Oh Laura! I love the colors of the flowers in those last two pots! Such a cheery entrance now on that brick path. A whole new level of welcome! Thanks for giving us gardeners who love some brighter flowers a feast for our eyes💐😃🤩😎
I did a color scheme very similar to this last year and LOVED it! The only difference was I included some yellow nemesia that looked beautiful with bright pink geraniums. Kind of making me wish I did a repeat this year!!
The west side garden is looking spectacular!!! That’s always been one of my favorite spots in your garden. All that structure paired with the layering and abundance is such a brilliant balance!! Can’t wait for a proper tour of your property! Have a great day everyone!!
Came here to say this but you said it much better… I couldn’t pay attention to what she was doing or saying because I kept looking over Laura’s shoulder at everything filling in so beautifully!
I can't wait to see the Large trees go in and that spot, the "confused driveway area" will be an amazing new garden bed. I wonder how the debate on the formal garden staying or going is coming about? I vote to keep it, but I think if you backed it , that is to say plant behind it facing the back neighbors, a circular curve of your arborvitae it would make a 'backdrop' for that display and really show it off and it would look Grounded and look on purpose. Then behind that backdrop, curved wall of arborvitae you could have a little path that separates it from all the lovely trees you've just planted and that tree border, there would feel like a 'secret woodland'. I think it'd make what you have work but also had a fun new element to all your amazing new trees. Whatever you do it shall be amazing. I, as I know all of us, just love our mornings with Laura and Garden answer, now to get to my own garden. Always inspired, right after morning Garden answer and tea, to get out and do the day's gardening.
I love seeing the "almost" red pops of vibrant color in your garden. It's not overwhelming but it does add A LOT to that space and I really am enjoying it. I hope Laura does, too. It seems that Aaron is loving it, too! Blessing to you all from a hot (already hitting 100s) and dry Texas panhandle.
Wow I'm not a fan of red but those two pots look really striking with that combo. I know you said pink but they really look red. Here's to stepping out of your comfort zone. I may have to try this combo. It's so pretty.
Wunderschöne ausgewählte Blumen. Gefällt mir sehr .Es freut mich, daß Du so mutig mit der Farbaußwahl Deiner Pflanzen bist. Vielen lieben Dank...Laura. Viele Grüße Anja
Good morning, Laura and Friends 💓 from Windermere, Florida zone 9b USA 🇺🇸 Ii love container gardening with my normal size yard and appreciate your knowledge and creativity 👌 Happy Gardening Everyone 🌿💚🌿
The Uniq. Stone Lemon Pots are planted up beautifully! And the Prince Tuts are gonna love every ounce of water they can get. I have 2 waiting on me to plant tonight. They are one of my many favorites. I love your color & plant choices! Excited to see what keeps up with the Tuts. Dreamed last night that you 4 came to my house; I was beside myself and so happy; we had a nice visit. LOL!
Those containers all look amazing. Sweet potato vines are about my favorite things in containers! Even without flowers. They are so easy! The ones by the walkway ARE so vibrant. I chuckled a little because the geraniums are reading more red than pink on my screen. Surprised me just a bit, but they must be a bright pink in real life. 💚💚💚
Laura I admire you so much for how you alway make hard work look beautifully tranquil, peaceful and classy Thanks for sharing so much of yourself with all of us- i feel blessed to have you in my daily life ✨🤍
The two containers by the brick walkway are just stunning to me. Laura always says that it will be great to watch the progress on these and other things, Hmmmm? This is why a monthly garden walk through was such a good thing. It gave us a chance to see the updates on all of her hard work. Since her garden is so big she could break it up in the months such as "This month" we will tour abound the Heartly Greenhouse and surround area. "Next month" we will tour the South Garden. "Next month" we will tour the driveway pots and the garden beside the barn/greenhouse. As a decades long gardener I know things look so different when they mature and sometimes I find after that growth it may not be the plant for me and I change it up the next year or just remove the plant. So she can be and is our Guinea pig on some of these plants. Love the show as always. Thank you for all the fun and information you give us.
Wow I love the neighbors green lawn behind those containers! And I believe (if my eyes did not deceive me) I saw some red in that golf cart?? But no what WAS I thinking it was hot pink. I know Laura that you find red a bit jarring but I thought those rogue tulips were beautiful (forgive me)🤣. Hugs from N.C..❤️
Laura, I really enjoy the fact you show us new plants all the time -so beautiful. Not to change the subject too much but I really love your neighbor's house with that nice big green lawn -kind of a dream of mine
Post Happy Mother’s Day, Laura and to your precious mom. 💐💐 Looking forward to the progression of growth in the beautiful pots. I always appreciate the content you and Aaron provide to help your subscribers become better knowledgeable in the garden! So enjoyable! Thank you both.
