions say otherwise. He reminds me of an abusive partner that threatens to end their life if you want to get out of the relationship.
@@AlaFrigginBamasorry for your family’s loss of your brother 🙏🏼I do believe more attention should be made to keep people separated in jail with mental illness who may harm or kill somebody. We had a case in GA a few years ago-they had just arrested a guy for murder; in his own words on camera he told police and it was on the news “I murdered him for being white” The jail put him in a cell with a white man and he murdered him less than 30 minutes later.
To be fair. Once you lost it all, nothing else matters.
His Facebook profile shows he still lives in Taylor and is in a relationship since 2020…..I don’t get it she has to put up with some nonsense.
Dear god i thought the same thing….i wouldn’t be able to handle this dude for an hour, let alone a week…month…🤦🏼♀️
“The smartest people tend to be the most insane. I’m left handed too!” 😂 this man
Darn!!! Should I have been drinking and going insane too? I'm a lefty 🙂
It means he is using his "right" brain...
I am a lefty.. maybe I am insane and never knew it. 😂
It's kinda true. A lot of ppl with higher IQ's have mental health issues and more left handed ppl are diagnosed with psychotic disorders.... So he's not wrong
The judge is doing a great job stalling. Also, it's really easy to stay out of jail. Many people around the world do it 😂
He is being manipulative and using suicide as a tool. He isn't suicidal. He just doesn't want to go to jail and be without his drugs.
Truth!
He can be both suicidal and manipulative, I don't know why people think its one or the other. Suicidal people, or mentally I'll people in general, aren't necessarily good people, or honest. But their Illness is real nonetheless, even if they are using it for leverage (and obviously he should be held accountable for it, to the extent of his competency). While he is 100% manipulative, MANY traits he exhibits are consistent with severe mental illness. Doesn't mean we have to like it, or him. Excuse my French but he's a cunt. But that doesn't change the fact he needs help.
He lost the love of his life? A minute ago he described her as his friend's sister. All while his wife is pregnant with his first child. He jumped to this so quick he has absolutely used it before.
Agree, this whole thing bothered me. I get that the judge has to okay this game but this guy knows that and is just being a brat.
While you may very well be correct, we (as in society) can't not treat all of these claims with the same response.
Man i don't know what you all are seeing, this guy is manipulating and lying through his teeth... problem is he's trying it in court on a judge... he's not suicidal
Yeah he's a trash human being imo. He's trying to get out of consequences.
💯 agreed
Yeah the empathy here seems weird, maybe I’m a bad person though lol
I am not psychic, but I feel You are correct. I was in a relationship with someone who would do this. Apparently she kept it up. Two ex husbands and she still hasn’t followed through. Cause it’s a manipulation tactic, not a true ideation.
He’s obviously faking! The manipulation and anger are just below the surface and come out clear as day when he gets frustrated. It’s extremely EXTREMELY obvious
They always have a therapist or new job the next day after court. Amazing.
Here's a crazy concept. If you will do anything to stay out of jail, follow the law, and don't violate your bond. No sympathy.
I kept yelling at the screen (in the voice of Jim Carrey from Liar, Liar) STOP BREAKING THE LAW!!!!
Anything but that!
Nobody cares.
Noo, that doesn't work for him... he wants to be left Alone
@donnalynn2 "stop breaking the law asshole"
Narcissist with a captive audience - living his best life as the hero, victim, martyr, smartest person in the room. You couldnt get him to leave the Zoom hearing as long as the judge was willing to listen.
I'm 20 mins in and that's EXACTLY my take on this. Unfortunate that the judge has to take his threats seriously for fear of being held responsible
Absolutely!! He sure loves himself! A.K.A. extreme insecurity! He is secretly hoping for a Oscar nomination. Unfortunately he's a HUGE hypocrite, when it comes to his so called faith! 😖
How accurate!

He sounds like my ex-husband. The pure manipulation is disgusting.
