    one thing that was very helpful was letting us know how to disconnect the electrical connectors without tearing them up or breaking something.

      Well, I put too much pressure on the upper radiator hose trying to move it out of the way when reinstalling the fan module and broke off the upper radiator hose mount. Who knew radiators are plastic these days? So this set me back another $200 and eight hours of work. The whole front end of the MKX needed to be disassembled to access the bolts so I could separate the ac condenser from the radiator. It's all done now and the fans work and the ac is cold so I will call it a success. Thanks for the follow-up!

      Mike R sorry that happened. They make everything out of plastic now days and it’s easy to break something.

    Great video, I do have one question. On the one bolt on the bottom that is just if it has the tow package correct?

      Hi Darwin. It'll be a little hard to explain it without the car in front of me. But the video of the edge fan motor Will get you close. From that point on it's just removing a few more hoses and brackets. Hope this helps. Thank you for watching.

      I was looking for a radiator bit too. I squeezed my hands thru the front to remove the upper left and right bracket (3 bolts) attachment from the condenser to the radiator but now having trouble mounting the brackets back on. Do I go thru the front or the inside bc I was worried about bending the AC coolant lines?

    Need help on finding low cooling relay on 2007 Ford Edge

    • @HowtoAutomotive
      @HowtoAutomotive  8 лет назад

      It's in the engine bay relay and fuse box. I don't know the number offhand but if you look in your owners manual there is a diagram of where the relays and fuses are

    Title is slightly misleading it implies the radiator will be replaced.