So excited for that strange drive to be gone. Can’t wait to see how you use the space. I love that we are opposite seasons as I’m starting to dial down planting pretties you are filling up your pots which is always inspiring.
Laura, your channel is such a blessing to me. Always brings me so much joy. Thank you! I really prefer this selection of plants over the supertunias and bells which I find too overwhelming and unbalanced. Good wishes to you and your sweet family.💕🌻🌸🌾🌱
That corner is filling up beautifully! When you moved the original containers for the cone shaped evergreen (?), I agreed with Aaron that it seemed heavy on hardscape, but now, the containers are perfect there! I watched an older video when you first moved in and the changes since then are remarkable 👏. The only thing I miss is the arch pathway. Probably time consuming, but a video of the areas before and now would be amazing!
I was shocked at the beauty of GREEN in this formal walkway. I do love the color provided by the pots but never appreciated green as much as the cooling look of that gorgeous corner of green. I LOVE this area!
it's nice to see all the colour and lush green in your flower beds and containers already ....I'm from Ontario Canada , and we can't plant for at least another couple of weeks...can't wait to see flowers and veggies growing
I love these containers. I don't know if it's just the addition of red. I do know each plant is easy to see. Each shape is defined and nothing is lost in the mix. Nice combination Laura.
Ohhhhh more garden space is being made, how exciting is that!!!! I have a small suggestion with your biotone. Get a old watering can and take the spout off and pour some biotone in it and then your can pour it around pots when your planting around the pots.
Wow, what a detailed walkthrough of your container planting process! It's fascinating to see the thought and care that goes into selecting each plant and arranging them for maximum visual impact. I especially appreciate how you're experimenting with new varieties while also giving familiar favorites a second chance in a different setting. The use of drip irrigation is a smart move for efficient watering, and your tips on adjusting the emitter holes for optimal coverage are helpful for fellow gardeners. Can't wait to see how these vibrant arrangements evolve over the season!
i'm exciting to your garden this season, and we definitely need spring garden full tour. I just want to see your garden growth. Love your work Laura, thanks for sharing.
Wow it's definitely really happening! We get warm kind of teaser days then it's cold again and heat is back on - I've been mowing for about a month and perennials have been waking up, but it seems so slow- I am working on getting it all ready, watching you is a sunray of hope! Im loving your super big projects!!👏👍
I've been watching all your old videos lol. I love everything you film, so helpful. I can't wait for new spring videos and how you plant new hanging baskets and containers. I just have to say I'm soooo jealous of that luscious green grass behind you lol
I love what you and Aaron are doing with your property as well as all you do for the community you live in. I watch everything you post on RUclips. You provide a peaceful and beautiful way to start the day. Because of you.....lol, I have become addicted to other RUclips channels and horticultural and landscape architecture documentaries. One I found is about Beatrix Farrand American Landscapes. Amazing woman! If you haven't already seen it, I really think you and your followers would enjoy it. Thank you for all you do. Bless you both, your families and those who are on this journey with you.
Excited to see what you do with that part of the driveway and especially the new tree coming! The planters by the walkway look really pretty. I too like the bright pop of color! It's always fun to see what plants you puck to group together!
Yay!! A BIG hole means a BIG tree!! I’m so excited to see what kind!! It’s good to see you use plants other than petunias…I get tired of petunias, and love to give other plants a time to shine! I made a vow not to have one petunia in my yard/containers this year, so far, so good! That “safari dawn” is definitely going on my plant wish list!! Those pink geraniums came across as red on my device, and I thought, “surely Laura is not planting red!!” Your color combos are perfect!
I am still in love with pink supertunias in all shades. For me they are carefree til August when they need trimming back. The pale lilac theme on the lane needs a spark added somewhere. I want excitement!!!!
These containers are lovely Laura. I’ve never been a big fan of petunias, although I admit they do make an impact, but I have to say it is a refreshing change to see you planting up pots without the supertunias. I do love the phlox, and am excited to see that corner garden develop. Thank you so much for taking us along on the journey!
I'm really excited to see the driveway planted with flowers that aren't supertunias. I love supertunias but it's nice to get inspo for other plants. :D
Wow, that whole formal area along the drive is really coming into its own! You really had the vision for a beautiful space. I also love the bright pink geraniums in that area, very striking.
Thank goodness! Perhaps we can put this Vista Bubblegum frenzy to rest! I am so glad you have been introducing other possibilities for annuals. The sections you made for boxwood planters is very elegant and is keeping with the formal style of your gardens. I have always loved geraniums. I must give the PW ones a try.