Yup... It was setting me off. I mean right down to the "I make all this money I give it away to everyone, no body respects all that I do for everyone" ... As someone who works in IT, i can guarantee you their zoom administrator was having his connection IP traced the minute he started the suicide talk. It takes law enforcement and a court order for an ISP to release subscriber IP info, however they knew exactly where he was without him ever telling them, based on his zoom connection. I deal with CALEA (Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act) requests on occasion, and law enforcement will know everything from the ISP.
What's ISP?

You can really tell the point when Judge DiSanto completely switches off being a judge and starts being a negotiator and keeps him talking. Amazing job!!

I don’t think this is the first time this guy has tried to manipulate people by claiming to be suicidal
My guess is that it is usually in relationships to get out of their partner leaving them. That is a narcissists most common arena of abuse
At Thanksgiving one year my brother’s son in law, a manipulative loser, tried to pull the “I’m going to kill myself and you’ll all have blood on your hands” tactic and stormed out the door. My brother was married to the queen of all drama queens that’s a master manipulator too and has two stepdaughters following closely on her heels. My brother had seen it all and knows a bluff and manipulation when he sees it. He just went outside and told the guy “Dude, you seriously think that’s gonna work here? You think everybody in that house hasn’t tried that too? Come back inside and have some pie and calm the F down.”
I'd bet the farm he throws the "it's all your fault so now I'm gonna commit suicide" card several times a day. Here. I'll diagnose you for free, and I am an rn with psyche experience. You are a terribly entitled young man who would rather blame everyone and anyone for all your mistakes and flip the responsibility to the innocent involved so that you aren't required to do anything to correct your situation. You are a narcissist. You are using that young lady's death to gain yourself sympathy so that, once again, you are never required to clean up your own mess. It's embarrassing to listen to you refer to her initially as "a friend" to elevate her to your wife in an attempt to gain more sympathy. You need to do some serious soul searching and determine why you are so comfortable living this way. My daughter died when she was 2. I became suicidal. No one knew. And I have to live with that. I TRIED TO DIE. NO ONE DROVE ME TO IT. IT WAS ALL MINE, NO ONE ELSES. Let that woman rest in peace and grow the f up

@@Goldie789it does sound horrifying, that’s why I would follow the judge’s bond conditions so I wouldn’t be sent there!
I hate the fact that he is using suicide as a weapon. He isn’t really suicidal, he is just using it as a tool. Every time she goes to something else he brings her back oh I will kill myself. Disgusting manipulative, immature man.
Her drinking out of that cup was a signal that she knows where he was at and they are coming to get him.
Wow. This was fascinating. I’ve volunteered for a suicidal hotline and admit that he had me in the beginning. But as time went on the manipulation and narcissistic traits became clear. It was weird that he went from “my best friends sister” to “my (biblical) wife”. What a wild ride.
I experienced this the same way you did. I fell for his antics at first but as time went on I saw malignant covert narcissism… master manipulator. He is very good & rotten to the core.
May I suggest watching Hg Tudor, seeing as you volunteer at a call centre.
He will help you spot the signs. Brilliant.
As I continued to watch this I am still astounded at the fact that his lawyer doesn't step in and counsel him or tell him to be quiet.
I see it as his respect for the Judge, not interfering with her control over her court proceedings.
The judge probably sent the lawyer a message the instant the guy threatened to kill himself. She needed to keep him talking and keep him on the line, which is why no one is saying anything but the judge and this man.
I would like to think the lawyer saw that his client needed to be put into a mental institution or whatever.
It’s pretty clear they’re all just deferring to her to handle this situation. She may have communicated with the lawyer and let him know her plan. But it’s pretty obvious what she’s up to to everyone except Anthony. Give a narcissist a platform and the sense they may be getting their way and they’ll do exactly what he’s doing
At this point his lawyer can tell him to shut up. By it has gone to far him to stop.
Next time I go to court I’m just gonna cry I guess that works and demand IM NOT GOING TO JAIL!!
“I’m going to unalive myself” but “if I go to jail they are going to unalive me”… what a piece of work!!
Have you read Shakespeare? There's at least two suicides committed partially to avoid capture (Cleopatra and Cassius). I think the Bard understood that control over one's life, even if you're harming yourself, is better than being at the whims of others. I will agree that Shakespeare is also, in fact, a piece of work.
