I love Trickett's story. I was diagnosed 1 year ago. I love how the story is told, short and moving. I presented it to our ALSA Chapter and hope to get something like this for our pALS. I appreciate the honesty get inspired every time I think about your story.
@Ric Rovey Sorry that you lost your mama :( Excuse me, but how can you SAY it can BE CURED by STOP going 2 see a Doctor!?!?! Like you'r blaming a Dr for a genetic illness, are you serious!? ALS have been here in OVER 70 year, it is BECUSE of some typ of plack in the brain, that ALS develope. Big problem is that it give SYMPTOM 2 lait. Can be in a body latent 4 more than ten years!

Trickett's story is so sad and inspiring. She was a beautiful person inside and out. I know someone else who got ALS on his trip. What city was it that Trickett noticed her first symptoms? I'm wondering if their are environmental triggers that we can be aware of and protect our families from. This is a long shot, but you never know for sure.

No, being single protects you from all illnesses including ALS. Remember to not date anyone or you'll end up with diabetes, cancer or in the worst case ALS. Go out and enjoy your immortality as a single person.

These deceses are caused by Oral sex defilement for some people, but would they admit it. Avoid oral sex if u wana avoid certain type of health curses.

There isnt ALS only lyme disease and co infection...please check it
