Hey, I'm the author of Dragon's Teeth Prison - A Dungeon Mod, just wanted to thank you for showcasing the mod, I really appreciate it! I hope you all like it
18:02 Heavily-modded Skyrim is a moving high-quality painting. I could just walk around in it and go "ooooh" at everything. I get a lot of crossbow bolts to the head that way, honestly.
Nice!! Those were some awesome examples for NPCs Take Cover! Very very nice job. And of course thank you for including the mod!! I must admit that I always discover a hidden gem or two with every video you release... and thats coming from someone who checks Nexus daily. These videos are a true service to the community ❤
Every time I watch one of your videos I end up finding numerous mods I NEED to download. Most would think this a good thing but I have over 2000 currently and have been working on getting that stable for over a month now. Thanks a lot Bards! 😂
Was playing Dragons Dogma and got on a real-time ox cart ride. My first thought waa "Oh, neat. They put the Touring/Animated carriages mod in DD2." Skyrim modding has broken my brain.
I am planning to add more than 40 of Jayserpa's mod in my next modlist... I spoke with the man itself about implementation quality.... and it's top notch inside as well. He is also very nice and helpful. Simply the GOAT!
Congratulations to you and your editing team, this show case looks like a cinematic epic! I gather on the Nexus Schlitzohr's made quite a few new settlement mods and Skyking's done two may be worth you looking at them for a future showcase?
Lmao I'm flattered you think I have an editing team! xD Thank you so much! I'll definitely get into these new settlements and create a video about them- been eyeing them for a while! Thanks for the suggestion :)
12:50 that soul cairn sound design is just perfect. Hope that more sound related stuff gets released, it is criminally underrated part of skyrim moddding

I have to say this is one of the best Skyrim mod reviews that I have seen, the quality and details put into the videos are great, keep up the good work!
These all look amazing, I'm particularly impressed with the carriages and the ships. Maybe if this mod is properly integrated with some of the other mods to make for populating the roads, Skyrim's roads could actually feel really alive!

Another great showcase! I am installing the ivy mod right now! I am just getting back to skyrim after finishing CP77, so your videos have been helpful:)
Combine that flailing mod with stalwart crusader mod (which also has a flail weapon) and you'll get flailing physics work on both hands at once. Nice video as always!
How do you keep finding mods that I must have? There are too many to count, all in categories I'm looking for. I always love quest and player home mods --the mushroom home looks incredible! This didn't even feel like a 21 minute video. Your pacing is so well done. I just want to keep watching and downloading everything you showcase, lol. What a great variety you gave us this week! Thank you for putting such effort into your videos!
Great showcase! You picked some very good mods to spotlight. Also, your game looks AMAZING. If I had a better PC, I'd ask for your modlist and try to emulate it.
I like visiting your channel - your videos are cozy and calming. And nice visuals as well. Are you using the most recent version of Cabbage ENB or an older one?
Thank you so much - cozy and calming is definitely the vibe I'm aiming at! I installed Cabbage back in October I think and haven't updated it since, so probably whatever version that is. Hope this helps xD
Your game is gorgeous, as your mod reviews, of course :) I'd love to see an immersion driven Requiem playthrough from you. I bet I'd spend hours watching it. Great as always :)
Okay, Flailing Around, that would work perfectly with the Thane Weapons Reborn. Changing the Mace of Dawnstar to the Flail of Dawnstar. That would be so freaking awesome! Also, the fact that you and I had the same thought when you said "lurking over sleeping people" was too good. Of course, I didn't say anything. I just suddenly jerked my head from playing Skyrim on my TV to staring at my laptop screen. LOL As for Fungelheim... I'm getting serious Smurf vibes from it.
Great video as always! I was wondering, and perhaps you've already featured these, but There are some very nice looking smaller quest mods by a user named Nimwraith, and the mod "Grief" that adds a short quest to the soul cairn is now part of a larger set of things to do there. I would really love to see a video about smaller, less covered quest mods, I love mods like that.

Accidentally stumbled upon your video. Great work, please keep up with those terrific video! The youtube algo is working their magic and your channel should be growing big in the near future
Hello and greetings from Sweden. For me It was animated Carriage and High quality Ivy. Thanks for a top quality video as usual, you are amazing at these videos :-) Unfortunately my own modlist broke, I had 870 mods :-( Many of them thanks to youre channel. I have my list saved, so I will fix It someday. So In the meanwhile I run with Nolvus 2.5.2 as a base and just added some of my fav. mods.
If you combo 'npcs take cover' with ,npcs scared of shooting', you get some very cool and believable behaviour re. How you would expect someone to react when threatened by a bow. If you're looking at sound mods, I would also recommend checking out Pentapox's sound mods. They are excelent quality. They are also quite subtle but wow do they have a huge impact.
