Could’ve been a genetic thing because it did take some time before jack-jack got his powers. So when violet got hers her hair turned darker so the original color isn’t dark. This is just a thought I had though and it’s probably not right.
The theory that Edna made Syndrome's suit doesn't hold water. In a short follow-up cartoon Edna criticizes Syndrome's suit design, saying that it was designed by an amateur. It does look like Buddy made the suit himself. Even if Edna wanted to sabotage the suit, she would still have made a better job than this - her artistic sense wouldn't allow her to create a poor design.

A lot of these theories are garbage and can easily be debunked. Boo is named Mary, and has brown eyes. Violet doesn't look like her parents due to her powers, and the whole point of the first movie is bringing a family together. Considering how torn Helen was when she thought Bob was cheating on her I honestly doubt she'd have done the same. Edna's 'let's not talk about the past' isn't that she used to be evil, but it's implied that a lot of her fashion mistakes resulted in the deaths of heroes, like capes- this further implies that Syndrome wasn't in the know as far as connections. Then Syndrome and Mirage- I thought it was obvious that those two had something going on, like they were dating, which is why Mirage felt so betrayed when he put her life on the line. I could go on but I think I've said enough.

If you actually look at a Sky Broadband ad that included Incredible 2, there is a scene when Helen Parr says Dash's full name (Dash is just a nickname related to his powers). Jack-Jack is... actually I don't know at all. Part 2: Of course when you are pregnant, you will have an ultrasound. Maybe during Violet's ultrasound, the Parrs discovered that Violet dissappeared and then reappeared, and then possibly sometimes a "violet" ray comes from Helen's belly. For dash the same, his powers must have shown during an ultrasound. Jack-jack is still a mystery to me. Part 3: You don't have to name your child before they're born. Possibly Dash and Violet shown their powers after they were born and then Bob and Helen named them after their powers AFTER they were born. Jack-jack is still... confusing.

This is just my opinion, I am not looking to offend anyone. :) 6. I don't think Violet and Boo are the same person, as much as I love them both. Here are my points for why I don't believe this theory: Boo's eyes are brown, Violet's eyes are violet/blue; Boo has dark brown hair, Violet has black hair. And while I can see the similarities between Sully and Mr Incredible, but I think that Boo is just overly curious and adventurous, as a lot children are. As for Boo disappearing and reappearing... actually, I am not quite sure on that one. She's pretty energetic and small, and Sully is much bigger and therefore slower than she is. What about the theory that Edna is Syndrome's mother? They are very similar in too many respects - both create amazing technologies that emulate superpowers in their ultra-secret labs, both are obsessed with supers, both are reclusive rich people, both are attracted to power and to fire, both seem to reference Greek mythology (Syndrome calls his project Kronos and Edna has a giant mural with Greek-like figures), Edna displays a lot of super-villain qualities (as mentioned in this video) and Syndrome IS a super-villain, and more. When Bob turns Buddy to the cops he says: "Make sure his MOM knows what he's been doing". Why emphasizing the mother as if it has some kind of importance? In any case, think about it - how likely is it that a small boy could invent and build borderline magic technology all by himself? I don't care how super-genius you are - you still need equipment, money, materials and other resources. But even if you somehow build all that, selling you inventions is another thing altogether, especially selling to foreign governments and terrorist organizations (as Syndrome apparently does). You don't just call them or meet them in a convention, or something. Even if you're a marketing genius as well (and that's a very different kind of genius) at the very least you still need connection in some very high places to pull this off. And Syndrome somehow managed to build a host of magic tech and a huge business empire and became a billionaire, all that in complete secret, while still in his 20's? Give me a break. No amount of super genius can get you there so quickly (if at all). On the other hand, if he had some pretty good head start, if his mother already had a lot of amazing technology and resources and connections... now that's a very different story. And Edna does have all that.
Actually, no, that was the ONLY time he turned Buddy in. He didn't really know Buddy, he barely remembered Buddy (or his name), and he clearly listed all the things he did for Buddy: "I've been nice, I stood for photos, I had every scrap of paper you pushed at me..." There is no reason to believe that he had ever met Buddy's parents. So why was it never mentioned that Edna is Syndrome's mother? Well, to save it for a big reveal in a sequel, of course! By the same token you could ask why wasn't it revealed in "New Hope" that Darth Vader and Leia are Luke's family!
Well when Bob said to take Buddy to his mother the cops could have made it to his house by the time of the wedding... and in the wedding part you will see Edna in the background so maybe instead of Edna being Buddys mother maybe she could just be a different part of Buddys family
She could be anything, but the fact that she's at the wedding while the cops are taking Buddy home neither proves nor disproves anything. Given Mr. Incredible's car speed, he may have reached the church just minutes after handing Buddy over to the cops - they wouldn't have had time even to get Buddy's address, let alone take him there. But even if they did and found that his mother wasn't home (if Edna is the mother, she'd left for the wedding long before that), what could they do? Call her cellphone? We are talking about the 1950's! "No cells!"