They actually does make sense It’s about control.
Hadn't thought about it that way😂😂
The entitlement and lack of accountability is on another level. He’s acting like a 4 year old when they don’t get their way. The judge literally gave him the opportunity to not have to do any jail time by following the bond conditions but he was unable to follow the rules, not once but twice so therefore there are consequences.
Wait .... it's going to get worse.
He also says he has violated his probation several times before as well. He sounds like a 4 year old throwing a fit.
I saw a three year old earlier who took much more accountability.
@@TattedSheWolfno he’s upset because he had a minor infraction and she’s throwing him in jail
The system is sick I listen to these and they throw the book at people and it’s no even possible to work and go to the court ordered things
I feel really sad for him
Uh oh I’m gonna eat a bug and die
I’m guessing that probation his lawyer mentioned he was getting sentenced to is off the table now.
I hope his soon to be ex-wife uses this court hearing as evidence in their soon to be custody battle. He should NEVER have a child in his care. Ever.
Oh.. great point! His instability should remove him from unsupervised visits.
Well said!
EXACTLY!
No wonder Americans are called the most heartless people ever. Most likely, none of you have any psychological training, but everyone knows immediately that he is playing it all. I don't normally wish anything bad on anyone, but every single one of you should be going through a depression. I had a case like this in my family. He has not been drinking or using drugs, nor has he been arrested by the police. He lost his beloved job, which plunged him into such a terrible depression that he ended up hanging himself.
@@SciDOCMBC That is EXACTLY why he should not be the sole caretaker of that child, and should have supervised visits at a minimum. If you are so willing to take your own life, placing an innocent child in your care is immensely endangering for them. He is continuously saying he cannot control himself, that he will not be able to control his future actions, that he is intending to die in order to avoid prison, etc. WHY would you EVER let him then be alone with a child?
I think this hearing should have been called "Arrested In His Feelings"
I had an acquaintance threaten suicide. I didn't know her well, and I was not going to get roped in to rescuing her, so I called her parents and told them. She was not happy with me, but I was not going to be her on-call savior or feel responsible for anything. I can totally understand Judge DiSanto's actions here.
"The love of my life died" while whining that his pregnant wife tossed him out. What a piece of crap
I love how the lawyer said literally NOTHING 😂😂😂😂😂😂
I believe the lawyer knew they were tracking him down to go and get him. He definitely has issues and needs more than jail time to fix it. He is headed to jail
@@jodeming5088Yea I was thinking about that. Could they track down his phone though?
@@lynnvh5445probably ip address
@@lynnvh5445They either tracked him down using his IP address or started visiting hotels one by one.
I think it’s fair to say everyone would say they can’t go to jail 😂
14:49 This guy has more excuses then a toddler that took a cookie he shouldn’t have.
His attorney did an excellent job on his behalf and his worthless client took a s**t all over him. I am a defense attorney and this type of client is relatively rare.
I love that the defense attorney is basically like “Weeeellllpppppp can’t put out this dumpster fire. Might as well research the other cases on my Docket.”
Bro’s so done
This is why sometimes it's better to have real court instead of zoom court.
Imagine being this scared of 10 days in jail when you already have a criminal record.
I thought the same thing. He spouts what a great person he is. Yet, he tells the judge about his past legal incarcerations, his new girlfriend who overdosed next to him, and his violations on parole.
He legit sounds scared. He agreed to go to a mental institution.
Edit: I made the comment before watching the whole video. I actually don't know what the guy is doing. He might be just too out-of-it.
I’d be TERRIFIED of 10 days in jail. That said, I don’t have a criminal record. Still, that’s scary AF to me.
@@samantham8696people aren’t usually like that over weed. Heroin? Pills? Benzos? Even a serious alcohol addiction, sure. They’re terrified of withdrawals because they’re so awful. I wouldn’t wish them on my worst enemy, truly. ( I’ve been clean 15 years but went through opiate withdrawals and truly thought I was dying. No exaggeration). But unless he’s doing one of those drugs, I don’t see him only being scared bc he’s not going to have drugs. Jail is scary to most people. That’s the point.