Thank you so much! I might - but at the moment it's not on the imminent horizon. But I'll keep it in mind that there are people who'd like to watch that!
Lol. I never thought I would hear someone say a cuss word in such a nonchalant way before. Thank you for the video. You have given me more mods to add to my never ending load order. By the way, are you going to upload any more book readings into your sleepy bard channel? Also, sorry for my internal masculinity showing but, the way you said the cuss word was cute
Hahaha! I try to use them sparingly, so they're fun to say sometimes xD and yes I will, I'm looking forward on working a lot on that channel this year - stay tuned
Ohhh I love dialogue expansions! Nabbing that right up. Love the sound of JK's dawnguard, too. Have you seen the thieves guild expansion mod? I'm super excited to try it!
The greywatch is really cool, I love the aesthetics, looks like mini castle. it does look bit off in the plains thought 😆 The foundation propping it higher does look bit silly, Maybe some more rocks around it or just different spot would be better 🤔
Hey, I’m new to your channel, but your videos are amazing! I do have one question though - what armor mod do you use in your character in your thumbnails?
nightmares is so creepy!!! like my modlist xD. if you like boats try Ship Charlotte AE from Kagura Den it's a beauty! cheers my little bard! nice content as always!
Hello, there! How have you been? 02:47 - 03:45 Animated Ships? Check (x). Animated carriages + Add on? Got them, too! I have to take a look! 05:27 - I had been investing in Follower / NPC / Dialogue Mods for a while! In a previous video I mentioned several New Locations that I had already installed, right? Well...as long as the files are tagged as ESL and I'm not gonna get crazy about patching, I will keep pushing a little bit! 11:00 - I had installed these new sound mods a few days ago! The Dungeons and Soul Cairn can become much more creepy! 🥶 Oh! I was just thinking, here: 🔵 Sea of Spirits (some fellow users are pointing out that this mod is rather outdated, it needs a graphic overhaul, new mecanics etc but I keep it activated now and then) 🔵 Whale Bones on Coasts 🔵 Snow Whales and Flying Rays (Mihail's) 🔵 Depths of Skyrim 🔵 Underwater treasure + Whales Off Coast. I mean, water, environment, creature overhauls + sounds. I think I saw something (related to Sea of Spirits, probably) that made my blood run cold when I was diving but that's ok! 04:35 Nightmares? For now I think gonna pass. That was freaking me out! 😅 Have a wonderful Monday!
Hi Karatejin, hope you've been good! :) Now that's a great list for the sea locations, Whale Bones on Coasts is a must-have! And yeah I can see your point with the Nightmares, they were creepy for sure XD and you too!
Once again modders put the actual game developers to shame in quality and execution. I was actually expecting to see the carriage start tipping and flailing around.. but it didn't!
Well what's a few more mods in my modlist haha On another note, I love the NPC robes at 17:45, is it anniversary edition stuff or are they a part of a mod?
As I saw that Dragon fly over the horse and carriage, I had a flashback to the first combat mod and imagined the dragon latching onto the opposite wall of some tower as you aim your bow at it and it just peeks it's head round like "C'mon man, really!?" Also I find the fact that the Orc shouted "Ysgramor would be ashamed" as he ran away to hide. I would have thought the Orcs of all people would have just done his best to jump at you and grab your ankles to drag you back down Thoughts aside, this mod sounds like it was designed to counter Stealth Archers. Can't get the sneak and archery up if they see your early game sneaking and run from you after all. It'll certainly be way more challenging to get shots off but thankfully I'm accustomed to Halo games level of sniping where you have to hit that headshot from across the map at a split seconds notice. So leading a shot with a bow isn't much The animated boat and carriage travelling sounds amazing. I'd so download this if I had the option The Windhelm dialogue expansion is one I will be getting. As a Stormcloak myself I have great interest in seeing what happens and hopefully I might be able to sway a few things for the better in a few more mods time Leave it to JK to absolutely smash it out of the park with a lore friendly redesign. Isran was rebuilding that fort alone so Wooden roofs make sense. He's a Paranoid Paladin not an architect. The fort looks amazing The hunters camps look amazing. It is great and with the live another life mod you can start as a hunter!! Your dreams can be true!! The sound frame sounds great. The soul Cairn and Apocrypha chill you for all the right reasons but hearing whales in skyrim is something I didn't know I needed Honourable mention for the Ivy mod. Good stuff Ysmir Armour give me an idea to see if there are extra playable races in Skyrim just for fun. Imagine a snow elf got lost or something or an Atmoran who somehow did survive the permafrost came to skyrim to show his/her Nord cousins how it's done For some reason the Fungleheim house seems like it'd smell like Telvanni with their giant mushroom houses. I'd go to sleep in it and hear Neloth complaining in my mind about how I am sleeping instead of being a test subject. Classic Neloth It was great to hear from you again!! Always click your videos first when I see them on my home screen. As always this was a quality, well made video and I love it not to mention this is my number 1 source for new mods. See you next week!!
