I can tell almost immediately if they are going to be problem.. drop em and move on.. its simply not worth the headache and you'll run your business into the ground catering to the 10% when the 90% love your services. Don't cater to the 10%!

Because I don't do it all the time, but I do it frequently with the customer that irritates me.I just speak to me in a professional way.Tell him Hey, I think you need to find Somebody Else.That fits your knees according to your property
Oh I’ll definitely be kind, but it’s an easy yard and in a new subdivision so potential for new clients down the road, I kinda wanna raise the price and she what happens. If I loose her it’s okay.
The only people I’ve had complain so far are the one-time mows that reach out to me on FB. I just don’t respond half the time because I know they wouldn’t make good clients anyway.

Oh that’s tough, if I talk to you guys maybe 5-10mins maybe more but if it’s just mowing maybe 1-3mins
