    Like the set up. The only thing I would miss is being able to bring my mowers on the trailer when I do a clean up. I run an F250 8' bed with a leaf box and an 18hp mounted to the front of an open trailer. It allows me to bring my mowers - 52 Wright X and 48 Wright B with me on clean up jobs instead of coming back with my leaf setup. I have also thought of a dump trailer but way too expensive to sit most of summer and I still lose the ability to bring mowers with me for clean ups. Keep up with the videos - there are a lot of us out here in the same position trying to figure out what's the most efficient setups while staying within the budget. Great Job!

    Like the content. I know there's a bit of a price to a dump trailer but the time and hassle of manually unloading leaves it's worth it. Done that for 2 seasons and was frustrated to hell. You will find ways to use a dump, after we got our first a yr later we bought a second. Use them both all the time; mulch, rock, shrubs, trees, leaves and even rent it for trash dumping. Look at SLE equipment 8n Nashville great prices on trailers. Live in Mo and have bought from. Best of luck. Keep marching!

    Our three man operation has a 9010, br800, and a ebz8560. Running 3020s for string trimmers, also gas hogs. Going big is all we know lol. I don't mind doing a bunch of reps with heavier equipment, keeps me from having to go to the gym... Also I think having one-size-fits-all equipment is worth the extra gas. We don't bag either, so blowing multiple lawns with anything less than the max cfm gets old really fast. Not all of our lawns need clippings blown, but the ones that do need something that can reach multiple passes over because they're mega growers or large corner lots. Gotta be careful with the big blowers though, really easy to blow an edge out if the soil is sandy or grubs got to it. Those have been a big problem this year.

    Man, I watch all your videos. I love your content and thank you for making that video. On the yard buddy and everything I’m still a little confused like if a customer calls you how do you put that in yard buddy and how do you the payments is what I’m worried about. lol I know you said cash and you can do debit cards but and also at the end of the year, how do you know if you’re still gonna have the same clients next year or do you know? I like I said I am starting a lawn care business hopefully this next mowing season and we have a lot of real estate companies that own real estate and everybody makes bids. Also, I was gonna ask you. How do I know what other peoples bids would be I know some of them got outbid by, 5 bucks these real estate companies like hundreds of properties so if you got a contract with one of them that would be plenty also, we have a lot of lawn companies in this area. I don’t know if that will be a bad thing or a good thing.

    • @briandewolfe22
      @briandewolfe22 15 дней назад

      Okay first thank you lol and with lawn buddy it’s super easy when you you and the new client have agreed to you working for them I just ask them to send me a text with there full name, address, phone number and I ask how they want to pay, if they want to pay card just let them know they will be able to do so when you send the invoice (lawn buddy can be set up to auto invoice) also I send out text or email reminders in April to all my previous clients letting them know I’m still doing lawn care and would love to keep them as a client and then let them know any changes you might have like price or maybe the day you will mow. Also when it comes to pricing lawns you yourself need to find out how much money you need to be successful, for instance I’m charging 80$ish an hour but someone that might have all there equipment paid off may be able to charge less, but you should never lower your price just to get a client, I promise you it takes time to get clients but you will be happy you stayed at your price and that will keep you from failing in the future. Also it sucks that the area is saturated with other lawn care ppl but do the best work you can and try to offer what others can’t and beg clients for google reviews that helps soooooo much.