Thank you for the correction, seems like there has been an editing mistake. I hate when it happens :( I'll add the correction to the description later!
@@BardsCollegeGraduate I played that Dragon's Tooth Dungeon, it was really well done. The flail mod caught my eye but I haven't tried it out yet. It does look pretty bad ass indeed. I can't do the anti-cheese mod though, sniping bandits is too much fun, bull scheisse or not hahaha
I have been sucked back into Minecraft recently but I have a good idea for a character build I want to do with that flail mod so I might just come back to Skyrim 😈
Yeah, that's what I'm wondering as well. Previous mods either murdered everything on the carriage's path or had it immediately get stuck if you move a single rock
"Mods of the moment" sounds like "Hang on, Carroll, just a minute - We've got breaking news coming up: Someone just released a mod on the Nexus that makes NPC's duck for cover. We have yet to confirm the author of this mod" But imagine if we had an npc in a rowboat that you could have a conversation with while you're traveling through the sea or rivers.
Hahaha I love that xD And YESSS that would be excellent- the boat is just so slow even though I love the landscape and the immersiveness of it. Company is always welcomed, especially on a slow boat :P
Even though I kinda gave up with Skyrim (made me waaaay too addicted in a very bad way) this video of yours is really cool. I like the ambiance presets, the Ysmir Armor set, the animated boats and travel and the player homes. But those sudden asian style characters well...another mod that turns skyrim a bit into an anime lol...I really like the video this time. Long time that we had such cool mods imo.

11:00 - I had installed these new sound mods a few days ago! The Dungeons and Soul Cairn can become much more creepy! 🥶
Oh! I was just thinking, here:
🔵 Sea of Spirits (some fellow users are pointing out that this mod is rather outdated, it needs a graphic overhaul, new mecanics etc but I keep it activated now and then)
🔵 Whale Bones on Coasts
🔵 Snow Whales and Flying Rays (Mihail's)
🔵 Depths of Skyrim
🔵 Underwater treasure
+ Whales Off Coast.
I mean, water, environment, creature overhauls + sounds.
I think I saw something (related to Sea of Spirits, probably) that made my blood run cold when I was diving but that's ok!
04:35 Nightmares? For now I think gonna pass. That was freaking me out! 😅
Have a wonderful Monday!
Hi Karatejin, hope you've been good! :) Now that's a great list for the sea locations, Whale Bones on Coasts is a must-have! And yeah I can see your point with the Nightmares, they were creepy for sure XD and you too!
Flails were used against shields. The head and chain were effective by wrapping around the shield itself.
I seee! Very insightful :)
Jayserpa is just awesome... Struggling to keep my mod count down and you surprise us with another wonder filled video
Agreed - his mods are the best! And yesss xD one day, one day... 🤫
Wow I totally missed a lot of these. Ivy in Skyrim never looked more immersive!
right, doesn't it look good?! 🤩🤩
It's time to make a new video about Community Shaders, since it received a huge update, and your video about it was one of the best about this mod
I was pondering about that! Maybe I will :) And thank you so much! :D
@@BardsCollegeGraduate
Everytime I watch your videos, I wish I had a good PC and your exact modlist configuration
Aww, maybe you will someday :D
Once again modders put the actual game developers to shame in quality and execution. I was actually expecting to see the carriage start tipping and flailing around.. but it didn't!
It's a miracle!
Well what's a few more mods in my modlist haha
On another note, I love the NPC robes at 17:45, is it anniversary edition stuff or are they a part of a mod?
I think the robes are from Divine Wardrobe :)
As I saw that Dragon fly over the horse and carriage, I had a flashback to the first combat mod and imagined the dragon latching onto the opposite wall of some tower as you aim your bow at it and it just peeks it's head round like "C'mon man, really!?"
