二○二五年農曆新年煙花匯演定於星期四（一月三十日）年初二晚上八時在維多利亞港上空舉行，與市民和訪港旅客共慶新春。
The 2025 Chinese New Year Fireworks Display will light up the sky over Victoria Harbour on Thursday (January 30), the second day of the Chinese New Year, at 8pm to celebrate the festival with members of the public and visitors in Hong Kong.
是次煙花匯演由文化體育及旅遊局統籌，香港上海滙豐銀行有限公司贊助。煙花匯演歷時約二十三分鐘，由三艘躉船發放23 888枚禮花彈。
The event is co-ordinated by the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau, and is sponsored by The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited. A total of 23 888 firing shells will be discharged from three barges in an approximately 23-minute extravaganza.
今年煙花匯演的主題為「金蛇迎春慶豐年」，分為九幕，各具特色。第一幕《一元復始》和第二幕《花開富貴》將分別閃現幸運紅「8」字和金元寶圖案，祝願香港市民花開富貴和財源滾滾；第八幕《添福添喜》以大熊貓為主題，六個可愛的熊貓頭在維港上空出現，代表大熊貓「安安」、「可可」、「盈盈」、「樂樂」，以及新生龍鳳胎「家姐」和「細佬」，在綠色的竹葉及銀色的流光襯托下，象徵快樂團圓。壓軸一幕《瑞蛇豐年》把匯演推到高潮，在背景音樂《金蛇狂舞》鏗鏘有力的鑼鼓聲中，「游星」煙花在空中起舞，與音樂互相呼應，祝願國家繁榮昌盛，市民歲歲平安。
This year's fireworks display, in celebration of the Year of the Snake, will be divided into nine scenes with various highlights and characteristics. The lucky red number "8" and "gold ingots" will appear in the first scene "A Brand New Beginning" and the second scene "Blossoming Prosperity" respectively, wishing prosperity and abundance to all. The main theme of the eighth scene "Double Luck and Goodness" will feature giant panda images against a backdrop of green lighting representing bamboo and decorative silver illumination. Six adorable "panda head" images representing "An An", "Ke Ke", "Ying Ying" and "Le Le", and the newborn twins "Elder Sister" and "Little Brother" will illuminate the sky signifying reunion and happiness. The fireworks display will reach its climax in the final act, "Harvesting Year of the Snake". The vibrant scene will feature wandering star pattern fireworks which dance against the powerful gongs and drums of the background music "Golden Snake Dance", wishing continued prosperity for the nation and peaceful lives for people.