Longtime subscriber here. Love your videos. A suggestion: When you tell us about a plant that you grew for the first time the year before, perhaps include a picture of it in your garden/landscape/containers. You sometimes put up pictures from the growers website (I'm guessing) ... and that's great. But it would be nice to see how they looked on your property. Just a thought...
I love getting up and watching you first thing in the morning. It is so peaceful and a great way to start my day. The planters look so beautiful such a great pop of color. You are a ray of sunshine ☀️ Have a great day😀
"Yay... drapey" 🤣 Love it! My superbenas made it all the way through winter-left them as a winter cover crop thinking they would die, but they're still going. Impressive! I love the color of the ones you used!
Thank you so much, Laura! I just told my husband that I’ve learned so much from you in regard to flowers/shrubs/trees etc etc!! You are a jewel!! God bless and keep you!❤️
Good evening from Australia 🇦🇺 Loved watching you plant the pots up for the season. Waiting with bated breath to see them all fill in. 🌱🏜🌺👍 I just got my hands on some potatoe vines, can’t wait to see how they go in my planters.
These are going to be stunning! I just love everything you do! Sometimes, I get a little discouraged when I work in my own garden spaces. I have spent a small fortune and many, many hours trying to "make it look like Laura", but I still lose several plants each season. I deal with extreme heat, sun, and dry, strong winds in the spring and summer, and also below freezing temps in the winter. (Texas South Plains, Zone 7B). I'm learning so much from you and am definitely not giving up! Thanks for making gardening interesting and fun, and for teaching me so many things!!
So lovely to see you using our South African plants. You plant so many beautiful plants from all over the world which we plant too. I just love your channel. You really inspire us all. Love from Durban South Africa.
Your excitement has me actually planting flowers again! Thank you for reminding us of the years and years of research and development that goes into these beautiful flowers! It helps soften the blow to my pocketbook 😉, so much we don't consider. Getting my pots plated today! Thanks Laura & crew!🌺
Love the bright colors! Hope the urns will have some brightness, too. I like soft colors, too, but for some reason this year I'm wanting more brightness. LOL! I love your videos. THANK YOU!
Ur gardens just feed my soul!!! I can never really decide what kind if garden I want. Watching ur videos gives me a little bit of everything! I just LOVE IT! Thank u, You have inspired me, motivated me time and time again.
If the boxwood doesn’t make it will you replace it in the pot? Or pull out the others to use in the landscape and use something else as the centerpiece in those pots? Loved the transformation! Absolutely gorgeous and summery
Thanks for telling us about the James Britannia! A yellow version caught my eye at the Garden Center, and OH MY! It is perfect for the container I am working on.
Good morning fellow garden answer addicts 😜🌷🌷🌹🏵️🏵️🌼🌸
Good morning!
Good morning from 🇨🇦
Good morning! ❤️❤️❤️
Goooood morning!😘👍🌻🌳🌼
Fun to see unused driveway coming out to accommodate more garden space. Excited to see what you do with the space.
My day is NOT complete without my daily dose of “ Hi guys, how’s it going!?!”…. 😉😊
Oh Laura! I love the colors of the flowers in those last two pots! Such a cheery entrance now on that brick path. A whole new level of welcome! Thanks for giving us gardeners who love some brighter flowers a feast for our eyes💐😃🤩😎
Wouldn't it be great to repeat those geraniums in the urns?? Love that big pop of color!!
Mine also! I’m super stoked to see the new huge tree 🌲 Laura plants in the corner of the driveway there next to the west side garden containers 🤙✨🤍
Came here to say this but you said it much better… I couldn’t pay attention to what she was doing or saying because I kept looking over Laura’s shoulder at everything filling in so beautifully!

I hope everyone has a amazing day today!!! And an amazing growing season!!!! 🌱🌷🌞
You too!!
You too. Lots of love from Trinidad.
Galveston, Texas loves coffee with Laura!!💚
She called it "hot pink." From where I sit it's RED and I love it!! ❤️
Hello from South Africa 🇿🇦
You ate my favorite garden channel 😍
Wow I'm not a fan of red but those two pots look really striking with that combo. I know you said pink but they really look red. Here's to stepping out of your comfort zone. I may have to try this combo. It's so pretty.
I'm loving how the west side is growing in and establishing. Cannot wait to see the urns planted. I am eager to see what you pick to fill them.
Good morning! 🌻🐝

I so enjoyed this formal garden. I think we need a slow drown footage over all that beautiful layering of plants & the trees. Pretty please!

Oh! I love red and purples together!
Good morning, fun to see planting of different varieties in the pots. Change is good.
It’s reminding me of the Huntington Library Gardens in California. So much variety. Keep up the creativity and experimentation. It’s paying off.
I love these containers. I don't know if it's just the addition of red. I do know each plant is easy to see. Each shape is defined and nothing is lost in the mix. Nice combination Laura.