Also I find the fact that the Orc shouted "Ysgramor would be ashamed" as he ran away to hide. I would have thought the Orcs of all people would have just done his best to jump at you and grab your ankles to drag you back down
Thoughts aside, this mod sounds like it was designed to counter Stealth Archers. Can't get the sneak and archery up if they see your early game sneaking and run from you after all. It'll certainly be way more challenging to get shots off but thankfully I'm accustomed to Halo games level of sniping where you have to hit that headshot from across the map at a split seconds notice. So leading a shot with a bow isn't much
The animated boat and carriage travelling sounds amazing. I'd so download this if I had the option
The Windhelm dialogue expansion is one I will be getting. As a Stormcloak myself I have great interest in seeing what happens and hopefully I might be able to sway a few things for the better in a few more mods time
Leave it to JK to absolutely smash it out of the park with a lore friendly redesign. Isran was rebuilding that fort alone so Wooden roofs make sense. He's a Paranoid Paladin not an architect. The fort looks amazing
The hunters camps look amazing. It is great and with the live another life mod you can start as a hunter!! Your dreams can be true!!
The sound frame sounds great. The soul Cairn and Apocrypha chill you for all the right reasons but hearing whales in skyrim is something I didn't know I needed
Honourable mention for the Ivy mod. Good stuff
Ysmir Armour give me an idea to see if there are extra playable races in Skyrim just for fun. Imagine a snow elf got lost or something or an Atmoran who somehow did survive the permafrost came to skyrim to show his/her Nord cousins how it's done
For some reason the Fungleheim house seems like it'd smell like Telvanni with their giant mushroom houses. I'd go to sleep in it and hear Neloth complaining in my mind about how I am sleeping instead of being a test subject. Classic Neloth
It was great to hear from you again!! Always click your videos first when I see them on my home screen. As always this was a quality, well made video and I love it not to mention this is my number 1 source for new mods. See you next week!!
I want a mod that breaks up armor in skyrim the way it is in ESO, seperated between feet, legs, chest, shoulders, and head.
Your videos are about to obliterate my mod list lol
HEHEHEEEEE
Fell in love with your voice so deeply I forgot what I was watching lol.
Hahaha, well thank you!! xD 💚
just a bit of correction, rourken relic are made by Ariesthe_ram/PrincessAries not 4thUnknown
Thank you for the correction, seems like there has been an editing mistake. I hate when it happens :( I'll add the correction to the description later!
@@BardsCollegeGraduate np glad i can help, great video and already become a sub!
@@artikelservice796 Yay, welcome to the band! 💚
Love the furniture, tents and armor sets in this one. Great picks Bards! Here you go: 🐲
💚💚
Awwwww yes! Bard's been busy
And that's a fact! 🙏
@@dont.tread187 yay! I loved Dragon's Teeth. And yeah I can respect that, I'm also a bit of a cheeser xD
By far, the most interesting video of its kind in 2024. Please stop overloading my modlist!!!
I'm flattered - thank you so much! I will definitely not stop doing that >:)
I have been sucked back into Minecraft recently but I have a good idea for a character build I want to do with that flail mod so I might just come back to Skyrim 😈
Ahh Minecraft is the best! But Skyrim is always here to welcome you back 💚
ah yes, I love the new modjs
me too 🤩
Does animated Carriages muder every NPC in its path like previous similar mods?
No, it works perfectly! Or I didn't see any murderin while I played, someone let me know if I'm wrong xD
Yeah, that's what I'm wondering as well. Previous mods either murdered everything on the carriage's path or had it immediately get stuck if you move a single rock
Hey, loved the vid! Question; what mod(s) do you use to make Solitude docks more alive?
Thank you! It's JK's Solitude Outskirts!
"Mods of the moment" sounds like "Hang on, Carroll, just a minute - We've got breaking news coming up: Someone just released a mod on the Nexus that makes NPC's duck for cover. We have yet to confirm the author of this mod"
But imagine if we had an npc in a rowboat that you could have a conversation with while you're traveling through the sea or rivers.
Hahaha I love that xD
And YESSS that would be excellent- the boat is just so slow even though I love the landscape and the immersiveness of it. Company is always welcomed, especially on a slow boat :P
@@BardsCollegeGraduate Or even just conversation with our followers :D
Damn, what ENB do you use? I can't believe I never found your channel before
NVM, I got it !
Welcome to the channel! It's Cabbage 🤩🤩
Recorder is that you

Nooo 😅 just a bard
4thunknown never misses with their armor mods

Even though I kinda gave up with Skyrim (made me waaaay too addicted in a very bad way) this video of yours is really cool. I like the ambiance presets, the Ysmir Armor set, the animated boats and travel and the player homes. But those sudden asian style characters well...another mod that turns skyrim a bit into an anime lol...I really like the video this time. Long time that we had such cool mods imo.
Thank you so much!
You should check out the new relentless sword by Johnskyrim, best looking sword I think I’ve ever seen in Skyrim
I love everything he makes, I'll definitely showcase it too later 🤩🤩
Oh, look! . . . . there's a new Bard College Graduate video!
Quick! Grab the popcorn and a drink and settle in . . . . this is going to be great!!!!!😃😁
Aww yeee