And before the prospect of contact lenses is even brought up, we'd have seen them when she turns invisible. (That's the most obvious proof but there are multiple other hints that she doesn't wear lenses as well.)

For one, Violet is far from an attention-seeker so it wouldn't make sense to wear contacts lenses that would make her eyes turn heads. Two, violet is an actual eye color, and a beautiful one at that, but it's exceedingly rare and you're unlikely to ever see it in person. Three, it may be because she has superpowers and perhaps this affects her eye color...? Nothing to back that last one up but it does help her look more in tune with her powers (violet shield) and matches her name because reasons.

Are we sure the house the Parrs move into didn't belong to Edna?! After all, she, too, is a fairly eccrentric and rich person who, due to her many years servicing those with superpowers. would understand the value of hasty entrances and exits, as well as having places for key clandestine meetings. It makes sense to me that she would want two secluded homes. The first home, which we saw in the first film, would be her public fashion HQ and initial contact point for new heroes (or villains; I bet Syndrome isn't the only villain she has sabotaged over the years). The second, the new Parr family home, was used by Edna as a more private setting for discussions with super-friends (bet she was a fan of that DC show!) regarding the finer points of their costumes and other aspects of their mutual work. I can imagine her setting aside some money from her clothing profits and pumping it back into other ventures related to her customers' needs, including tech, vehicles, HQs, etc. It just happened that she found clothing to be her best niche.

Part 1: Actually Violet is a popular name and was probably randomly chosen by the parents. If you actually look at a Sky Broadband ad that included Incredible 2, there is a scene when Helen Parr says Dash's full name (Dash is just a nickname related to his powers). Jack-Jack is... actually I don't know at all.
Part 2: Of course when you are pregnant, you will have an ultrasound. Maybe during Violet's ultrasound, the Parrs discovered that Violet dissappeared and then reappeared, and then possibly sometimes a "violet" ray comes from Helen's belly. For dash the same, his powers must have shown during an ultrasound. Jack-jack is still a mystery to me.
Part 3: You don't have to name your child before they're born. Possibly Dash and Violet shown their powers after they were born and then Bob and Helen named them after their powers AFTER they were born. Jack-jack is still... confusing.

6. I don't think Violet and Boo are the same person, as much as I love them both. Here are my points for why I don't believe this theory:
Boo's eyes are brown, Violet's eyes are violet/blue; Boo has dark brown hair, Violet has black hair. And while I can see the similarities between Sully and Mr Incredible, but I think that Boo is just overly curious and adventurous, as a lot children are. As for Boo disappearing and reappearing... actually, I am not quite sure on that one. She's pretty energetic and small, and Sully is much bigger and therefore slower than she is. And as much as I like Violet and Boo, and the idea that could be the same person, I can't say I can believe it. I think Violet is just Violet, and Boo is just Boo.