So gorgeous, Laura! It always amazes me just how much your garden grows every year! Those containers really finish off that entrance.💗💗💗💗💗💗💗
What a pleasure to have such a huge land for gardening! I would be so happy
Doing my containers today, so this video is perfect timing! I picked up 2 baby tuts yesterday and hope they will be happy in my fountain planters.
Hello 👋dear, how are you doing?
Nice driveway update and the flower pots are GORGEOUS, as always. Thanks so much. xo

Good Morning! 😊🌞🌷 I am also changing the plants I plant in my containers! Must be the year for change! Those containers are gorgeous!! 🥰🌸💚💜🤍🌿
Excellent choices as always, Laura. Containers look great already. They’re going to be spectacular!
Beautiful Laura!!!! Glad that you used something red in the pots! Yay!!!! The purple and red just pop! Love it!!! 🤗
Lovely colors!! I adore all the lavender-colored plants especially!!!! Exciting to see the *awkward* corner get turned into a flower bed! ☀️💕
Those last two pots are GORGEOUS! It speaks to my style for sure. So lovely. I always enjoy getting pot inspiration from you Laura!
That's going to be a fun spectacular display of colour!!! Love the bright pink... almost red pops!!!
Love the west garden so much and love that you are starting to add more plants to the area. The way you layer your gardens is so gorgeous.
Love the two pots, so different and more etherial. Lovely…👍🏼
Laura that hot pink geranium is looking pretty red!!! 😉❤️🌷
This is a very busy time for me in my property. Love spring!
Oh my gosh, do I love all these combinations. The Prince tut with the geraniums are gorgeous.
Love love love the planters in the side garden! Thank you for the inspo!
I'm really excited to see the driveway planted with flowers that aren't supertunias. I love supertunias but it's nice to get inspo for other plants. :D
Love the combination of plants you used!
Gorgeous containers! I'm in love with that bright purple superbena and the geraniums!!
04:55 Really very very Hardworking. Thank you for bringing these nice videos.
Good morning from Delaware, another large area that Laura get’s to design with beautiful color.
YES.
I love the 2 pots with the prince tut!!!
Beautiful containers looking forward to updates. Can't wait for the big tree planting video. Have a great day everyone
Those containers by Unique Stone are so pretty and your choice of plants for them looks amazing.
Really amazes me that something so simple can be so beautiful. Thank you. Makes me want grow every hot pink flower under the sun
Thank you so much, Laura! I just told my husband that I’ve learned so much from you in regard to flowers/shrubs/trees etc etc!! You are a jewel!! God bless and keep you!❤️
Good evening from Australia 🇦🇺
Loved watching you plant the pots up for the season.
Waiting with bated breath to see them all fill in. 🌱🏜🌺👍
I just got my hands on some potatoe vines, can’t wait to see how they go in my planters.
I love the color combination this year! The brights and “hot” are going to be amazing!
So lovely to see you using our South African plants. You plant so many beautiful plants from all over the world which we plant too. I just love your channel. You really inspire us all. Love from Durban South Africa.
Love the colours Laura used, Great ideas for planting up a drive way with pots
Your excitement has me actually planting flowers again! Thank you for reminding us of the years and years of research and development that goes into these beautiful flowers! It helps soften the blow to my pocketbook 😉, so much we don't consider. Getting my pots plated today! Thanks Laura & crew!🌺
Spectacular combination in last 2 pots!
Love the bright colors! Hope the urns will have some brightness, too. I like soft colors, too, but for some reason this year I'm wanting more brightness. LOL! I love your videos. THANK YOU!
I just love the music you always add. It’s so soothing and refreshing. Of course love Laura and all you do. It always makes my day.
Ur gardens just feed my soul!!! I can never really decide what kind if garden I want. Watching ur videos gives me a little bit of everything! I just LOVE IT! Thank u, You have inspired me, motivated me time and time again.
Good morning, Laura ☕️ Fingers crossed 🤞🏻 for the boxwood 😬. Those containers look amazing 🤩 already. Have a Blessed Day 😊🐈
I love seeing all the patches of new growth in the background on the west side! 😍
If the boxwood doesn’t make it will you replace it in the pot? Or pull out the others to use in the landscape and use something else as the centerpiece in those pots?
Loved the transformation! Absolutely gorgeous and summery
Morning! What a beautiful day for gardening🤗
Really like the bright combo in the West garden.
Thanks for telling us about the James Britannia! A yellow version caught my eye at the Garden Center, and OH MY! It is perfect for the container I am working on.
those giant concrete pots just don't get 'old'. they make a real statement!!!
Good morning! Such beautiful plants.
Love the container garden ,so beautiful 🌹🌺