@@wowyathink5982 I sure wouldn't want to be in Wayne County jail, either.
I can't believe the number of people who just refuse to follow court orders and believe they have this right.
I think sometimes the court orders aren’t easy to follow. Luckily I do not know because I act correctly but I watch these. He’s absolutely bipolar. He shouldn’t be in jail.
"they won't be laughing after i ❌ myself"
🤣🤣🤣 You're so wrong
This guy is too contradictory in his statements about what a good person he is. I have no empathy for men like this. I’ve never been involved with the law beyond speeding tickets. I have had plenty of tough times in my life. Family and friends deaths, severe medical problems, separation after 32 years, and others. I still held my head high in front of my children, friends, and family. I’ve been on the clock for over two years after my latest diagnosis. I refuse to let this affect my family and children.✌️
Keep that chin up!
😔
Not one person handles trauma or grief the same as others. Everyone is different. If there’s mental health issues there and then trauma or grief it is often fuel to the fire. He is very twisted confused and i believe pretty honest though manipulative. Jail for people w mental illness depending on there issues can be suicidal. It’s happened many times. The weak get taken advantage of our beaten. His charge was so minor im surprised it’s went this far tbh. He 100% needs mental health treatment. That i agreed w. He needs to learn coping skills and rational logical thinking.
I’m sorry for what you’ve had to go through, staying strong through it. Sadly not everyone can and we should empathize w them bc they need help. Ive struggled through tragic loss and addiction. We all handle it differently. Stay strong and keep pushing through💪
@Tread1775 I always admire people who can withstand the storms of life with strength and Grace. Life can be really difficult. Sometimes I surprise myself with how strong I can be but other times I feel like a total mess LOL.

The looks on the faces of all the other people there waiting for court is hilarious
I feel sorry for the other people on this stream who are just trying to get their case over with.
I’m thinking wow my case should be a piece of case after this guy, lol
If they get to listen... this is a lesson of How Not to Act, and Consequences of Your Actions lol
I dont. They get to get out of the boring nature of jail and watch some entertainment for an hour or 2 before going back to the cell block and telling everyone what happened
I'm trying to figure out how they are able to keep a straight face through this whole thing.
For lol kinda hard to describe what its like going to court while in custody lol the same person goes from thinking court is the worst and most boring and least entertaining thing ever, to being the most exiting moment of their life
I will do anything to stay out of jail, except follow the laws
It's amazing that somebody could be so intelligent and so incredibly stupid at the same time.
Lock him up for 90 days. Make him dry out.
I feel bad for the other people waiting for their appearance 😂😂
Hope he never crosses paths with the people that are waiting to be heard by the court. Smh
he's an entire red flag. not yellow anything. excuse away everything, blame everyone else, emotional extremes...he needs a hospital, jail, and people that do not tolerate his juvenile behavior. let him get away and suddenly he's so happy until the next offense.
Mike, can I thank you for the excellent work you have done on the presentation of this case.
You’ve handled it sensitively yet in your own style & supplied all the relevant links so everyone can put the different pieces together.
Awesome work. 😎

I can't even. The longer I listen, the quicker my care turns to I dont care. My headache is growing exponentially. He is using his mental health as a weapon. I'm truly disgusted.
Right and let’s also mention how this guy frames as though he was being noble to the deceased girlfriend by giving her money, even though that is likely how she was purchasing drugs. In other words he was enabling her - of course her family feels some kind of way.
He is so self absorbed that he doesn’t realize what she’s doing. And he believes he is so smart that they couldn’t find him.
He’s the true definition of a narcissist
@@nekkwiill218yep. I hope HG TUDOR covers him.
I disagree. I think he’s mentally ill. Reading comments here and the reaction to the life streak makes me think no one gets that he only screwed up by drinking and he’s going to be behind bars for 7 days. She doesn’t care that he’s suicidal. I could see him doing it during this stream.
I’m not even a judge and I want to put him in jail.