What about the theory that Edna is Syndrome's mother? They are very similar in too many respects - both create amazing technologies that emulate superpowers in their ultra-secret labs, both are obsessed with supers, both are reclusive rich people, both are attracted to power and to fire, both seem to reference Greek mythology (Syndrome calls his project Kronos and Edna has a giant mural with Greek-like figures), Edna displays a lot of super-villain qualities (as mentioned in this video) and Syndrome IS a super-villain, and more. When Bob turns Buddy to the cops he says: "Make sure his MOM knows what he's been doing". Why emphasizing the mother as if it has some kind of importance?
In any case, think about it - how likely is it that a small boy could invent and build borderline magic technology all by himself? I don't care how super-genius you are - you still need equipment, money, materials and other resources. But even if you somehow build all that, selling you inventions is another thing altogether, especially selling to foreign governments and terrorist organizations (as Syndrome apparently does). You don't just call them or meet them in a convention, or something. Even if you're a marketing genius as well (and that's a very different kind of genius) at the very least you still need connection in some very high places to pull this off. And Syndrome somehow managed to build a host of magic tech and a huge business empire and became a billionaire, all that in complete secret, while still in his 20's? Give me a break. No amount of super genius can get you there so quickly (if at all). On the other hand, if he had some pretty good head start, if his mother already had a lot of amazing technology and resources and connections... now that's a very different story. And Edna does have all that.
Actually, no, that was the ONLY time he turned Buddy in. He didn't really know Buddy, he barely remembered Buddy (or his name), and he clearly listed all the things he did for Buddy: "I've been nice, I stood for photos, I had every scrap of paper you pushed at me..." There is no reason to believe that he had ever met Buddy's parents.
So why was it never mentioned that Edna is Syndrome's mother? Well, to save it for a big reveal in a sequel, of course! By the same token you could ask why wasn't it revealed in "New Hope" that Darth Vader and Leia are Luke's family!
Well when Bob said to take Buddy to his mother the cops could have made it to his house by the time of the wedding... and in the wedding part you will see Edna in the background so maybe instead of Edna being Buddys mother maybe she could just be a different part of Buddys family
She could be anything, but the fact that she's at the wedding while the cops are taking Buddy home neither proves nor disproves anything. Given Mr. Incredible's car speed, he may have reached the church just minutes after handing Buddy over to the cops - they wouldn't have had time even to get Buddy's address, let alone take him there. But even if they did and found that his mother wasn't home (if Edna is the mother, she'd left for the wedding long before that), what could they do? Call her cellphone? We are talking about the 1950's! "No cells!"

For one, Violet is far from an attention-seeker so it wouldn't make sense to wear contacts lenses that would make her eyes turn heads. Two, violet is an actual eye color, and a beautiful one at that, but it's exceedingly rare and you're unlikely to ever see it in person. Three, it may be because she has superpowers and perhaps this affects her eye color...? Nothing to back that last one up but it does help her look more in tune with her powers (violet shield) and matches her name because reasons.

After all, she, too, is a fairly eccrentric and rich person who, due to her many years servicing those with superpowers. would understand the value of hasty entrances and exits, as well as having places for key clandestine meetings. It makes sense to me that she would want two secluded homes. The first home, which we saw in the first film, would be her public fashion HQ and initial contact point for new heroes (or villains; I bet Syndrome isn't the only villain she has sabotaged over the years). The second, the new Parr family home, was used by Edna as a more private setting for discussions with super-friends (bet she was a fan of that DC show!) regarding the finer points of their costumes and other aspects of their mutual work. I can imagine her setting aside some money from her clothing profits and pumping it back into other ventures related to her customers' needs, including tech, vehicles, HQs, etc. It just happened that she found clothing to be her best niche.

Mr and Mrs incredible both have actual names so it would make sense for their children to have actual names too and they waited for violet and dash to develop a singular power because supers were illegal and they didn't wait for jack jack because he was born around the time supers became legal. If you're wondering why they would have to wait for the nickname, in the second movie, someone (I forgot who) said that young supers have multiple powers because they're still developing and need to correctly find which power suits them the most

1:59 No one's talking about how inaccurate this part is? Snug being dead I mean I get that's how the deleted storyboard scene works. But it didn't actually even make it into the movie. Besides in the storyboard scene Snug was on the plane and the pilot of it. That's how he dies blown up with the plane. So that means he couldn't have been dead the way the movie has been produced.
